This is the second time I have come here because my experience with them the first time was very positive. It was the same this time. Polite staff that explained everything and very reasonable prices on tires. I will continue to use them as needed.

As I was asking a question to get more understanding on my sisters tire patch repair...an employee, Maria, who is also a friend of the owner, snapped at me and saying that its MY problem for not understanding what she said the first time...WOW! I responded with that is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... And she walked out of the office mumbling huh...unprofessional... NOT SURE why she was snapping at me early in the morning for asking question with a smile on my face! I talked to the manager, Juan who was helpful! He apologized for her behavior. Appreciate him for being professional. Gave him a handshake out of respect.I OWN 3 successful businesses and a Soldier for the federal government... This place needs some serious restructuring in customer service. Customer service is very important in loyal business. I just read this companys previous customer reviews...seems Im not the only one who experienced poor service here. Choose your business wisely!...

I cant give an opinion on their mechanical abilities only because i stood in their lobby waiting to speak for someone for at least 20 mins until i just walked out. Thats not how you run a business guys, get it together!

I have had the guys at Jet work tires for three of our cars. They are always professional, courteous and fast. The prices are fair and the work lasts.

They gave me a decent deal on the tires, however they damaged my car, didnt listen to my request and then lied about it to my face! First off I told them to keep one of the tires on the car as it was still good. Instead they left me with one of the shitty tires and took the good one to resell! On top of that My battery died so they went to jump it and the manager carelessly yanked the hood latch so hard he broke the cable and then proceed to lie about it to my face! He swore he didnt break it, even though I know for a fact it was working 20 minutes before hand! Dont take your care here, they are lying scum bags that will rip anyone off.

Whenever i need a cheap tire quick, i go to this shop. $35 total cost, new looking tire with good tread and mounted/balanced/installed.
