One of my favorite home decor stores

Big Lots have really stepped their furniture game up!

Just visited this store for the first time and was highly impressed!! They have tons of home decor/furniture/and other items to decorate your house with! I look forward to returning, to purchase more items to finish decorating my new home with. I did remove one star though, as the employees werent the friendliest.

Absolutely love this store. For all your decoration needs this is the store to visit. Can get some deals if you search and become apart of there perks program. Sometimes they give you coupons for it. I will say get your outdoor cushions when they first come out cause I did have problems finding a complete set once people went through them. But overall I recommend this store for outdoor and indoor decor needs.

Has literally everything youll need for a decent price!

I found a small table, about 8 square that had no price. I ask an associate for the price and he came up with a plausible price and I bought it. Turns out it wouldnt work for me so I went to take it back. Thats when I found out the price I was given was for a table four times the size that was on clearance. I was then told that clearance items are not returnable! WRONG! After some complaining, the cashier grudgingly gave me my money back, only after making me feel like I had done something wrong. This isnt the first time I have had problems with their customer service.

Always a favorite place to shop. So many neat things and seasonal holiday things are Awesome.

This store is located in Greenwood. I will never go to that location again. She gave me a hard time, and made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. She was rude and impertinent. I usually visit the one on West 86th St. They are very professional, kind and helpful. Id say, Greenwood location, learn some manners.

Would give them 0 stars, this stores management is the worst I’ve seen. The Store director changed the story on a product availability twice. Been here a few times, won’t be back. Best go give your money to a company that holds integrity to the highest standard.

This place is literally JUST decor. Nothing useful, nothing functional. And the stuff they carry at this store is limited to 3 or 4 very Americana style senses of style.If thats your jam, youll love this store. Personally I didnt like it.Also, they were blasting the Xmas music before Thanksgiving! As if giving thanks for your family, friends, and everything you have loses its importance in the face of Christmas Consumerism. No, thank you!

Disappointed...Sale Card started area rug we purchased was 8 x 10 ...got it home, a 45/mile trip, we found the rug measured 66 x 96.... Were very disgusted!Mn ow a return trip to Indy!😠

I love this store for my interior home needs, especially for interior decor (the expanse of their wall art and wall hangings and decor, such as picture frames, mirrors, metal sculpture type items, etc. is impressive), patio/outdoor living, holiday decor, and kitchen and dinnerware items! Vast selection and steady selection, unlike Marshalls, TJMaxx, or Home Goods which are hit and miss with their inventory of home items, and where finding duplicates of a particular home item is oftentimes a very rare occurrence. At Home also has competitive pricing on all of their items, in my opinion. And their late (or late-er, as in later than most stores aside from big box retailers) hours are just another plus! I will say however that their website, online ordering (both with in store pick-up and ship to home options), and ship to home components and processes leaves a lot to be desired when compared to the majority of other retailers, but that’s a trade off that I’ll take for their positives.

This store literally has EVERYTHING! I need adult supervision when going in here. The selection is amazing and the prices are great. If you need anything for your home check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Alot of unique items, furniture cabinets, end tables you dont see other places. Anything you could need for your home. Prices not low but not high. Customer service didnt exist but theyre probably just short staffed. Alot of wall decor too if you need that.

I asked for some help from a woman who turned out to be the manager and she said she would be with me when she was done with an order she was working on. I I waited a while, then went up front to the cashiers to ask for help. The first woman came up and was not exactly happy that I had done that. I dont feel that this was handled properly by the manager having me wait around and then complain when I looked for help elsewhere.

I love all the decoration ideas and the wide selection.

Love the variety you find. No matter what your style is, you can find things to complete what you are going for. Plenty to look at for each holiday season.

I was here looking for cute baskets to try to get my kids various play sets under control. Other stores have a I guess this will do selection, At Homes selection lets you pick from several you actually like...while trying to avoid the products with cancer/infertility warnings on the tag. I was very satisfied with what I came home with.

They closed the one on Lafayette road. Which I went 3 times a week( lived down street). Now I have to go to the one on 86th street. Can still find everything, I look for! Prices are very reasonable. Did Christmas shopping for 10 people and 3 co-workers. I really like this . The prices and quality of the products really fit my budget.

A complete Sweet Home decoration place. Think of any decor stuff for home, hopefully one gonna find over there. I visited this store after a long time. There used to be Flower Factory in the same store earlier. A must visit store at least once.

More home goods than you can shake a stick at, and if you dont have a stick you can find a decorative one here too.

This was my first time there. I wasnt a fan. The furniture part was good, they had a lot of modern style pieces. But as far as everything else, I would rather go to hobby lobby or tj maxx. And the restrooms were absolutely disgusting... they were the worst public restrooms Ive ever been in... it looks like they never clean them! My husband said in the mens restroom it looked like their was vomit splattered on the wall and that it looked like it had been there a while. In the womens room there was feces on every toilet and toilet paper covering the floor.

Not very well kept! My wife couldn’t bear any longer second in there. Associates were very wonderful and nice!

I love going to At Home. The merchandise is so nice, a big variety. Always buy something. BUT the store is a mess. There a few aisles you couldnt take a cart down because there was merchandise all over the floor. And the bathrooms are just nasty. Only 1 stall in the womens had any toilet paper at all. The floor was filthy. I wanted to not go in but had to. And it isnt the 1st time the restroom has looked like that.

Perfect place for cheap home decor. You get what you pay for, though. Dont go in expecting anything high end. I will say this, though, they have more cow paintings than the world could ever possibly need. Moo.

Ive loved shopping here - especially for holiday stuff. There is a noticeable increase in prices. Since just about everything is made in China, Im guessing the tariffs are to blame for that. Great place for mirrors, rugs, small furniture and holiday decorations.Ill just give our cashier a pass. She was clearly having a bad day.....

Terrible Customer Service. Okay, so I get that sometimes people are having off days, and its not exactly a place that theres expected to be much interaction between customers/employees. I was there with a friend trying to pick out a Christmas tree, so there were a few we liked. I put up a poll on Facebook to see what everyone like the most, but there was only one tree left of one type. So taking the tree up front, I asked to put it on hold. The cashier WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. Oh, youre not coming back for this tree. she said begrudgingly, as she wrote down both my name and phone number wrong. An hour later after getting lunch we came back and the same lady yelled at us from across the hall YOU COME BACK FOR YOUR TREE??? And I said, NOPE! and we walked out. Went to the At Home store in Avon instead to get the same tree. The cashier there was much nicer. Ill just shop at the new Home Goods store in Greenwood instead.

Bug store that sells lots of home goods. Pictures pillows furniture outside furniture and patio cushions and decorative items. They sell anything fro. Pillows, bedding to kitchenware, wall hangings, shelving you name it. Anything and everything to design your home both inside and out.

This is a wonderful store! So much to choose from for your home. Lots of selection from pillows, home decor, lamps, rugs, etc..I can always find something I want or need for my home.

If I would live in this store I could. I just wish their products were more affordable. I can only ever buy things when theyre on sale. Ill never be able to afford their larger items - theyre just simply too overpriced.

I have been searching for larger area rugs my home and Came Upon This Place with the recommendation from JCPenneys and I was so overwhelmed with the selection they had it was so large and it was so impressed I couldnt even pick out one yet so I have to go back very impressed! They have a large selection I think of several items with very good pricing very good quality what you looking for.

Had to find the perfect frame that 8h. Clerk told me accurately where to look in both places. Area in back was pretty disorganized from people going thru, moving as the merchandise. I found the exact one.

This store is a joke!!!!!!!! the management is a joke they all look like they are strung out.....every time ive been in this store its nasty and the people are rude to everybody. ive complained to the store director bout the rudeness that i have endured from them nasty people and he just smiles like a coked out clown. i think he is the manager of the back he is 1 of the ruddest and the most hateful person ive ever come acrossed every time you try to ask a question about products he has an instant attitude. being a person in retail there is no need for the treatment that the management gives their customers . . when ive asked to speak to a higher manager or to get the corporate phone number they walk away total disrespect i hope the store closes down.......its sad that i have to give it 1 star for this joke of a store just to post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store has changed names so many times, that its hard to keep track. I would compare At Home to a Big Lots for home decor. They have pretty good prices on most items, as well as a lot of items of slightly lower quality.I always make sure to go here first when we are looking for home decor in an effort to save money.The store used to carry a large selection of books at very low prices. However, theyve had no books the last few times my family has been in.
