TL;DR: Furniture and Mattress stores suck. Shane Chartier and this specific Mattress Firm when he is on shift are amazing.I hate furniture stores. Pushy salespeople that follow you around and pop out of corners everywhere is not my cup of tea. Mattress stores are even worse. If you are over 3 feet tall there is nowhere to hide. This mattress store is laid out the same, but the salesperson is a different breed. Shane Chartier. Excellent store representative. Dont get me wrong, we bought the most expensive thing in the store, other than the store itself. We were in the market for that though, and he even showed us his favorite bed, which was not the one we got. My wife and I are opposite comfort people, which means our sleep can get expensive if we both want to sleep well. This store has 32 beds that I counted, along with some samples in the dungeon that are probably not fit for human consumption. We tested about 20 of the beds. I liked 10, my wife liked three, and they had something they called a mattress but Im pretty sure it was just a plywood box with a blanket stapled to it that my wife absolutely loved. We still found one that works for us together. Plus, if we dont like it, we have 4 months to return it. Pretty sweet deal IMO. Shane was not pushy, even showed us the bad parts of the beds and spoke about other beds that might fit our situation that were sold by competitors. Sometimes nicely. We are almost sad this bed will last so long (20-30 years on average for the brand) because we will probably never see Shane again. He is considering leaving the mattress arena for other pastures, so if you are in the market for a bed, and a nice experience buying it, I would hurry to this specific store and get one. Maybe together we can make sure to meet him again in 20 years when we finally need a replacement.

After sharing some of my sleep preferences, Shane, the assistant manager, directed me to two mattresses he felt would meet my needs. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and very patient as I questioned him and deliberated.He made an experience I had dreaded for months into a very pleasant one and far better than ordering over the internet without a person to help advise. After purchasing one of the two mattresses he told me it would be delivered on January 22 and it was!The delivery crew was excellent, removing my old mattress and box springs and installing the new ones in fewer than 10 minutes. Five stars for an excellent purchase experience. Most importantly, I love my new mattress! Its only been 10 days and the mattress feels broken in already. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Jake, the manager today. He made the process really simple and explained things well, and took my budget and wants/needs into consideration, even finding sales and coupons we could use if needed. I was hesitant to buy a “bed in a box” online before actually trying it out - I definitely recommend going into a store so you can know what you like before you purchase it - if you can. Basically walked in and asked if they sold pillows. The worker said they didn’t have in pillows in stock but I could try to find one and they would see if they had it at another location. Helped me find one according to my usual sleep position and found the pillow I chose at a store close by. Pretty quick and easy service.

My wife and I had a great experience today at Mattress Firm (store at Emerson Commons). We didnt necessarily go into the store with a plan to make a purchase today - we just wanted to see what was for sale, see prices, and to ask a few questions about trial periods and etc.After working with Shane (sales associate) and Jake (store manager) we’d found a mattress we were ready to buy then and there. They did a great job explaining their different products without pushy sales techniques and even worked with us a bit on price seeing as we also purchased a bundle package of pillows and sheets.All in all, it was a great experience!

Just OK at least! Went in on Monday. The Manager said I would have my bed and frame on Wednesday because it was IN STOCK in the warehouse. Got a call from him Tuesday afternoon saying that it was not in stock and I wouldn’t get it for three weeks. I was so very upset I can’t tell you. If he had told me that on Monday I could’ve made the decision then but to call me on Tuesday and say my Wednesday shipment wouldn’t be here for three weeks was really upsetting. Took my headboard off and stripped my bed for nothing. Not a fan of Mattress Firm. I would’ve canceled my order but I didn’t want to go through the hassle again

This Mattress Firm is wonderful. They have a great selection of mattresses to choose from and the staff is very knowledgeable about each one. We were considering a memory foam Bed in a Box mattress and they have their own tulo brand. It was great to be able to test this out in the store to make sure this was the route to go. The salesman was terrific and helped us to make the right choice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

I had such a great experience at this location! I called earlier in the day just to ask if they had any stock we could take with us because we needed something on short notice. When I arrived that evening, Jared had prepared a list of everything he could offer us. They did not have one item in stock, so he made sure we got the next one up for no additional cost. There was never any pressure at any time and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. I will be recommending that everyone stop by this location for their bedding needs!

But Jared was so phenomenal and patient with me, that I was convinced to buy a mattress right there and then. Got a great 4th of July offer. Okay, so I didnt buy a mattress from Jared at Mattress Firm. However, he has been helpful in any questions I do have.I did buy two mattress platforms from him. One for myself (full size) and one for my mom (twin size). I also bought the Dream fit best sheets he encouraged which I supposed to be really good, and hes very right. I love the bedsheets.

Sales guy was cool, gave me the best price on a floor model mattress. Unfortunately, after a week, realizing the mattress hurts my back, the so called good price voided my warranty, No refunds, No exchanges, the only guarantee I get is if it breaks in half, I own both halfs.

Erick (and Jared) were awesome! I first visited on Sunday and picked out a plus medium-firm mattress. Realized when I got home that it was basically the same as the mattress I was trying to replace (causing me back pain). Came back the very next day and spent about an hour laying on different beds. This place has been very good. Great service from Jared from the jump. Usual hiccups as with any major retail transaction, but Jared has gone above and beyond to accommodate to the best of his ability.

The matress itself is great. I got it with a boxspring for a low price and it was deleivered within days of purchasing. No problems. However, when it got delievered, the delievery man hit on me. He said I was beautiful and when he looked at me he was shocked by my beauty. I said thank you, and then he asked if I was single. Im not normally turned off by this, but it was not the right time or place, especially since he was at my house. I was a little uncomfortable, but I said I was in a relationship and that the mattress was actually for my boyfriend and I, and he left. A very awkward experience, but when it comes to the actual mattress its great.
