Ive used Pack Mail at Geist Center to pack & ship several pieces of antiques to me. David was more than EXCEPTIONAL in providing all forms of customer service (i.e., very professional, very patient, a great communicator) & all of my items arrived nicely packed & quite safe. And, their packing & shipping costs are quite COMPETITIVE. Payment was EASY & a tracking number was sent when my box was shipped. This Pak Mail got the job done after I had been given the run around for weeks by another Pak Mail in the area.I live in a different state and purchased an item online in Indianapolis that needed to be picked up locally and sent. The OTHER Pak Mail was a nightmare and left me hanging.When I called the Geist Center Pak Mail they IMMEDIATELY went to work on my shipping problem and I had my item within days of shipping. Perfectly, expertly packed and shipped. They were professional, well spoken, polite and had excellent communication. I recommend this Pak Mail without reservation.
