Fair price, friendly staff, and speedy with repair service. iPhone repair made EASY! And was able to purchase new case & protector to prevent future damage. Hoping I won’t need another screen repair again….but if I do this is the place Id go.

These guys MAY be able to fix some problems, but when they make a mistake YOU pay for it. I had multiple other shops tell me they could not guarantee the fix of my screen would keep the info due to the model BUT these guys said they could. I was happy to pay for a repair IF they followed through.As I walk in the repair guy starts in with Im not sure why the phone is asking this ....All my info/pictures are gone. Most important were those of my parents that pasted last year ( hence wanting the INFO).Not only did they not make any effort to make good on THEIR mistake but continually said I brought them a phone that was wiped??!!I DO NOT recommend taking anything to these con-artists.Follow-up: Not only was the info erased but the screen is still not working correctly. It randomly changes screens, powers up while sleeping and touch is not correct. Not worth the hassle to drive all the way back to such a poor customer service location. $100 down the drain AND a worthless phone. Thanks for the experience, I will always advise people go to a REAL phone repair (youbreakifix or CPR)

Had a GREAT experience here! They are the least expensive place ive called. They fixed everything in the time frame that they said they would. They did not try to upsell me on anything and made me feel comfortable. I was running a few minutes late and they stayed so I could pick up my phone! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Had a poor experience at another repair place before I came to UZOOX. The repair went over very well and above all it was timely. My phone was only there an hour and a half. The owner was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

I would not recommend UZoox phone repair to anyone. They gave me very poor quality parts and poor quality work. My phone was worse after the repair than when I took it in. After contacting them to inform them of all the problems I was having with my supposedly fixed phone, they refused to give me a refund and wanted to perform more work on my phone. I do not have any faith in there abilities and will not let them continue to cause more problems. Beware...

Called in around 4 got there a little after 4:30pm (they close @ 6) said he can fix it same day. Went down the street got something to eat and started watching a Netflix show not even halfway through the show he called me back and said it was finished. Definitely recommend if you want it finished same day with a quality product.

Came in here to replace my iPhone screen. The service was super fast (only 40 minutes). Phone looks and works great. Price very reasonable, too. $99 for iPhone 7x replacement. Also got a screen protector (usually $40 but get a $10 discount when you buy one with a repair). And it has a lifetime warranty, which is super great.Highly recommended!

I have used UZOOX Repair at least 4 times and they have provided a better price than any of the other phone repair shops that are much closer than me. On my previous repair, they took at loss on the repair as they had to replace several other items when opening up the phone. I HIGHLY recommend using UZOOX over any other phone repair shop. Cracked my old phone last Saturday, got a replacement today, phone cracked once again when it slipped out of my pocket. Decided to get it repaired since it was just a minor crack, found this place on Google suggestions and am absolutely thrilled with the service. Phone was fixed within an hour for a reasonable price of $178 (for the iPhone XR). Apple was quoting around $200-400 for a simple screen repair. Definitely impressed with the fast, professional service!

I had recently got my screen and my wife’s screen at a different shop and both shattered within two week. I went to UZOOX to see if what he offered was a better product. I’ve had the screen repaired on my iphone 11 Pro Max twice at this store. The first time I was charged $300 and then the second time (today), I was charged $400. They went up $100 in price in just a few months. They overcharged me and took advantage of my situation, claiming that the price of the part went up. DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!

Just went to this business for the first time. I’ve never had such quick and convenient service before! I had cracked my screen on my iPhone and brought it in on my way home from work an hour before they closed. It was done in 30 minutes and I expected to pay more than I did! Super nice and helpful staff and they can fix just about anything you could think of to be wrong with your mobile devices! Let’s just say this place exceeded my expectations!

WARNING!!!! Went to this place based on the good reviews. Repair seemed to be okay when I left the shop about a month a go, but new screen started separating last week. Before I could get back in to have it repaired, phone screen snagged on my pocket where whole side had become detached and cracked the screen. Owner of the shop said he would fix it for the price of another repair. WHAT?!?!?! Clearly the replacement screen had not been put on properly. After about 5 minutes of arguing he tried to tell me the screen was coming off because my phone was bent. What a joke! I wish I had seen the other reviews complaining of the exact same problem. Owner really needs to learn his craft and some business etiquette. Find another place!

I love the UZOOX screen savers. I use the matte finish. I have had my phone for two years and never had to replace it. The screen savers outlast my phones, I usually upgrade every two years or so.I highly recommend their products. My daughter is trying out a UZOOK bumper as well as the screen and back covers.

Just looked them up on google... Fixed two of my iPhone6s faster than I could get back to pick them up. Very courteous... Gave me a good discount for putting their covers on all of my phones.

My phone broke on New Years Eve and the man working was able to fix my phone within an hour of closing when everyone else quoted the job to be at least a few hour job. He also was nice enough to bundle the two services.Great people, service, and care.

Got screen protector at State Fair 2 years ago & love them. Also bought them for my parents phones. Now just purchased them again for all 3 of our new phones. Great product!!!

Quick turn around time with the repair but the new screen started to peel back after 4 months. Since it was outside of 90 days they would not fix it. I will take it else where to get it repaired correctly this time. If you want a quick temporary fix, go for it. If you want something that is going to last, this is not the place for you.

I came here in August after getting my Google pixel 2 screen replaced at Ubreakifix. Ubreakifix had the option of an expensive tempered glass screen protector that, if broken, would shatter my screen too. I didnt like that idea, so I went to Uzoox repair and was very impressed by the business model. I got the matte screen protector and it has been great so far.I have yet to see how it is over time but this store has been wonderful to work with; my screen recently was punctured from underneath by a shard of glass left by the repair at Ubreakifix, so I had to get a replacement screen protector as well. They were absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. The new screen came in about 5 days (Im in Utah), with a kit that had everything I needed. The instructions were extremely clear, and the whole system for putting on the new protector went smoothly. I am very impressed with this company!

So, I have an old phone that was dropped too many times and the screen went black but the phone turned on. I thought the pictures were lost forever but Robert was able to salvage all the pictures from the broken phone and put them onto a new phone without bothering any of the data on the new phone. Would totally recommend anyone in a similar situation to visit this store 👍🏻

I have been doing business with Bob since he came to Indy back in 2009. I havent had any repairs done by him but I use his screen protectors and sometimes I even use his back protectors as well depending on the device. What sets Bob apart from others is that he is very personable and cares about making sure you get the right product and the right repair done. He isnt out to get your money like most. I will not go anywhere else or use any other screen protectors but his and I have personally seen some of his repairs and they are top notch as well. Got me taken care of quickly. Phone originally had a terrible crack in screen but it got fixed and came back good as new. Shop also has a PS3 so it helps time go by fast! Definitely give them a visit if you break your screen!

I have worked for UZOOX for 2 years now. Good company to work for. The thing that stands out the most is the corporate policy on customer service. Ownership makes an effort to address customer concerns and issues directly and is very hands on. Apple iPhone cracked screen repairs and Samsung Galaxy cracked screen repairs are the most requested repairs but we do more than that. Not to mention, our customers love our screen protectors too.

I really hate writing bad reviews but I have to in this case....Pros:1. I stopped by and had a screen ordered for my HTC. I was told the screen and frame would be replaced. The quoted cost for parts was spot on for the complete assembly.2. Parts came in quick and had the phone repaired within a week.3. The screen works!Cons:1. Only the screen was replaced. I had one small nick on the metal frame but when I got it back there was plenty more.2. Upon receiving the phone I was told to put it in a case to let the glue set. Well curiousity got the best of me since there was giant gaps where the screen and back glass both mount to the frame..... Turns out a couple of small strips of double sided tape were holding everything together. You can say goodbye to any dust or water resistance! Thats not too big of a deal but when the corners are already separating from the frame thats a problem.I dont know if this is the standard repair procedure or if its because I dont have a cookie cutter apple or Samsung where the correct adhesive strips are easily found and in stock. But I found the correct adhesive gaskets online with a quick Google search.Luckily I ended up buying a new phone so I can afford to wait a month for a new screen/frame assembly with the correct adhesive to arrive from China so I can repair the phone correctly.
