I took my 2017 Ford Fiesta there as recommended by Progressive Insurance after I was rear ended by another car. These guys are fantastic!! Jason kept me informed on every little detail! He even called me to ask permission before installing a bracket and some bolts that my car had previously missing because this cost was not covered by insurance. I had no surprises, no headaches, just good old fashioned going above and beyond to please his customer! They washed and detailed my car before returning it to me and to my surprise, it looked just like it rolled off the showroom floor! Thanks for a job exceptionally well done!!!

Superb work and even greater customer service!Moorehouse Body Shop did a phenomenal job repairing my Infiniti Q50S 3.0T AWD. Within 3.5 business days, I had my vehicle back and in great shape!They repaired my front bumper, front fog lamp lights, front signal lamp lights, front bumper cover, and driver side rock panel. The black obsidian color matches perfectly and there is absolutely zero sign of the previous damage.I would highly recommend this auto shop and a huge thanks to Jason who kept me up-to-date with the ETA repairs to be completed. Plus, they communicated directly with my progressive insurance agent so that my claim was fully taken care of and had zero loose ends.Additionally, they work with multiple vehicle rental services and will have you set up if need be. I used Enterprise which worked great and I was able to pick up and leave the vehicle rental at the auto shop.Nonetheless, this company was following all recommended CDC COVID-19 policies and procedures, which was absolutely great to see!If you are in the metro Indy area and need auto body repair, definitely give them a call!!!

I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma paint color quicksand. I asked if they could match the paint, they assured me they could and talked about doing high end cars like BMWS. The paint didnt match. If they would offer to try again, I would change this post. Im sure they can remember me. 2019

Got into an accident and took my car to Moorehouse to see what they could do. Ended up being totaled, but the guys in the office gave me great instructions for dealing with insurance. So happy I worked with them!

The work was good but it took 15 days to get my car back when it was only a minor dent. It was a week before the estimate was finished and then 9 more days before it was ready. There didnt seem to be any urgency to get my car done. I understand their closed weekends but thats still 11 days.

Great honest people

We had to have our vehicle repaired here since they are who our insurance company sent us to. They did a great job in keeping us informed and not only that but we chose not to rent a car since we are a 2 car family, when the repair was done they actually came and picked me up and took me to the shop to get our vehicle. The owner is who picked me up, doesnt get any better than that.

Avoid this auto body shop. A simple dent and repair on my car took 3.5 weeks. Absolutely no urgency and you will have to call them daily to remind them about your car. I was not impressed with their work
