Nice campus. Security guy answered all our questions and even let us borrow a highlighter.

Nice clean school. I only went there to take s state assessment, but nice.

Called the store twice and was put on hold for longer than it should take. Had several questions about the Ivy+ Program but received inadequate answers. If this is what I have to put up with for free books, I’d rather just pay.

Delivered food to an employee at the bookstore. No issues to report with this place.

Great place for my daughter to buy books. And the staff was great. Nice little restaurant in same building to eat lunch.

There is A small cafe inside with a great chef and very great customer service must try it out!!!

My daughter is an honor student at your IVY TECH and consistently had professors that refuse to help when she has a question in class. The teacher actually said he doesnt know the information in class to teach it to her the FIRST day of class in Chemistry 105? After her 5 semester of being an honor student, she wants to transfer because she cant sleep from stress of teachers not wanting to teach an intro class.

They have a PearsonVue testing center there and thats why I have visited that location.

This institution lacks professionalism and efficiency. I was dropped for a non payment from 2 of my classes. My aid money did not come on time for whatever reason and I called financial aid to let them know that and they told me that they would give me an extension until my money came through. Well...... they did not give me any extension. I was still dropped. AND when I finally got around to pay my bill and was able to re-enroll, I was enrolled in the same class but in a DIFFERENT class section with a DIFFERENT professor. Therefore, I now have a ZERO PERCENT in a class.This is the most ridiculous and f***** up scenario. I pretty much paid this institution to enroll me in a different class and paid them to set me up to fail. Something really needs to be changed about this institution. When I showed the Express Enrollment my change of enrollment form with an approval stamp from the bursar, they lady at the front desk was very rude and did not care about my existence.

The food is totally awesome PERIOD

Not having direct email addresses or phone numbers available to individual offices in the event of catching a mistake can be frustrating and make resolving an issue take longer. This is why I give them four stars. After discovering an issue with my enrollment/billing status it took a three days to make contact with the office responsible. The issue was resolved, but after hours of stressing. Over all though, the professors and staff have been helpful and fair and friendly.

I love and am very thankful for ivytech it has given me and those who didnt do to well in high school another chance to get into a good 4 year college. I highly recommend ivy tech to anyone who wants to get their grades up and transfer to another school, within 1 semester I went from not getting accepted to my school to getting an academic and sports scholarship. Thanks ivy for all you have done for me and others!!!!

I would happily give it a zero if I could. While the class I took was fine, it was horrible trying to figure out how to enroll or find answers as a courses-only student without literally physically showing up in person. And when I did show up in person, they told me I didnt need to.The Indianapolis campus needs to lose the IVY help line and list an actual directory. Every time I ask them for help they dont have an answer and cant figure out where to direct me. Even as someone fairly tech-savvy Im often left without answers.

Ivy Tech is a great place to start for college. They offer their classes for a pretty good price, about $5,000 a year. The highest degree they offer is an Associates, but they have options to help students transfer directly into other institutions, such as IUPUI and University of Indianapolis, to further their education. Aside from a degree, you can also get several technical certifications from Ivy Tech. Lots of financial aid available too! They will do their best to work with your personal schedule.

Staff eager to get you what you need. This bookstore felt a little bigger than the downtown Indianapolis campus. They have plenty of munchies available in case you get hungry and the café is closed.

I have been to the bookstore in downtown Indy once and I prefer to place my online order for books at this campus 100%. I live in Noblesville..So it is much more convenient and I recommend ordering online.Of course If you know your course number for each class you will need a book for or in my case I send the teacher a quick email prior to placing my order to male sure i have the right book. Staff is friendly somewhat...and tries to be helpful. It gets busy with the nursing students picking up scrubs and other medical supplies.The manager was not very nice to them. I have yet had problem with any of my orders (4 to be exact) since my 2 semesters at ivy tech. I also returned a book I no longer needed for one of classes and they helped me In less than 5 minutes. Just make sure you have your student id# (C***) along with your ID to pick up orders or return. Hope this helps!

I went here for state testing, the staff was professional, helpful and nice. The facility was also clean.

The 2 gentlemen were very polite, respectful and helpful.

Called the Anderson location first, they were amazingly helpful. Its a shame they didnt have my book in stock. However, there was confusion over which option of the book was the correct one to purchase, they suggested calling the Lawrence location because my course is based out of the Lawrence location. I called the Lawrence location after 4pm. Spoke to the most unhelpful gentleman. Kept saying he didnt know anything about the books. He wasnt listening, so he wasnt understanding what I was asking. I offered him the CRN so he could look it up, he didnt want to look it up. Basically, he said its up to me to just pick an option and pay. Why do they even answer the telephone? I will not purchase anything from nor speak to the Lawrance Ivy Tech as their customer service is always substandard.

This school helps me a lot for my first year experience here in the United States. I am really thankful for all what they doing to me!

These people over there don’t know how to pick up a phone. Calling at 9:30 when they open at 8, multiple times, and nobody once thought to pick up the phone. It’s not even busy at these locations, it’s midterm week. Terrible.
