Terrible Customer Service. I was charged for the Self-service station and then told I was not able to print from that station. The employee stated I must print from the front desk. Signage clearly states you are able to print both letter and legal sized documents from the two printers set-up for the self service station. Legal color print is listed directly next to the computer as $1.00 per print and letter size $0.65 per print. I then proceeded to print my document at the front desk but was told I was unable to have my document enlarged to fit the paper size. Left extremely disappointed with a printed document you could barely read. I had already tested a non color document that was enlarged to fit the size and it was completely legible, but she would not do this. She also stated I have no control of the self-service station or the documents/instructions placed there. She states Corporate deals with that. If you need printed documents I would try another facility

Do not go here! Currently disputing several charges that were not authorized or agreed upon and are much higher than my receipt! Was charged twice for boxes. Someone here is not measuring, weighing and charging properly to customers. Now I’m out money because of a business reimbursement that was needed but not what I had the receipt for. Never had these issues elsewhere but if fedex can suddenly charge whatever they want after you pay then I’ll never use them again. Seriously if you go here, watch your accounts and charges.

Avoid if you can. Attendants attitude was extremely rude and abrasive. Went to the one on 135 afterwards this morning and the experience there was very pleasant.

Elizabeth was very helpful on 11/22/19. She helped me with my print job. She was amazing. She went above and beyond the call of duty to hep my family and I. She was compassionate, understanding, and reassuring.

Jerry was fast and cheerful. A breath of fresh air these days.

The staff at this location has always been so helpful in packing and shipping my items. From gifts for my nephew, to returning rented textbooks, they make sure that everything is securely packed and labeled. I also love that they are open 24 hours!

Jerry is the man. He is awesome to work with! No one does customer serve like him. Went to some other places trying to print out my wedding invitations and was very frustrated. Went into the Fedex office and working with Jerry was easy and stress free. He made me laugh and helped us print out and format out invitations beautifully!!!!

As any salesman would know... You always have that last minute presentation that has to be delivered...I called this Fed-Ex location because they were open 24/7 and I had what to me was an EMERGENCY!!! A last minute presentation needed the next day... I called at 12:30 am and was received by Sam Brown...His attention to detail and customer services was AMAZING!!!If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!Sam... You saved the day!!!

Customer Service is hit or miss.

We shipped handmade trinkets to family from our trip to Cuba along with gift cards and Lush bath products. The FedEx worker watched us package up these items. Unfortunately when they got to our family the package was missing the gift cards and the Cuban souvenirs, the only thing left in the box was the body products and the bag the other items were in.

I had to get items laminated for my cub scout den. Dawn assisted me and she was awesome. She was detail oriented and was fast and friendly. I am glad I drove across town to this location. Dawn was awesome!!!

My father passed away unexpectedly, and we needed to mail a letter to Germany as well as have a large picture printed for the funeral. The large picture normally takes 24 hours, but they helped us get it done fast. I was so thankful the staff there was able to help my family. They were all very polite as well during our tough time. Thanks!

While the staff are helpful and nice ...there shipping is awful!! Paid big $$ for important overnight delivery for 10:30AM. 6 hours late and getting a complete run around about where my package is and about getting a refund !! BEWARE !!!! If it is important to you find a different way or prepare for major aggravation!

I meant to review them the day I came through, but it was night and I had a drive ahead of me.I was visiting mom on the Southside and stopped in for a print on the way home. I generally use the FexEx in Plainfield by my house, and I like that one a lot. Its easy to email a document and go pick it up.This particular night I was having a lot of troubles with the website and couldnt get the pages to link properly or find the email. I called the store, and the gentleman fixed all my problems in seconds!By the time I arrived, he had not just the one I needed, but TWO copies of the paperwork printed and ready.I would recommend this store to anyone in the area or passing through. And if I have a printing need while Im on that side of town, Ill definitely be coming back.

Location isnt the best, but its visible off the road(good if youre not from around the area and dont want to be looking through Google maps while driving). Place is clean.Service from the first person was good- very helpful and willing to give her time.Another person was terrible and couldnt care less to help. She just wanted to get back to her conversation with an employee, which was just joking about other people.There were only 3 customers at the time and 3 workers. I only give the place a 3 because of the one worker with good service, and the nice, clean facility.

We went in hoping to print inserts for our wedding invitations, and it far exceeded our expectations! Jerry was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. He printed and cut our invites within 10 minutes of being there. Efficient, affordable, and friendly!

Wow! Im amazed! I went to Office Depot to have the binding split on a book and have it put into a three-ring binder and was told it was not able to be done. I brought it here they did it in less than two minutes and didnt even charge me anything! Truly love this place I will be coming here for all of my needs in the future!

Ordered some print work online, was ready for pickup quick and picking it up was fast and easy.

I had a large package shipped to this location for pick. Upon seeing the package it was clear they had no idea how to handle a large package and it appeared damaged. The person in charge of that department seemed to have no concern that my package might be damaged and the manager had to get involved with my concern. The manger did let me open the package and go through it for inspection. I did end up signing for it and taking it home but I would not recommend using this printing center for your freight needs.

The clerk was very polite and answered all the questions I had (was funny too). I love this branch!

The 2 employees I talked to in here were super rude when I was just trying to give back what looked like a credit card or something I found on a desk. Try and do a good thing and people are just rude. RUDE!

Last night my mom called about getting some paper cut. Jerry answered the phone and was incredibly rude, condescending and it seemed to increase with each question my mom asked. All she wanted to know was if someone would be able to cut it if she made the drive out there. She ended up hand cutting the entire order because of his attitude. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Have shipped a few things from here, employees are always friendly and helpful. Also had things picked up here that I didnt feel comfortable having left outside in case of theft, was able to pick up at my convenience.

Had an overseas print order that required amendment halfway through, sorted out quickly, cheerfully and professionally. Fantastic service.

Horrible, horrible service. Came here to FedEx a package in a 3.5x49 inch tube - should have cost $84 (found out afterwards), but I asked if there was a FedEx tube we could package it in and was sold a golf club tube. This increased the cost to $200! When I asked why so expensive, I got a shrug, nothing about how the increased dimensions of the tube I was sold increased the cost (I had to call corporate to find this out). When I discovered that it should have been $84 to ship my item, I came back to inquire and I got another shrug and an it is what is. I dont think I was intentionally deceived into spending two and half times what I should have, but rather I dont think the employees know their job very well. Ill go to UPS next time.

Todd was very unprofessional, and very degrading. As soon as I walked in the door, he asked what I needed... I guess because I didnt answer quick enough he pipped off with give me the Readers Digest version. I went on to tell him what I needed, he came back with the response that he wouldnt be abable to get the results I wanted. He then said but I will try so you can see what we get. He made the copy, then came back and said See a picture is worth a thousand words! I went to Office Depot and they were more than helpfull and way cheaper! I wont be coming back here and will tell anyone thinking of the services at the Greenwood location to reconsider!

They refuse to ship items without an exact definition of what they are. This is a problem when my employee ships all day and there are a few fed ex boxes I bring here. “Some sort of auto parts” is apparently not acceptable for them here.

If you want to go and have someone point you to all of the equipment and you dont mind paying $1.49 a sheet to FAX and then do their job because it is all self service, than this is the place for you. P.S. if you call them on their laziness and question them on why you are performing the service that they should be providing, they shuffle away and talk about you to their co-employees. Not a Fan!
