Dynamite resource for flooring trades as well as homeowners. Not open to the public, but vast array of wood, tile, vinyl carpet even cainets and bathroom stuff. But the great thing is designers there to help guide on colors, material and application. It is a resource to consider.

Our neighbors had used ProSource and recommended we check them out. We were quite pleased with the product selection and the competitive prices. Our sales person, Kathy, was a true expert and made the process of finding what we liked quite easy. Unfortunately, the contractor she set us up with was not the same story.Long story short, the contractor was unreliable to the point where we had no idea if our floors would be installed. Out of 6 days, his crew showed up once to tear out the floors. We began to frantically reach out to other contractors we had come to know to see if anyone could jump in and take over the job. Luckily, the ProSource contractor contacted us in the evening of day 6 to let us know he got a sub-contractor to finish the work.Floors are installed and beautiful. Subcontractor was wonderful and did a great job but naturally there was a hitch. ProSource contractor did not order enough transition pieces to finish the job. Once again he has not shown up when he said he would. We will likely install the transitions ourselves once we find something that matches. I would not recommend anyone use ProSource as a result of this mess of an experience. We should have listened to our gut and followed our rule but we gave the guy multiple chances. Lesson learned.

I am a remodeling and custom woodworking contractor that has fortunately came upon ProSource South. Not only for me but for my customers. Tim Rich of ProSource South has been virtually a partner in every sense of the word for both me and my customers. I love the one stop product acquisition for almost all items in the large remodeling market. Tim simplifies the headache of multiple distributer visits and phone calls. They becomes almost non existent. My customers also love the idea of meeting with Tim and I to select and get ideas for a significant amount of quality products, if not all, for their remodeling desires in one stop. Saves them the uncertainty of where to go, questions to ask, product selection and so on. They feel they have a trustworthy place to finally move forward on their particular project in most cases one session. I recently had kitchen counter top and backsplash replaced. Through the process I worked with Gigi and Tim. Somewhere in the process the communication between the two individuals was lost. Installation crew arrived without the grout, edging and not enough tile to complete the job. While working on the job, the installation crew called Tim twice and left a message regarding the shortage of tile. Tim left for the day without responding. I found Tim slow to respond to my questions and disingenuous. The installation crew was knowledgeable and courteous. Although the process was convoluted, I am pleased with the final result.

I’ve been working with ProSource Indianapolis for several years. As a designer, they always have exactly what I’m looking for and they have top-notch customer service! I always refer my clients to them and they are always fair and very professional! So thankful for them!

I came in to view their products on a Saturday for a restoration in my kitchen and i felt the staff didnt listen to me or the style and pricepoint i wanted to be at i left very upset and will not be back my contractor even suggested i go to them but my experience was awful
