I love the staff they are sweet. The only reason I am giving one star is because I bought a spray bottle and it was broken. Then I bought ardell lashes that are supposedly magnetic that dont even work at all and was a waste of my money.

I want to start off by saying I’ve been a student for about eight months now. I’ve been in the store various times and I’ve never had any issues with employees in fact it actually all been very informative and helpful on every one of my products. But recently I’ve had some occurring issues with this facility. It started off with me trying to buy 3 packets of bleach, when I was at the check out so took one of my packets away and said that there was a limit to how much bleach I could purchase because I was still a student. That a lie. I have talk to my peers and my teachers there is no limit to how much product I can purchase. Ironic because I’ve seen students buy tubs of bleach. The second incident occurred when I tried to enter with two other peers. She told me that there was a “limit” to two students at a time. There was already two students inside so we respectfully waited outside until they walked out. The entire time I watched three people walk into the store and she was perfectly OK with it. Just not students. Imagine that. When me and my other went in to buy our products we were not greeted kindly like the other customers. Instead she rudely and intensively stared down our isle. When I looked back at her she had her mask halfway off while she was Talking to a customer. When I went to the check out the other employee was very short and rude. She didn’t say anything to me and rudely threw my recite on the counter with no contact or goodbye. I’ve never had this treatment at cosmoprof. I’ve never been rude or disrespect to anyone in this location. The shelves are never stocked anyways so I won’t be missing out on much. There always un stocked products laying around crowding the isles. I wish nothing but this store my best. But I definitely will be shopping and revering my friends elsewhere.
