This store has a huge supply of wigs and beauty supplies. The staff was helpful and friendly. The prices were good. Will be be visiting again.

Huge place with good prices. Employees do not have customer service skills. No hello upon entering. A worker provided my daughter and I with masks since we werent wearing them..but.... Not only was her masks under her nose, the other young ladies masks were under their chins. Make it make sense to me 😒

Terrible terrible customer service experience, probably the worst experience. Attendant refused to point to location of item in the store, her sexist statement men shouldnt be in beauty store, the lady should have come to the store herself. Not a place I want to spend my money.Wish I could give a -negative star 🌟

They had all of my favorite aphogee products in store. So that was a huge plus for me. The store was neatly stocked and the employees were helpful and friendly. Just because I get overwhelmed in big places that meant the world to me. Parking was easy and masks are enforced.

Don’t go to this store. This place lacks good customer service. The lady is very rude I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. She wasn’t very helpful, had a nasty attitude when I asked her questions and also didn’t know much about what she’s doing. The hair is not that great by the way. DONT GO TO THIS STORE

Lots of great hair choices so far my go to place

Huge selection when it comes to hair, can likely find whatever you’re looking for. I would shop here again.My only issue is that they don’t have prices on a lot of the hair and currently aren’t allowing returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. Having to walk all the way to the front just to ask the price of something is kind of tedious. Based on the prices I did see, some braiding/crochet hair is little more expensive than some other beauty supply stores in the area.

I will never recommend this store to anyone! Just like the way I stopped couple of friends from buying here.The manager and his employees lack good customer service. No returns are accepted at this store. They claimed because of COVID. But other beauty supplies take returns. You get stacked with whatever you buy once you pay for it.My experience here was very awful!!! I wish I could give zero star!!

Very large warehouse sized store with a wide selection. We visited during COVID restriction requirements so there was no floor staff to help us. However the person working the cash register was knowledgeable and helpful. As expected the store had precisely what we needed. Lots of selection for the average custer and har dresser or stylist.

I always can find everything I need when I come here. My first time being here, I literally took my time and walked all over so I could see what the offered. Anything you can think of they have it. Its neat and the items are easy to find. And the prices arent bad either. The employees are helpful, and they even have a beauty salon inside as well. Im not sure of the prices, however if youre interested check it out.

This store is very hard to navigate to find what you came in for. Its not organized.

I always find what I need here and Charles is my guy! If you braid hair or have a business card for hair care services they give you a business owner discount! Great incentive!

They do have a wide variety of hair and hair products. The only thing is the employees arent very knowledgeable. But they try to help the best they can. The owners seem to know the most but you can still tell they are uncertain of some of the items and or products they have. Friendly staff.

This place is a mess. The store is hot and humid, they have many unknown (to me) brands and Im a stylist. Its like a Beauty Supply Flea Market. However, I am a fan of the wall of business cards promoting businesses in the community.

I have shopped at this store for a little over a year now. This is my favorite beauty supply store. The staff is always very pleasant. I prefer to be left alone until I ask for help and they do just that. They are very honest and do not try to push items on you. They give alot of samples and encourage customer feedback which says alot in my opinion.

No assistance was offered. The wig selection was huge but the quality was terrible. Finally decided on one that looked pretty good, wore it once for 8 hours (office work) and it is already a tangled mess and is shedding. Will never return!!!

The shop was a disgrace with the cheap hair that probably cost much less than what is listed. Where do they get that junk I would like to see some quality products.

Parking lot is very nasty, no hand sanitizer given upon entrance to practice safe social distance, however the lady did speak when entering.

Absolutely ridiculous what they did to that young woman. A worker threw her stuff she was about to purchase in her face, threatened to shoot her and put his hands on a customer. All because she got to the counter and gave him one thing and said she didnt want it and he was pissed she did not put it away. Do not do business with this store! This country needs to learn what customer service is again and stop treating paying customers like they are beneth them. Boycott this store!!!!

I just read about someones horrific experience at this establishment where a male cashier pulled out a gun on a black woman for no reason at all. I will never visit this place. She plans to hold a protest outside of the store as well.
