About 2 years ago I would definitely recommend this company. I really dont know what happened but level of professionalism has gone down dramatically. I brought truck in for a minor coolant leak and ended up replacing water pomp that obviously WASNT covered by my warranty...

I Took one of my work trucks in for an oil leak. They changed the oil pan gasket BUT left the oil fill cap off. When my employees picked the truck up and drove it to the scheduled jobs for the day they noticed it leaking oil even worse. Thats when the missing oil cap was discovered. It has sprayed oil all over the engine.I sent emails asking what they were going to do about it. Of course no response! The job was also overpriced.

I’ve had my truck serviced here multiple times and have a terrible experience every time. Dropped my truck on Wednesday stating I needed it back by 10am the following Saturday. (Anti-freeze leak, air leak, oil change, and AC compressor) they told me it would be no issue and they’ll have it done for me but the compressor would have to be scheduled out further so they could get the part. When I called that Friday to get an update they hadn’t even started on anything yet. Saturday morning I called and they said it would be ready that evening at the soonest...I lost my load for that week (over $3k) and the truck wasn’t ready until TUESDAY.I ran the truck for one week and learned that the antifreeze and air leaks were not repaired. I dropped it again on a Wednesday with the same issues and pickup request. Today is Saturday and they still have not finished repairing the antifreeze or air leaks.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.If I ever get my truck back from them I’ll not be returning for so much as a pressure check on tires.

They are extremely OVER priced - it took them 2 weeks to change a cylinder and injector - which is a two day job max. What they charged me for one cylinder and injector I am having two engines swapped for less money. They are crooks. We had our truck back one day and had to have it towed back in to lose another day of work. They verbally state it is company policy to get a deposit over a certain amount - not true - I called corporate and other locations. It is based on the location and the color of skin. The person that referred us to Clarks had a similar cost and was not asked for a deposit. When we shared our experience at Clarks Indianapolis and that we had to give a deposit - the first thing we were told it was because of our color. That is wrong on so many levels. Then to have management/supervisors talk down to me because I am a woman and not suppose to know anything about my semi. Again wrong on so many levels. I have sent several comment cards to their corporate office of which no reply or acknowledgement has been received. I do not recommend Clarks to anyone and share how we were treated us with everyone I know. Crooks!!!!!!! I am only giving 1 star other wise I cannot share my horrible rip off experience at Clarks Indianapolis. We have been in the trucking business for over 25 years and have never been treated so badly or over charged. And having an online business as well as trucking - companies only post the fair to good comments and never the honest ones. It makes them look bad.

5 stars for the Indy location. They were able to finish my tractor ahead of schedule. Gary and John are friendly and knowledgeable and I was able to get a ride to and from the yard. Thanks again to Clarke Power.

Beware of this facility!!! Had check engine light come on and checked code prior to going in...they put the computer on it said there was no active codes did a manual regen, fixing a air leak and $600 later got 200 miles out and check engine light came back on and it was the original code for the noX sensor. Really believe they only do the minimum amount of work that they can get by with. Now costing an additional $1000 to fix the problem right that should have been fixed the first time. Will never use them again and neither should you.....you have been warned.

Still waiting for a call back from one of the customer service reps that was 5 days ago. Just called ww Williams repair is complete.

Nobody ever can close this place

Update. Previous rated 2 stars due to miscommunication. Straightened it out and they made it right by not overcharging me. Ill bring it back in in a week or two after a trip to finish the work.

Friendly staff. Very helping. I saw a Mechanic pretending to fix stuff milking the labor, but thank god im a company driver again.... Lol

Not to bad treated me right and got the job done it took way longer than I thought was necessary but I guess these trucks nowadays take more time to repair I just wish it wouldnt take so long 7 days seems to me to be way too long

I have a few things done here. I have Thermo stats changed and Egr return pipe replaced, and replace DPF unit. It take time to get into the shop, but once your in the are it goes quick. They even found a fuel leak from my espar heater.
