He assured me he was going to get everything taken care of despite of the business being busier than usual. The people at T&T were great!!! They had wonderful customer service. The work on my car was timely and professionaly done. You couldnt tell that my car had ever been in a crash. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service and repair! Rarely write reviews and as a busy mom, car repairs arent usually up high on my to do list. My side view mirror on my Mercedes ML 550 stopped opening/closing and I needed it fixed. As always, MB repairs arent inexpensive and since this car has a ton of miles/years and has seen better days, we didnt want to sink a ton of $$ into fixing it. They were able to quickly located a salvaged mirror assembly, paint it to match my car perfectly. This place done an amazing job on my truck! They were professional from the first moment of contact answering all my questions. The owner Travis walked me through each step making sure there was no inconvenience to myself which was so nice considering the accident was not my fault. Once my vehicle was dropped off even with it being the holidays they had it fixed in less than a weeks time. To top it off my car was detailed and cleaned at pick up. T&T collision was able to get my car in immediately and even got the repairs done early! I had a front end collision that upon closer inspection needed the radiator replaced, and I appreciated that Doug called me to verify price first before repairing it. My car looks brand new! Quality work at a reasonable price, I would definitely take my car here again (but hopefully won’t have to)!

I came to Travis to get my bumper repaired for a minor dent I caused. Came in on a Friday and left with my car the following Monday. It looked amazing! When I say amazing, I mean like youre seeing the car for the first time on a lot amazing. His team erased my oopsy and I cant be more appreciative for the service and the guarantee as a first time customer that I would be taken care of. Im definitely bringing my cars to his shop whenever I need some work done.

Awesome place. I had a scratch fixed and a door repainted on my truck and they did a fabulous job. They were cheaper than other places and I was very satisfied with the work. So grateful for this shop and the amazing work they did on our van after a collision. The service was excellent, the work was excellent, and they were really wonderful at communicating with us and our insurance company through the process. We took our van here after a referral from our insurance company adjuster, and they got us in right away. They also finished up the work two weeks faster than another body shop we secured a quote from initially. I would highly recommend this shop!

When you go, ask for Travis. This was the first time Ive ever had to get my car repaired for substantial damage and T&T made the process a breeze. Travis answered all of my questions and followed up with me during the entire repair process. All finished in a week! And I cant leave out the interior and exterior cleaning that was done. When dealing with auto repair and maintenance the most important thing to me is working with someone I can trust to do quality work at a fair price. Having worked with these folks, specifically Travis, Im happy to say Ive found someone I will work with for years to come. On two separate occasions theyve helped me get my car back on the road in a timely manner and in the condition it was in before the accident. Moreover, I commend them on their communication before, during, and after repairs. They cooperated very well with my insurance company and the local enterprise rental store to make this as easy a process as possible. Accidents and repairs are never fun, but if you are going through one right now I encourage you to check these guys out. Locally owned, easy to work with, and theyll get you whole again.

I had a rear collision just behind my passenger rear tire. T&T assured me I would be taken care of. When I picked up my car the alignment was way off. And my original battery had been replaced with one from a salvage yard. I took my car to a suspension shop(best one Indy) who informed me that the rear suspension was still not repaired and without those repairs a proper alignment couldn’t be done. They quoted me additional repairs that were not addressed by T&T and the adjuster came to review the additions. Once agreed upon he pointed out that T&T had charged us for an alignment($80) but had not performed it, and would need to refund me as I had to pay out of pocket for Best One of Indy to do it. I have made several attempts to get my $80 refund and still have not had any success. Now the battery they put in my car without consulting me is bad and I will have to pay for a replacement out of my own pocket. T&T promised they would return me a safe vehicle as this was my main concern as a mother. They did not follow through with this and I had to have a suspension shop do the actual important work T&T couldn’t diagnose. The liner in my trunk was also left pulled away from the frame and never fitted back properly. Ultimately I believe they may be able to handle small aesthetic fixes but nothing more. I also believe they are shady swindlers. As they are not returning the $80 I am owed and swapped my perfectly good battery without my permission. I have given them more than six months to resolve the issue with me. As they have failed to do so, I am leaving a negative review and a forewarning for others.

Were rude.Yes but everything was great up till when we had to pick up a part from the car. I payed everything that was owed. Was informed I would be receiving the tire and rim several times by phone and even confirmed of what I was receiving. But when I came in was only given a rim. I was confused about what I was getting and thought I payed to much for it but payed for it anyways. But how the guy spoke to us was not a good way to handle the situation. Came in and the guy was clearly not happy with us coming there and proceeded to grab the box and rudely tell is to pay it because he didnt have time for it. But before buying it we wanted to see it obviously before we bought it and what we where told was not what we recived. So clearly we where puzzled.The guy did not even let us talk to him and explain the situation and was annoyed and yelled at us if we were going to buy it or not if not he would resell it and take it. Because he didnt have time for us. I think the situation could of been handeled better with out the rudeness and the way they delt with us when we came in.
