Great pricing super reasonable and know what they’re doing. I’ll use them again. My reefer trailer wasn’t getting cold then it completely shut off got me fixed in 2 hours and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. Saved me a lot of money, my trailer was already loaded so the temperature was critical. Nick was amazing! Great customer service.

I had fuel leaking from my unit I call the over night and I got a call back about a hour later and after I got loaded I went to their place to get it fixed I was done in about a hour and the price of repair was not that bad as I thought it was going to be I will definitely go to them again for service if I need work done on my until

They did a good job of fixing my apu but the tech left greasy footprints all over my rugs. No plastic covering or paper put down. I put down a throw rug on top but it didn’t cover the entire are.

Very thorough location although 7 hrs seemed incredibly long as first. Once they explained the reason for the delay then I understood how well knowledged they are. Im extremely impressed with the service received

This location is in my top 3 for professionalism, speed, honesty, and very accommodating! Took my 7300 x4 to TA they did a bunch of tests took 4 hours to tell me they couldnt fix the issue..... I was referred to crosspoint by utility trailers in Indianapolis at 745pm they got me in a bay about 800pm. They diagnosed the issue (bad battery, software was behind 4 programs) swapped batteries, upgraded my software and had me back on the road in about 1.5 hours. Told me if I was out of hours I could stay in the lot as well, damn good company who appreciates drivers and has respect for the entire industry.

Jacob Carter was absolutely amazing! He was quick and efficient, super friendly and polite. Crosspoint made a great decision when they brought Jacob aboard. He thoroughly impressed me and I will definitely be using him and Crosspoint Power again.

We are owner operators. Our Generator Capacitor went out on our trucks APU unit. After checking and finding out it would be a few weeks before they could get a replacement, due to the part being out of stock, and on back order they took the part off their display floor model to fix our truck.You cant get better service than that!!!

My cooling system is not working as it could I set at -20 but within 2 hour it goes -2.3 Carrier unit 2100A shipper reject the trailer then I call Crosspoint for road service which is tactician is already in the same place working for some one else and I talk to him and he said I will take a look but it cost you $189 per hour just to take a look and after 5 min he start take a look he said your everything is fine I just tied your belt that’s all he finished working and he said actually we change 2 hours for service chance which is he charge the billing charges he said $181per hour which is $378 later on he charge truck charge $100 total tax and every thing within 30 min he charge $513.47 my concern is with less then 45 just to doing nothing they charge me $513.47 Tech name is Rayan I will not prefer any one use service from Crosspoint Power and Refrigerator.

Company had vehicle for 2 weeks SITTING. Claimed they couldnt get part . I go online and find the part have it overnight and vehicle still isnt ready.. Not to mention what they were gonna charge for the part I found at a fraction of the cost. Couldnt get straight answers from noobody. Tread lightly with this Company. They may do good work but, dont be in a rush to recieve you vehicle back when promised. You may have 2 stay on top of them.

Fast service and clean facilities. They put you on front burner if youre loaded and need to be rolling.

Really nice people working here. They got my loaded trailer right away. Worked on the problem and I left with a working trailer with no further issues. Plenty of room to park here if you run out of time while they work on your trailer.

Love that they are 24 hr service! reefer quit around 2:30am they actually had 2 techs there working on other units when we arrived. they got us in and fixed up asap. of course we paid after hour rates but kept our load so it was worth it

I was here first in the morning to get my Reefer refrigeration fixed. It’s a 3.5 hours job and it took them 13 hours to fix it because they prioritize the loaded trailer first (mine was empty). Guess what My load got cancelled. Lesson I learnt::: “get loaded first and then go for repair” or “simply tell them you’re also loaded with a fake seal”

The guys at Crosspoint are great. Got in first thing in the morning and out within 2 hours. New starter, new pressure relief valve and I was on the road heading to my next adventure.

Technician mike bent us over the barrel on our last encounter, I had told him the problem, after having my driver check several things it was obvious that the fuel speed solinoid had failed. Instead of heeding that handy bit of advice ol mike decided to rack up $1,000.00 in “labor” and miscellaneous shop expenses only to then ...you guessed it ..change out the fuel speed solinoid... so now we get to pay $1,496.83 for a job that literally takes 5 minutes and a part that costs approx $360.00. I don’t feel we were given very fair or honest service. Maybe we’ll have better luck next I guess.

I thought nothing of it when i was in their lobby and saw a award for number 1 In service but after bringing a refer here for a repair i know now that these guys fully deserve that award. My heart goes out to anyone trying to make an honest living only to have to look out for repair shops out to take every dollar they can for repairs that are not needed like the thermo king in McCook Illinois we were quoted $6,000 -$8,000 in Mc CROOK IL.. Lets just call it like it is because who knows how many people went ahead and paid their ripoff prices. As for the guys here at crosspoint Brian and Jeff were honest and realistic on what they could do to get us repaired. And for that i want to publicly say THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTLY AND A JOB WELL DONE. YOU SAVED MY COMPANY THOUSANDS IN JUST 1 SINGLE VISIT .
