Its been a long time since Ive been here. Theyve improved the layout. It feels more open and inviting. It was more of an experience. They also now have bull pen setups for certain genres which gives a more intimate experience when looking for a book in that genre. There was also handwritten tips on the book shelves that were very useful and nice.After having visited i definitely see why B&N survived digital media. I have a feeling theyll be around for some time.

B&N is one of my favorite stores! Theres no substitute for being able to hold & look at a book before you buy it. The staff there are so friendly & helpful.

The typical big nook hotspot with very clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Plenty to entertain and drain away hours, so much inventory and decently organized too. Us four kids enjoyed wondering around and pausing upon the good goods, Tolkien, Dune, and smattering of bookworm essentials. Noticed a lot of compiled piles of fresh releases like the fun wall of classics bound up in fancy fresh colors and designs. Im not about to drop the prices they start for here but I am sure the real worms take advantage of the rewards programs and discounts offered here.

Once theyve stocked up on manga I cant stop going. Great place to shop.

Great for immediate access to current titles, and I still buy magazines! In these digital times we cant let bookstores fade away.

I take my grandmother to Barnes & Noble once a month. She spends hundreds on books. Now, I will take her somewhere else.Jess is really rude. My best friend forgot to bring a mask along. I didnt have a second mask and didnt want my friend to feel left out. Because the restrictions are changing a bit today, we decided to walk in together without masks and would ask for some if stopped. Sure enough, Jess stops us and approaches us in a rude manner. Her annoyed tone told my friend and I twice, You HAVE to wear a mask. I asked Jess for masks and she provided, we told her thank you. Before we could take the masks, another employee approaches us and tells us, You guys have to wear masks. Excuse me, but I am taking the mask right now, thank you. You work in customer service on the other side of the store, why did you come over here when there is nothing to worry about? Jess didnt even tell me thank you or to have a nice day when making a purchase, yet she did to other customers.I understand you have a requirement, but it wouldnt hurt to be nice. We werent disrespectful to them, why were they to us? Heres a tip Jess, ask, Do you have a mask? or Can you please wear a mask? instead of being so demanding. Will not be returning here.

I went in with a list of books I needed for my son to choose from for school. The customer rep not only told us what section to find each book but she also walked around and helped us find each one. I love and appreciate the personal attention. Great job B&N❣

It has pretty much any book you need. However the store is ginormous! Bring your hiking shoes. They reading nooks are all gone due to social distancing. So no where to sit down other than the Starbucks at the front of the store.

I support brick and mortar bookstores, Amazon all you want there is a goodness of going down to your neighborhood bookstore and picking up the book you want the day you want it

This Barnes and Noble location carries soooo much more than other locations! It was an amazing experience! Their game section is huge and they even have a DVD section which majorly surprised me. They had the books I was looking for that another location didnt have and I wandered through the Harry Potter section and found several things I had never seen before too!

A very nice book store with a great layout and helpful staff. There are plenty of comfortable areas to sit and explore the options and the cafe is large and comfortable as well. Its very easy to find what youre looking for and if you cant find it for some reason, the staff is more than willing to help.

Nice and clean environment. Service can be a little scarce but is very helpful. Genre signs are high up for all to see. I had a enjoyable time.

Excellent Service regarding the Book I was looking for

As always magazines are awkward to negotiate. YA has a new area that is more open (nice!) I found what I came for and more. Corporate BN said they were giving local stores more leeway, but Godiva chocolates were heavily featured in the checkout line when there is a local chocolatier next door. So not much leeway?

It was great I found a lot of manga there but they were pretty expensive

The barista was wonderful. Obviously a large selection of books. Had a hard time choosing which one to keep, so I got three!

I visited this location for the first time, but Ive been to several other B&Ns over the years. I didnt have much time so I was hoping to find everything I needed easily. I was disappointed with how small the Klutz book selection (my reason for visiting) was in the kids section and I didnt find the activity kit section in the area Ive usually seen it in other stores, I just saw a few on the carts in the entrance. And there was no self gift wrapping station, but that could be because of covid. Everything else was fine, staff was nice, line was short.

My daughter really like the store. Everyone was very nice and offered help when needed.

I always feel like Indiana Jones when I go to the bookstore as there are so few left. I need the feel of a book to read hate ebooks. That said I can always find a book that interests me here. That said I would give 5 stars if they did not charge to be part of their book discount program. Most retailers have a free club come on man...

Well organized and clean environment with helpful and very friendly staff.

Visit was during afternoon. Spent a couple of hours browsing thru different books & sitting in food court. A nice afternoon. Felt comfortable with number of people in the store. For most part, most shoppers were honoring safety precautions.

While the cafe has fewer selections available, it is still a great place to relax while browsing the the incredible selection of books.

I love Barnes & Noble but when I went there today the barista(African American, tall, short curly hair female) was very rude. I asked her for forks and she asked if I wanted napkins as well(you think shed give them to you anyways you ordered cake) I said yes. She handed me forks and I asked if she could give me the napkins she said oh you wanted some I said yes. She rolled her eyes at me. And later she rolled her eyes at my mother as we were walking by. Very rude and unprofessional. On top of that the expresso machine was broken.

Selection of business books seems to be smaller than what I remember.

Ive been to this location several times for years now, and it remains my favorite because of how friendly and helpful the staff is! I also appreciate Rod who helped me find all the books I was looking for to gift my students on Black Friday. Even though the store was busy he still made sure I received all the assistance I needed while attending to others as well.

One of the last bastions of perishable book shelves, this store is always full of helpful staff that provide suggestions and get me pointed where I need to be. I still love the value of walking the shelves and discovering new staff favorites that I’ve never heard of and giving them a shot.

Barnes and Noble is always a good experience. Grab a coffee, and pick out some good books or magazines. They have comfortable chairs to sit in and look at books. I also really enjoy all the cool stationary and journaling supplies. Their music selection is pretty good, too! 10/10

Beautiful store, cute little cafe. There are a lot of top quality products, some in which Ive never seen before. Only reason for a star removed is because price is unreasonably high for some products and coupons can be hard to come by. Otherwise, very impressed

Expansive facility. Seating available. Cafe inside. Staff constantly available, asking if you need assistance, but not repeating themselves if they already asked you.

It was a nice sized store located in the mall. I was able to easily find the books I was looking for and there were plenty of associates wandering around if I needed help. The cafe was kept nice and clean and had a nice view of the parking lot so you could people watch whilst drinking your coffee. The bathrooms were also very clean.

Favorite Barnes and Nobles! Excellent, friendly staff. Store is always clean and organized. Has a better Game section than most local Game Shops. Clearance is done regularly. Music is not too loud and there are nice little nooks with chairs to read. Benefit added: good music/vinyl section, excellent variety of educational toys and childrens section!!! Must stop by.

Easy to peruse the selections here. Well laid out, with some seating and a nice coffee shop inside. You can find everything cheaper on Amazon, of course, but for scanning new titles or looking for something to read its a good place to go. I usually buy a couple things I could get cheaper elsewhere just so bookstores dont completely disappear.

This trip was a quick one. Although it was quick, I walked most of the, very organized, clean and comfortable store! I found my item, and the cashier was nice.

Love relaxing here with a good book. Music selection could be better and quieter...they had an odd mix of country, rap/R&B and rock while I was there last month. Personally, Id prefer classical or something soothing like Zen garden while Im reading.

Good bookstore, friendly staff who will order you anything they dont have on the shelf. They have a little games section as well as an interesting clearance section.Very popular place to hang out means its hard to find a chair. Dont order food from the café unless youve staked a spot to sit and eat. It gets that busy!

Wonderful selection of books and very fair prices.You can always look online to see if something is in stock. They also have a nice Starbucks cafe. Overall it is updated and has a HUGE selection of books to buy! Truly can spend all day and have a great time.

Great customer service! Guy at customer service desk went out his way to get a new movie release from the back of warehouse. He was very polite and curious. The same with the cashier. He was very nice and my transaction was quick and easy. Thank you 👍🏾

They stock all the books I look for when I go for my months reading. However I got poor service at the cafe. I had to request a bag for my books and the associate placed my cheesecake on top of the bag so I had to ask for a bag for my cheesecake so I could carry my reading, cheesecake, drink, purse and umbrella. Therefore 4 stars.

This is far and away my favorite store. not just bookstore mind you, I mean store, period. Its got plenty of geeky stuff, not just books; Legos, collectibles and the like. Also they have a very prominent D&D section, which pleases this avid fan.

The staff was nice and there was a variety of things in the shop.

I love the atmosphere with chairs throughout the store, coffee shop and a dining area. They dont always have the books I want in stock, but you can online order and ship. My favorite is the online order and in store pickup (If they have the books obviously).

Love their books they sell and I enjoy comparing them to other stores. To see, if there as noble as they mention in their name. They do not do military discounts.

I enjoy browsing the extensive variety of books. I also enjoy the eatery. (Artichoke & Spinach Quiche)

Store was very organized, and the personnel were very attentive. I went there to buy Think and Grow Rich and he took me to several sections before finally going to a register to look it up. Also, there is a Starbucks in the store😊 Overall my visit was a very pleasant experience!

Lots of good books. My family went there and bought some puzzles for relaxation.
