The girl who helped me last night and helped me pick out the perfect color! Both girls that were working were very helpful and always are everytime I come in

I *ALWAYS* go to Sallys for my hair needs. Especially when I dye it different colours! Helpful staff ((thank you Tracy)), and a wide variety of options for all hair types. Got my friend and I a bunch of stuff for under $50. Looking forward to our new brightly coloured hair!

I needed to lift my hair color by one or two levels and Dawn was absolutely amazing on her suggestions. I could tell she wasnt just trying to sell me a product because it was a higher price but because she knew what she was talking about. And she was very honest with me and toners, she said she couldnt suggest one because she didnt even know what my hair color would turn out to be after I stripped the color out. Which I completely appreciate the honesty. Will be returning

Yesterday I placed an online order to be picked up at the store. The online system checks for item availability and suggests shipment or other store. My items were said to be there. This morning I received notice that my order had been canceled and they would keep my money for 5 days. Knowing that i still drove to the store to purchase like items. I had used 2 coupons. They were not only going to hold my money, but my coupons as well. They insructed me to phone customer service where i was greated by Demarcus. Very friendly but his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do. He sent me to a supervisor where i first held for over 17 minutes. I phoned at 158 PM and my call lasted 53 minutes. Most of that time was on hold. Bianca the supervisor informed me after several long holds with Demarcus returning to inform me she was extremely busy, that the only thing she could to was refer me for a call back and it would not be for more than 2 or 3 days. It is an absolute poverty on behalf of your customer service staff, that providing customer service is not a priority.

Was looking for a Christmas gift for a college student, thoughts went to her doing her nails and getting decals. Went online and found they had what I wanted. Went to store and staff showed me a couple of things I had not thought about. I did get my gift there!!

All of the workers are such dolls! Professional, kind, talented souls! I do wish this location was bigger but they still have great stock! They have a nice range of cost friendly things to more high-end bulk business items! Which attracts a wide range of customers! Location is almost always tidy! I would definitely recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. Arrived at the store about 5 minutes before they opened, the worker saw me, read the sign and go wait in my car. She then decides to wait until 10:08 to unlock the doors as she is on her phone.

We ordered online like requested but not all products delivered. We have emailed, attempted to call customer service, called direct stores but nobody answering or responding. I understand a difficult time but products should either be delivered or refunded.

Im sure Sally Beauty curbside pickup would have been a great experience if an employee had bothered to show up. Customer service wasnt responsive either. Great business youve got here.

Sign on the door said max of 8 people. There was 2 what appeared to be employees in there, no one else. As I walked up to the door the woman behind the register walked up and locked the door in my face. Made complete eye contact and everything. Went to the car to call and see what was going on. I heard the phone just ringing through the glass and she ignored it. Rude and unprofessional.

Love this place been going for years we buy all kinds of stuff from here hair makeup nail polish hair dryers curling Irons straighteners neave no what colors of hair Im going to come up with.

I had never visited the Sallys at this partucular location, but I had a good experience. The lady working was very nice and friendly. She also helped me out, by helping choose a new color for my hair since they were out of the color that I had originally wanted. I will definitely revisit this location.

Although alone in a busy store, Tracy the assistant manager ran it like a pro. Giving everyone undivided attention. And a great knowledge of the products!

Visited today for the liter sale. The lady was so helpful and very nice when I asked her a for a recommendation. She asked me a few question and steered me in the right direction. Definitely will be returning!

I used to really love this store. Its close, its stocked and clean and all the girls are great, but im completely done based on the simple fact that i have followed the instructions given to me THREE times by Tracy and every time it turns out wrong. I dont understand the issue. She consults with me tells me what to get tells me how to do it and its still never right. And im not knit pickey. I know im not a professional but..lord. I do know a few things when it comes to hair coloring so i feel it should have been atleast close. Especially since shes told me shes the only licensed employee, which is why i wanted her advice. Not to mention her condescending attitude towards not just myself but other customers and even the other employee. Its down right crazy to me. So ill be making the extra 2 mile trip down to southern plaza.

Very helpful indeed, if yu dont know anything about hair products they will help yu the best way they can.

I dont even want to give a 1 star. It should be zero. They supposedly had a licenced professional tell me exactly what I needed. I bleached my hair. Didnt have enough. The lady told me it would be enough. Then I wanted dirty blonde so I got a toner she did to use. Didnt cover all of my hair and also is a dark brown. Also still have streaks of bleach blonde in my hair. I called to complain and they just basically shrugged their shoulders. I will never be going back! I dont suggest anyone going either.

I go to Sally Beauty a lot as I color my hair frequently. At the one I usually go to (on the north side) I get helped instantly with friendly and knowledgable workers. However at this location, I just had the worst experience asking a question. First of all I couldnt find a worker but when I did she was extremely rude and condescending, while not answering my question. Bad service. I wont be revisiting this location.

The gals working in here are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful!! I just wish they had their wella color items more stocked. But I believe that is more of a corporate issue. Corporate needs to make sure all SallyBeauty stores have Wella Professional backstocked. Its a fantastic color line & costs what ALL professional hair color SHOULD cost!!!!!

They need to clean up their store. It was a little dumpy the last time I was there.
