I can’t recommend this company enough. The prices are the best (and I really looked) and so is the quality and customer service. I had the entire carpet in my home replaced in 2018- it was a great experience working with Tish and we’re still loving the carpet!

First, our sales person, Kelly, was really wonderful. Came out of his way to bring a bigger sample of the carpet I thought I wanted. Crew that came to install were courteous, neat, clean and quick. The install went without a hitch, and they moved all the furniture. I received a return for the overage, which was nice. They also took some old carpet away (above and beyond!). Im very happy with the result.

My sale person saw Sam and he was wonderful, the installer was just as great everything went as scheduled Im really happy with the hole experience.

All in all I had a very good experience doing business with Tish. The only real draw back was that it took longer than normal to get the material in but that was due to the pandemic, nothing on Tish. The gentleman that came to my home gave me an education on flooring types which was quite helpful.Work proceeded on the schedule I was given and I love the new flooring. As well, the cost was quite reasonable for what I had done.

The sales experience was great! I was looking for carpet in my basement. They came out had plenty of samples and were really knowledgeable about the product. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get out to my house for install in about a week from point of purchase. The install was where things turned. The installers showed up outside of their window. I had to call to find out where they were. I was told that someone called off from the warehouse so they were behind. No big deal. They showed up took everything downstairs and got to work. I didnt go down to check on anything but they worked fairly quickly and I did a quick check to sign off. Later that night I noticed a stain in the carpet. I notified them and they sent out the same installer the next day to address the issue. He came out and tried to clean the stain out with something but it was not pulling out. He then took carpet scissors and starting cutting the top of the carpet fibers off to remove the stain. There is still a hint of the stain but since the carpet is multi dimensional I told him it was fine in fear that he would cut even more off. As I started to move my furniture back in the spaces I noticed that my walls were scratched up in multiple places from the install and the transition piece from my vinyl plank to the carpet was smashed as well as a chunk taken out of one of the baseboards. Not worth the hassle to address with Tish but disappointing since I had just paid for the walls and baseboards to be painted. The carpet itself is wonderful! So soft and fluffy.

We just had carpet installed throughout our home by Tish Flooring, and had a wonderful experience from the beginning, when we had our home measured for carpet, all the way through the installation process. Our sales person, Fred, was very experienced and knowledgeable and answered our many questions as we were making our selection, and the installation team was on time, hard-working, very professional and well-mannered, and did a fabulous job! Originally this would have been a 4 star review, but I feel that Tish did such a great job addressing concerns and issues we had that they earned all 5 stars.We had the sales/measuring rep out to our house to discuss options as we are working to put it on the market. He had lots of samples and was not pushy at all. (Even afterwards he did not try to bug us while we made our decisions) He quickly took measurements, and was respectful of our home and our time.Once we made a decision (we looked at two other companies, and Tish had the best price and the best timeline for installation) we reached back out to our sales rep, this is the only negative comment I have, he was very hard to get a hold of. After a couple tries I explained this to the girl I was speaking with and she directed me straight to Fred Tishler. Fred was apologetic about the communication issues and handled our order directly. From there it was smooth sailing!! He was even able to expedite our installation and get it in before the photographer came to take photos for the sale of our home.The installation team was also great and right on time, they were careful with our furniture and I was not able to find any damage to walls or baseboards. They cleaned up very well after themselves, and overall did a great job.I truly feel Tish deserves the 5 stars and your business. Our friends referred them to us, and we plan to do the same. Everyone was very responsive and pleasant to all of my telephone inquiries. Face to face interactions also were very pleasant and staff quite helpful and patient in explaining the differences in the vinyl flooring options. My primary contact was Sam Habibi, an excellent representative for Tish. I had a challenge on my end during the installation process and Sam was very understanding and accommodating in resolving the issue. Definitely would recommend.

Great experience. Harry quickly zoned in on our needs for nice carpeting, to dress up house to sell without costing us an arm and a leg. We wanted something neutral, durable and of good quality to give the new homeowners many years of useful life. Installation occurred about 3 weeks after ordering and they completed the work in one day. Installers did a great job, leaving very little damage to drip and walls...literally, only 2-3 small places that were quickly painted over. When we returned home from a short vacation, we were extremely please with the results, carpets were vacuumed and the rooms looked excellent. Id highly recommend Tish Flooring.

If I could give a ZERO I would. We moved w/ the military in Apr 2019. We had carpet installed before moving into our new home. After 6-8 repairs and 3 inspections- one in-house & 2 private contractors- we found out we needed to replace ALL of the carpet. They claim it was bad carpet but the new install crew said the carpet was never installed correctly. It has been nothing but issue after issue, miscommunication, and so on. Id never want anyone to go through this chaos!

We had Tish Flooring replace our aging hardwood floors with new Laminate wood flooring last year (04/19) and they did a fantastic job. The install crew was super professional and considerate while working in our home and took pride in their work (not an easy quality to find these days). Unfortunately, due to faulty water filter installation in our refrigerator (may have been me) we damaged a good portion of the floor about 3 months later. We just recently got around to getting this area of flooring replaced and Tish Flooring again did a great job. They were very understanding and helped us find the same flooring and die lot to ensure it would match the rest of our flooring so we wouldnt have to replace it all. The price for both the repair and original installation were more than fair for the quality of work provided. I would recommend them for your project without hesitation.

Id had Tish replace some carpet in a room before, so when it came time to re-floor the rest of the house, I started (and ended!) there. For the amount of floor we got, the price was very reasonable. After Greg helped us decide on a material for our new solid floors, we were able to bring several samples home to compare.Our slab foundation ended up being not so level in a few spots, but the crew worked extra hard to get everything leveled and installed on time. The results are fantastic, right down to the tiny details. On the off chance I need floors again (with some other house, maybe?), Ill definitely be calling Tish again.

Poor quality carpet. Looks very worn after two to three years. These were installed in low traffic bedrooms. Will need to replace in another year or so. Very frustrating.

Fantastic!!! I highly recommend this company. I have used them twice now and both times have had exceptional service. I had a budget which the sales person stuck to and never once pressured us to upgrade. Instead she provided quotes on two products so we could make the decision. She understood this is not our forever home and we were not interested in breaking the bank. The process is so smooth, From the first visit with the sales person in my home to installation only took a couple of weeks. The men installing were great and efficient. I also recommend you pay a small fee and just have them move your furniture for you. It was so worth it.

Tish Flooring installed wood flooring in my living room and kitchen. The installation crew led by Ivan did an excellent job. Ivan used new tack strips to allow the carpet from three different rooms to align perfectly with the wood flooring. Ivan also adjusted for two squeaks in the flooring and when he was done the flooring was perfect. What an great job the Tish organization did for me.

Tish replaced 3 rooms of carpet with engineered hardwood. An unfortunate turn of events caused a long delay in completing the project. While part of the problem was us, the main problem was the manufacturers. We changed suppliers and the rest went smoothly. Communication contributed to the situation as well. Overall we are very pleased with the finished project.

STAY AWAY. The worst company I have dealth with. They removed the baseboards after installing laminates, put the baseboards back down with chunks of baseboard missing and scratches. To add insult to injury they hired a crew that could hardly speak English. Called the owner about my displeasure he was suppose to meet me but never showed. We will hire a local company to fix the problem

I highly recommend Tish Flooring to all my friends and family who are in the market for new flooring and carpet. When we moved to our new home, we got 3 quotes for new carpet and my experience with Tish was not only the best value for my money, it was the easiest and most seamless process of all 3 companies. My Tish contact person came to our home on a Saturday to show us some sample colors and styles so we could match it to our wall color. We were extremely pleased with the product but more importantly with the service. They are very easy to communicate with-we did a lot of communicating via email. They made my life easier which is really important to busy families.

Had 3 quotes done. Tish was the winner in price and the sales person was a human. Empire was the worst experience ever, good luck seeing a quote with a breakdown in price/labor. Im convinced empire is part of some secret society that does not obey the law of men. I swear to god I still have nightmares from it limited time,extremely rare,once in the lifetime, god only knew how long it was going to last, no one else. I only has 2 minutes to decide the outcome of my carpet future...I digress Tish was great, real happy with the install ANTHONY did the install and he did an awesome job!

A promising start with a disappointing end. We finished our basement and ordered laminate vinyl plank and carpet from Tish Flooring. Their pricing was a little higher than other quotes we got, but a friend recommended them.Richard came out to measure and show us samples. He was wonderful. Made recommendation on angling our carpet to avoid high traffic area. His recommendation looks great. We also worked with Joshua who was very responsive to emails and helpful with recommendations as well. Great sales team.Here’s where the cautionary tale begins. Tish Flooring will provide you a quote for materials and install labor. They will not order product until you sign the contract and put 50% down, ok, that’s fair practice, no issues. We did that and LVP was scheduled to install on a Monday. The Friday prior the materials were delivered to the house. The crew that delivered also check the leveling of our subfloor. Rayce, install crew, marked lows and peak spots. Told us Tish would send us another quote to level the floor.5pm Friday, before our Monday install Tish sends us a quote for $2,400 to level the subfloor. If we did not choose to level the subfloor it would void our warranty. At this point we felt trapped. Spend another $2,400 we didn’t anticipate or have our warranty voided. Lose-lose situation for us. I voiced my unhappiness to the sales rep and was told “subfloor quotes often range from next to nothing to thousands of dollars”. Well, don’t your customers deserve to know that beforehand? That’s a major additional cost. Why are subfloors not inspected prior to contract signature and materials being ordered so your customers can have a complete understand of all costs associated? It almost seems you intended to bait and switch us.Side note, Rayce crew that installed LVP was very unprofessional. They left our walls in terrible condition – we’ll have to pay for a painter to come out and repaint whole walls. If you choose Tish despite this warning, at least ask them for a different install crew.Of course, their contract exonerates them from everything mentioned above. Actions that are deemed legal by law are not necessarily ethical.

Tish has been great. Weve put them in two of our homes and they are always professional, on time, and incredibly helpful. They are also the best price in town, and we price shopped them both times. Love the product as well as the people youll work with. Our installers were wonderful too!

David from Tish came to our home, talked to us about what we wanted, the type and colors of carpet and vinyl, then brought in samples that matched our wants. We were able to find a beautiful carpet for our bedrooms and halls. We also purchased vinyl for 2 hall bathrooms. The installers were very professional and efficient. They installed carpet in 4 bedrooms and 2 halls and the vinyl in 2 baths in 1 day. The work is beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price was extremely reasonable.

Terrible company. Please do not use them. They quoted me a low price only to increase the quote by thousands of dollars minutes before they started work. When I told them not to proceed because I had to think about my options, they said I had to either use their wood or they would charge me a restocking fee. They got angry that I had to contemplate what to do, so they also attempted to make me pay their subcontractors hourly rate for the time it took for them to come out to my house and explain why the price had to be increased by thousands of dollars (which was complete nonsense). It was a nightmare. I ended up using someone I trusted and they did the job that Tish couldnt do for much cheaper. By the way...upon giving me the original quote, I told them that Empire was cheaper than them and (no joke) they said, Empire will quote you a very low price and jack up the quote when they realize that they cant do it for the original price. Unbelievable. It was one of the worst home service experiences Ive ever had.

I’ve used Tish multiple times since 2001, since before it was Tish. I recently remodeled part of my house and needed carpet. I thought I would try a big box store to try and save a little money. Once I was ready to purchase my carpet, I went to £@¥€§, sat down at the desk to order and proceeded to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to help me. This was not during a busy weekend day but a weekday in the afternoon. My wife suggested we go back to Tish just to check it out. I’m glad we did because not only was the service fantastic but they beat the price of the big box store but over $1,000 and once the carpet was installed we were extremely happy with the end product. I have more carpet to do and will not make the mistake of trying another company again. Thanks Tish!

We couldnt believe it- and it was so nice that all of the samples were brought into our house so we could see what the colors looked like next to our newly painted walls and unique stone fireplace. This is an update to my previous review, as we had multiple issues with our installation, repair and repair communication. Since posting the review, the response and follow up from Tish Flooring has been above and beyond. A team of our original sales associate, the operation sales manager and field inspector came to our home. They inspected all the problem areas, and fixed the carpet that was coming up from the floor. The entire team was courteous, apologetic and acknowledged the issues. It is clear Tish Flooring is a company that sincerely cares about their customers happiness with their service, and their long term satisfaction.

We recently bought a home that had hardwood flooring everywhere except one bedroom and the master closet. I hate carpet, so we immediately decided the it had to go. I got a couple of quotes from Tish flooring and another company. Tish flooring was a few hundred dollars more expensive, BUT I went with them because they paint the quarter round before installing it. The other company refused to do, saying We install flooring. We dont paint.Im not sure how you would go about painting quarter round after it is installed without messing up your floor. All that taping would be a huge pain in the butt. I hate painting. For me, that was the big difference and was worth $300 more.We had a tight timeline before moving and Tish did their best to squeeze us in. They finished my sons room, but the closet installation overlapped with our movers by one day. That wasnt too much of a problem.The guys did a fantastic job during the installation and the choice blends in well with our existing hardwood flooring. Our floors look gorgeousI couldnt be more pleased.

We had put off getting new carpet in our house for far too long-- Tish was recommended by friends and didnt disappoint! Selection and show room were great, and the installers were friendly and did quality work in less time than estimated. We love our new carpet!

Terrible company. First the carpet we selected was defective. This was brought to their attention after our old carpet was pulled out and furniture was stacked in a pile. An immediate order was put in to get us a new roll and I was understanding of the situation. However, after a week of no communication on the status of our carpet, I called and was informed that the carpet was now on backorder. Somehow they were not aware and blamed the manufacturer. Regardless, a good company should have been checking on the status and getting in touch with me. At that time it was suggested that we go to their showroom and pick out a new carpet. After 2 1/2 weeks of our entire downstairs (main living area) not being usable our new carpet was installed. A few days later I get a call to pay our remaining balance and it was the same balance of the first carpet that we selected that was defective. I brought this to their attention and they seemed a little surprised and said they would get back to me. A few hours later I received a phone call that the second carpet that we selected was in fact less! Unbelievable. Do they think their customers are stupid?! I will not recommend anyone to Tish. Not only do they lack in customer service, they throw out prices at very inconsistent rates. They cannot be trusted!

I have used Tish for both hardwoods and carpet, for both moving in and updates when moving out. 1- They come out to your house for a free and timely (~2 days of my request) evaluation, so there is literally NOTHING to lose to have them come out and give you a quote. 2- they are consummate professionals from the person giving the quotes, to the show room, to the installers. 3- Their prices always beat anyone else. Literally, no one has come close, even when others are having sales. 4- Last, but not least, their quality is fantastic. I have had their flooring for two years with one issue: a transition came loose, so they came out within a week, fixed it (no issues, no lip, no long explanation needed).Flooring is so important in a home. Tish is the best, and I highly recommend them!

We had such a great experience with Tish! As first time carpet customers, my husband and I tried the typical routes of Lowes and Home Depot and on a whim decided to check out the local shop (Tish). We were blown away by the immediate and personalized attention and support and even more shocked when it came with a significantly lower price tag! We were able to get better quality carpet, much better quality service, our house looks great AND we could afford to buy dinner :) Highly recommend Tish! The only thing preventing a 5-star rating is that I wish we could have had larger samples brought to our home. The 6x6 samples helped, but when installed, the color was slightly off from what we were expecting and a larger sample may have helped to identify that. It still looks great!

Very quick service to get the carpets changed in our home!

Guy who sold us the carpet was great. Carpet itself is showing major signs of wear and it is one year old. Traffic patterns already breaking down and we upgraded the pad for installation. Only myself, my wife and small well trained dog in the home. Have had them out twice to attempt to make good on it, but not happy with resolution. Seam between DR/LR is super obvious and they say, “Sometimes, you see a seam.” Will not use them again. $1740.00 for carpeting two rooms should not make me feel this disappointed.

WOW, I am seriously surprised at the level of customer care I received from Wes, Mel, Suzy, and Lisa. They all worked together to get my carpet in before my wedding day, thank you guys sooooo much!!!

We had used Tish Flooring in the Spring when we carpeted our whole upstairs. We were happy with them at that point. I even referred them to a client on our commercial side of business. We were not happy the second time around, when we wanted to carpet our bedroom downstairs. Jack came out and did not bring enough samples, we chose a carpet anyway that he had brought. We wanted to keep it simple. We chose a commercial carpet for our bedroom in the basement and said we were getting ready for a party, etc., that we need to get this done. He quoted us 1, 300.00 for one bedroom, and granted it was commercial carpet, so it was cheaper than residential carpet. We spent 1946.00 total doing our entire upstairs with Tish back in the spring. We even went with higher end carpet and thicker padding in the upstairs. I believe he thought we were going to go with Tish anyways, so he was trying to make even more commission. He had mentioned he just bought a home. We went to Lowes and they were a third cheaper and easy to deal with. We will be spending about 800 less with Lowes. Will NEVER call, refer anyone to Tish Flooring again. That is NOT how anyone should do business. Jack had the nerve to also say we were rude when we emailed him back on that high quote. I believe he KNEW what he was doing and this was his way out of it. Learned my lesson on Tish Flooring.
