I’m highly impressed by the work done on my car. These guys did a terrific job with my car. Mr Roy the owner knows the business so well and he was also very kind. It feels like the car never got in a wreck in the first place. I’ll come back again whenever I need body repair and I’d highly recommend to anyone in need of body work repair.

I got in an accident and needed the front of my car fixed. I called them a couple of times throughout the process and they were always so nice. The good: Body guys and mechanics are great. Car came back basically new and all the panel gaps and body lines are correct.The bad: Their paint guy needs to slow down and/or be beaten with a hose until he cares about his job again. Between the pretty severe runs and the bad masking and overspray inside the door its clear he was in a rush. Unfortunately this is where a lot of body shops fall short because a good painter is hard to find because the good ones have their own shops or demand what theyre worth. If I had noticed the flaws earlier than I did I would have taken it back for a correction but Im not the kind of person to come back a month later asking for free work. Its my fault for not doing my due diligence and fully inspecting the paint earlier but the overall work was so good I didnt break out the laser eyes until I went to detail it weeks later.Also now my mirror (that they replaced) doesnt return to the original position after exiting reverse but I usually have that disabled anyway so its just a minor annoyance. More annoying is that now the mirror just goes straight to the bottom when I use the memory function. Just another thing I didnt notice quick enough and will have to fix/have fixed.Overall Id recommend them any day if you dont need paint unless theyve gotten a new guy in the past 6 months. Service was great, people are friendly, and aside from standard body shop delays I was pleased with the work. Just tell the paint team to slow it down a bit, I know things get hectic but fixing mistakes is more costly than slow labor.

I was rear ended a few weeks ago. Reynolds performed the repair. I am extremely happy with the repair of the backend of my Traverse. The paint matches beautifully. You would never know I had ever been rear ended.

I went to pick up my vehicle to notice that it was clean inside and out. I understand that this was something Reynolds Body Shop didnt have to do. This place- what can I say. Saved me everything. Little late on making this review, but I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. I have progressive insurance and I feel I was taken care of to the moon. The timing was a little off but wasn’t the fault of the shop and they kept me in the loop the entire time. I have never had such quality service and now my car really does look brand new. Sending everyone who needs repair here 💜

In the past I did use them and will say they did an excellent job and the person I dealt with last time went over and beyond to get my business Thanks!. I go this morning to get an estimate and the guy I was dealing with acted like if I was wasting his time didn’t even take the time to give me an actual legitimate estimate. It’s ok I went elsewhere, I got treated with respect and someone else is getting my business.

They do very good quality work. When my work truck was damaged they had it fixed in a few days. Cant tell it was ever hit. The owner Roy is straight up and honest. Knows the business well. Would return again and recommend to anyone needing body work.

I just moved here from Florida and of course with our luck a car backed into us. I googled a body shop near me and this is the first shop that came up. I went there and immediately someone greeted me and I was in and out with a quote. Well I just picked up my car and I’m absolutely amazed by how the car looks. It literally looks brand new as if it just came from the dealer. Even the inside was clean and shiny. I don’t believe there’s a body shop in Florida that could top their work and professionalism! Definitely would refer the entire Indiana state to them! They are definitely worth every penny and more!

I would give 4.5 stars if I could because my only issue was with the receptionist. The body shop did an AMAZING job and even vacuumed out the whole car since I had taken everything out. They finished replacing my hood, bumper cover, grill, and one headlight in 2 days. The receptionist was a bit lacking. They were remodeling their office which I understand can cause certain things to fall through the cracks but she repeatedly had issues with pulling up my estimate, marking my appointment down, and leaving me a voicemail to let me know my car was ready. I could have had my car much sooner but I was still very happy with the actual work that was done to my car.

I was referred to Belle Tire I thought that they shop does lift kits until I arrived at the place they said that the only thing they do is collision repair like accidents so this is not a good place for me to paint my rims or paint my car they will not do none of that they only do collision repair that was a big bummer for me I was really hoping to get my rims painted or my truck lifted. But I know where to go if I ever get an accident

I can’t say enough about Reynold’s Body Shop and both the quality, expedience, and the down home friendly atmosphere of this family owned business. I met with the owner who shook my hand, assessed the damage himself, and returned my car better than I imagined considering that no parts on the body were exchanged, just repaired. They under promise, over-deliver, the pricing is way better than fair, and they vacuum cleaned the inside of my car just because (they do this for all customers). I’m very thankful that I found them, they have a customer for life!

I am new to Indy and when my car got backed into I had no idea where to go. I could not have asked for a better experience! I stopped in for an estimate and the owner himself did the estimate. Roy is so kind, informative, and quick! Their estimate was extremely fair. They aren’t out to overcharge but don’t let that make you question their work. My car never looked better! Not only did they repair it (can’t tell it ever happened - paint matched perfectly) but it was fully cleaned! Can’t say enough great things about Roy, his staff, their work, and my experience. My car got hit by my neighbors pizza man and I dropped it off at Reynolds and the process was super easy and quick. They dealt with the insurance directly and when I got my car back it looked amazing! They also cleaned the inside which was an amazing surprise! Best body shop around!

Best body shop around 👍 I’ve had my 2010 mustang here a couple times and I am always satisfied with the work and customer service . Also something weird 🤔 after getting my car repaired my remote starter started working again and my check engine light went away ! Oct. 20019 -- Took a 2008 Rav4 in for work on the front and back bumpers plus the driver side door was letting air in when driving. Front had been hit previously and was starting to sag. Back was damaged from backing into side of garage door. This was not an insurance job but my personal pay. I arrived without calling ahead. Talked briefly to the receptionist and then was given to a person for an estimate. Within 15 minutes I had an estimate. I dropped the Rav4 off later that day (Thursday) and had it back the following Tuesday. They do not work Sat or Sun so the whole thing took just over 2 days which is what they told me. The cost was exactly what the estimate stated and the work looks great. It is always satisfying to get service from a place that is straight forward and meets their stated estimates. I am very satisfied and will both refer people to their shop and take my future needs to them.

Reynolds Body Shop was recommended by my mechanical shop when we had a car with a bad front end collision. We had the whole car repainted to match. They did an exceptional job on our car. It was worth the estimate. The car is still old, but the body work was like the car was brand new. Everything matched in color, no lint or grains in the paint, no scratch marks, parts lined up. Communication was very good and the shop works with high integrity. Always give them time to do it right and work with every crossroad/complication so the car is done right. Sounds like I was asked to make this review but I have never known them until now and will now recommend them. Thanks Ryan and the staff.

The people here are AMAZING! I was involved in a fender bender and so my co-worker referred me to them, which Im so glad she did because they did such a great job getting my ford fusion fixed. I took my car in got an estimate in less then 20 mins and then took it back couple days after that for repairs. I had my vehicle ready in less then a week and it looked perfect! Not only was the quality of work top notch but they got it done in the time I was quoted and when I picked it up the inside/outside was completely detailed. Met with the owner this morning and its not often you get someone who generally cares about your situation. After our discussion and the owner learning more about my needs it was best (for now) to leave the vehicle Ive been restoring as is. He could have taken my money, but he actually listened and suggested that I stop putting money into the car as far as the body goes. I just picked up my truck last week to have work done for a third time, all separate circumstances on that particular truck, but my fourth visit overall if I include my last truck. I am very particular with my vehicles and may have what some would consider unrealistic expectations, but with that said, Mr. Reynolds and his staff meet and exceed my expectations each and every time. Honestly what impresses me the most is the customer service and respect Im treated with from the front desk, on up to the owner! Im always guaranteed satisfaction and promised if there is a problem it will be fixed. Its unfortunate that companies like this are few and far between, but its a sad reality so my only regret with my past experiences is not leaving an honest review sooner for an honest business.I dont recommend just anyone to anybody, people trusting my word means a lot to me. I have sent my two sisters, nephew, friends, and colleagues to Reynolds Body Shop over the last five plus years and would send my 17 year old daughter or 93 year old grandmother there without hesitation! Furthermore, I have never received feedback from anyone Ive sent there saying they were not satisfied with his work, and I know for a fact several of them have referred their family and friends to Reynolds Body Shop as well. If customer service and quality work are important to you, Reynolds Body Shop is an absolute no-brainer!

A short time ago I discovered that my Subaru, which I purchased from Reynolds, was side swiped while parked at my apartment. I considered it cosmetic, but on second look, realized the metal fender had been compromised and the tire had been hit as well. I didnt feel the car was safe to drive.I have a hard time trusting anyone with any of my belongings, let alone believing Ill have them taken care of, but Kelly, Cory, and the rest of the crew at Reynolds Body Shop treated me like nothing less than family!!!!They guided me through the entire process. including valeting myself and my wife to and from the rental car affiliate! They were very diligent and thorough, touching base as the process went on, and when the insurance company decided to get pushy with me about getting the rental back, they offered to take care of it for me! They stuck up for me!I have never felt more comfortable with this type of process ever, and I would encourage anyone to bring their repair to this shop because you get more than just your car back show-room new - you get treated like a human being!

I had my car backed into. The front bumper, grill and hood all had damage. Reynolds Body Shop had it all repaired in under a week. It was during 4th of July too, so I expected it to take longer given the shortened work week. When I went to pick up my car it looked good as new and they had cleaned and detailed the inside too!
