We love our new fireplace!!!! Sales, scheduling, installation and setup people were all wonderful. Fireplace warms up the whole room and we love it!

From purchase to installation, the staff never picked up their phone. We had an on-site install issue and could not get one person to pick up the phone during business hours. Would not recommend.

Good place for doors and windows

I heard mixed reviews on this place. I personally thought the service was very good and the spicy chicken was outstanding! Tator tots were good too! I will definitely be back again. Thanks.

I would be very careful doing business with this company. The workmanship is extremely substandard and they have not made any effort to correct the defects. Mortar is smeared all over the stone and they wont even clean it off! I have tried to do it myself. The top is unfinished and they won’t come back to finish it. They claim they can’t fix it but I’ve seen the exact fireplace in other homes recently installed that have been done correctly. With this company, if they mess up, you’re out of luck. I have been waiting since April to fix it.....still waiting. It is shocking to me they can fool so many people because their business model is clearly unethical and dishonest.

Be very cautious about this company. I am only giving a 1 as a negative number is not available. They have horrible service after an install is completed. There is a problem with our unit, and we have made mutiple calls and left mutiple messages to get some answers and have someone come look at the unit. Every person We spoke with stated needed to speak with a different department and was told a different way to fix it on my own. Nothing has worked I have left additional messages for the salesman the service team and the receptionist and no one will return our call as we have requested someone to come look at the unit. It is in our opinion that once they have your money they will not fix the problem, or even take the time to return a call. We now have to call another company to come and determine the problem so the brand new unit (that we have yet to be able to use as it has never worked properly) may finally be able to be used. We would never recommend this company to anyone.
