At this point, Ive bought ram, a CPU, CPU cooler, and a GPU (still on the waiting list at this point in time) but the staff have been very professional, courteous, and helpful when making orders. WOW! Sean is awesome! You will not be disappointed!I was having problems with my laptop that is about 4 years old. I had taken it in to Geek Squad and they told me it would be 3+ months and upwards of $600 to fix it IF they could even find the parts. I LOVE this laptop and was not ready to part with it.I had an issue with the power outlet port. The prongs on the inside had broken off and my computer would not charge or hold a charge very well. Sean was able to take a look and tell me exactly what was wrong and offered me a very fair price to fix the problem. While he had the computer there was an issue with some of the plastic clips. They broke in the process of removing the back piece of the laptop. Sean was very willing to help fix this problem and was even willing to include it in his warranty and fixed it for me for no charge, which I really appreciated.He communication with me with any updates and was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I felt like he was being very fair and that the work he did on my laptop was top notch. He even helped me optimize the laptop with a new SSD, which is awesome! I wanted a new mid case to start my new build, but when I ordered it was during one of the GPU frenzies, so my order got shuffled back. I had a Macbook Air 2012 (my professors laptop) with a broken monitor (the issue was horizontal black lines on it). Send its picture to him then he advice and ordered the part. Ive pay that online and as he get the part, we schedule a time and I bring laptop to him.The service was awesome, and pretty fast. I have used Sean T. Custom PC for 2 of my computers and have received excellent service and results both times.

I hired Sean to fix my computer in June, which was a laptop that needed the motherboard replaced. He bought the wrong generation of the motherboard, which is where everything started going hay wire. He convinced me that the motherboard would work, and even got me to agree to change the parts needed to make the motherboard work. After all was changed, the keyboard wouldnt work right. So he tried to update my computer and bricked the motherboard. He then supposedly found a device to reprogram the motherboard to get it working, which he did, but the keyboard still does not work, and he told me he thought he put the wrong programming on the motherboard, which he thought was the factory model and not the OEM model programming. It has been OVER 6 months since I have taken my computer to get fixed, and my keyboard still does not work! He completely messed up my over $2000 laptop, and now I cant even get ahold of him. I have tried calling, texting, emailing, and havent heard from him in over a month!. Nice guy, but it looks like I am going to have to go to small claims court to get my money back or get him enough motivation to fix my computer right. In my opinion, stay away, because this is ridiculous, and I specifically asked him to have this fixed in a timely manner as it is a computer I do my business on, and it has been hindering me for months. Very poor business experience.

Brought my PC in around 5 PM, got the problem fixed around 6:20 PM and picked it up the same day.

Skype, Microsoft, another contractor, unable to solve the problem. Sean did more for my machine in minutes than literally hours have been attempted.. Super!!!
