We were referred to Indianapolis Floor Store from our restoration company after water damage. From the beginning of the process to the end this team was phenomenal! Phil, the owner, came out next day to see how home. He offered us multiple flooring options where we could provide the flooring if we wanted a particular floor they didnt have or we could chose a flooring he purchased. He provided estimates of all options so we could make an informed decision. He even brought samples to our home so we could see the flooring inside our space! This was all before the pandemic also! Phil never pushed or tried to sway us in any particular way. He offered us professional and considerate advice and actually listened to what we wanted. Phil and his team have exceptional craftsmanship, are prompt, polite and very reasonably priced! We were able to replace all the flooring on our entry level instead of just the damaged area for less that we thought prior to meeting with Phil! Phil returned every phone call and email, which Im sure is a lot to keep up along with owning a business! I love that most, if not all of Phils team are his family! Indianapolis Floor Store exceeded our expectations throughout our project. The floors are absolutely beautiful! Brian took the time to educate us on the different types of woods and was able to provide samples to fit within our budget. Installation was equally impressive, Dan and Sam are amazing to work with. On time every morning and asked if they could work late when they ran into delays... not many companies do this nowadays which speaks volumes to this companies work ethic. Lastly, Phil the owner visited the first day to personally inspect an area of concern which turned out to be a false alarm.Amazing company to work with!

Excellent experience from the moment I walked into the showroom the first time. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and the products the Indianapolis Floor Store offered. Brian maintained great communication during the sales/estimate process and the installation. He even came by after the installation to ensure we were happy with everything. We chose a nice quality carpet that was reasonably priced.The installers were detailed and efficient. I removed all carpet on stairs and second floor (many rooms, walk-in closet, hallway) including tack strips. The installers nailed down the tack strips, installed all carpet, cleaned up after themselves and were done in about 6 hours. Highly recommend!

The staff is personable and professional, and will direct you to the right solution at a competitive price. I don’t know why it took me years of wandering through big box stores trying to do my own research and getting ‘help’ from folks who may or may not know the products, before figuring out that the quickest way to a solution is to find a good local business that specializes in the thing you need.

My floors are beautiful! My whole experience with the Indianapolis floor store was effortless. This is a true family owned business that is so sweet with the customer. They were patient with me as to picking out a floor I liked and answering all of my questions. Price was very good and reasonable compared to 3 other bids for my flooring project. When I decided on a floor, installation started within a few days and done in 2 days. I was impressed with the perfectionism and cleaniness of the installation team all again part of the same family. Days after they even called and asked how the floors are and if I needed anything. Service was Top-notch!

You do not realize how many flooring choices there are until you need to select some..weights, thickness, materials. I was overwhelmed, then I found the Indianapolis Floor Store. Brian is very knowledgeable and was able to break things down and show me what would work in my home, with my family and pets. He was also able to suggest ways I could stay within my budget and still get the quality I wanted. I had friends that used a big box store and the install was horrible. Brians team was wonderful - showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I believe Robert was the carpet installer. I also had ceramic tile taken out and replaced with vinyl plank. The team that did this was also hardworking and professional. I still have basement flooring to do along with some cabinet replacement. Indianapolis FloorStore will be the only one on my list for those jobs.

Sad to have to write this review. I had them install laminate and carpet. During my carpet install they left abruptly and my home was a disaster. They destroyed a $600 Arhaus table and left everything in my home in disarray. I called the owner and sent him pics. I ended up cleaning for 8 hours to fix the mess and nothing was done about the loss of my table. After hounding me via text to pay my balance I am now left with floor boards that aren’t nailed down. And since I’ve paid I got no response to my email asking about fixing this and my table. I just cannot recommend them now and I would not use them again. I will be leaving other reviews as well. So disappointing to have your home treated like trash and to be disrespected period. Please don’t use them you’ll be sorry.

I would definitely recommend Indianapolis floor store to everyone. My whole house was carpeted in one day. The quality of the carpet and the skill of the installers was excellent. The price was so reasonable. I have no complaints and only praise. I would call them again without hesitation. Phil and Brian were exceptional to work with.

You are reading this, because, like me, you like to see reviews before you buy. After reading a lot of reviews, I settled on two places to come out to measure for a quote. One was a national brand that was offering 50% off carpet, material and installation. The other place was a local family owned and operated business. Before they came out to measure, I had decided if the local business was within a certain price, I would go with them to support a local business. Indianapolis Floor Store actually came in almost $200.00 cheaper than that today place. We are extremely happy with the job they did. I had great communication with Brian and Philip, to include stopping by after the project was complete to ensure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them for your next project. You will be supporting a local business and probably save money.

The crew was amazing from start to finish. We had our living, family, and dining rooms redone as well as a half bath and a laundry room. Brian was so helpful in explaining the products so that we could choose the perfect floor for our home. Their work eliminated a cat urine smell left over from the previous owners that was absorbed into the tile and slab, which I could not be more grateful for! The floor looks terrific, and demo to the finished product took 2 days (including Saturday because they really go above and beyond). The crew was so friendly and efficient, and they even cleaned after setting all of my furniture back up! I can’t recommend this company enough. We are so happy with our entire experience!

This was the only flooring installation company to take my concerns about a green flooring product seriously. The others I contacted tried to talk me into coming out to give an estimate and put a contract in front of me knowing they didnt have anything that met my specifications about no dangerous offgassing until they realized I would need to verify their products safety data sheets. This company and the people in it are fantastic. From day one Brian was very helpful and informative and did all the research that needed to be done to provide me with what we needed. The installers Sam and Daniel went above and beyond. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves when they were done and even moved my furniture back. They didnt have to and I was dreading that so it was very much appreciated. This is the only flooring company going forward that will get my business.
