I went to the service department because I needed an oil change.i thought I had an appointment that I scheduled online but I was wrong. Jack didn’t hesitate to get my oil changed even though they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment. It took about 30 minutes and I was done ! Everyone was so friendly from the meeting ment I walked through the door. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!

I took my car into the dealer to get a checked for a over heating issue. I drove to the dealership which was about 6 miles and my car just started to overheat. I explained what the issue and left the car. Over a week later I got a call saying it was done. I asked them if they drove it around a good bit to make sure its fixed since it does take some time to overheat. They said they did. I paid them and picked it up that night. I made it about a mile down the road and it over heated. I pulled off and waited. I pulled over a total of 4 times within 2 miles of the shop. I called them and explained the car is way worse than before and after a few minutes of explaining the manager agreed to pay the tow bill and get it back to the dealership. After another week or so they never looked at the car and I said Ill just take it somewhere else since I need it. They said I had to pay the bill and then I could take it. I asked what bill since they havent looked at it. They said the tow bill. I explained that the manager told me they would cover that, and go figure the manager denied ever saying it. So I had to pay the dealership to make my car worse and now undriveable, Pay to tow it back to them. And then pay to get it towed back to my house. All I asked was for them to pay the one $75 tow bill. not to compensate me for them screwing my car up. But they wont and I havent heard from them since. I will absolutely not send a vehicle there or buy from them. They completely lost my trust because of the principle of being true to your word.
Was able to get a spare key for my Jeep for a decent price.

PLEASE READ: BUYER BEWAREI recently attempted to buy a Jeep from these guys. I found the Jeep online and we communicated thru text. Everything was great. I told them my budget and they were eager to meet it. No hassling. I ran the VIN in car fax and it came back with 9 hits on it so naturally I asked them if they could explain this to me. They assured me it was clean and that it could be recalls or even transferring from owner to owner that caused a hit.Naive I make the over 2 1/2hr drive to pick up my new Jeep. I walk in and was greeted immediately. I thought, wow, this is great!During the paperwork process I look over the Jeep and notice the rear passenger door has more resistance then the others. I asked why and the sales rep Nancy looks me dead and the eye and says “No clue” then walks away. Red flag#1During the paperwork process I ask Jason the sales manager if it’s ever been wrecked or hit. His response. “Nope, it has a clean car fax, that means it’s clean right?” Red flag#2I make the mistake of taking them for their word and take the Jeep home.The next day I look over it more thorough and see the reason the rear door opened funny was because it had been wrecked and they clearly had tried to cover it up.THEY SOLD ME A WRECKED CAR AND LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT IT MULTIPLE TIMES. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.I gave it a 1 star because I couldn’t give it Zero.
I give it 5 stars but they sent a survey and asked me what I like and that kind of stuff. Although they are kind of minor, I do have some helpful suggestions to make, a few about the dealer and several about the car. And when I make a comment about a car, Id like some feedback from the company. If they spend a lot to design and test, why not invest in getting users feedback about happens during the life of a car. Then instead of being Tri Star, it can be Five Star.

Mike is exellent. I totalled my car this week on ice, and Mike had. Car ready for me that night. I wasnt able to get here, so they sent the car to the satellite dealership in my town. The paperwork was all ready to go. I test drove and signed. Less than an hour to buy the car...could it go any better? Thanks Mike, from Dad and Myself. I think this has to be somewhere around 12 cars from this extended family.

The sales agent was nice. The problem lays in the stack bnb of lies. Was told the truck had gps and android auto. Neither of witch were true. Was promised that some paint issues would be fixed again never happened. Never got my gift card for test driving a Dodge. They sold me a truck with open recalls on it! Yes they fixed the recalls, only because they are required to by law. Went back to ask about them loading the GPS back on and was told for a hefty price.Reply to reply.I responded to your post sale email with complaints. You didnt want to listen then why would you pretend to now?
I have gotten 2 vehicles from tri star and have had good experiences both times. I went in told them what i wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise. They made it happen. They gave me one heck of a deal! I delt with Keisha Johnson. She was friendly, helpful, and straight to the point.

Went in to look at a car. Was given a price much higher than the kelly blue book value, so tried to negotiate and was told they wouldnt budge. Cited reasons for the price being high as being due to accessories that come standard on that model. Wouldnt attempt to do business again.
This place does not even deserve 1 star. I have been sitting idly by and watching them play games with my son and it stops tomorrow. I am calling the General Manager, Chrysler Corporation, a lemon law attorney, Attorney General’s office and anyone else my attorney recommends I contact! Work with your customer and mediate with the warranty company!!!!!!!

Buyers beware I got a car from Tri-Star I was told I was approved for a loan so I went in and signed my paperwork not sure if it was because they are that incompetent or because I was only 18 but I was told by a third party that worked there I needed to return my car or come back because the loan was wrote up wrong. I had it reviewed well my parents did and the contract was not legal however I guess they wrote the wrong loan down they said to the third party 11 days after signing the paperwork I got a call from a sales man and was told to return my car or they will lose their asses, I informed them I did nothing wrong and they were to make good on our payment. So after them making me and my parents with my 2 ½ year old brother wait over two hours to resign a contract that was their mistake I ended paying a little more a month but we came up with an agreement so I thought okay mistakes are made however when getting the car I was told since I had a missing lug nut one would be ordered. I said about the lug nut again when signing the second loan for the car and I was told everything was the same except I dropped key care. Well that has been 40 days since the first signing and 5 calls from my mom and three from me still no lug nut today she talks to parts guy he says they didn’t return calls because they lost a manager really and it would be 56.99 or something like that for a set. I was told I would get a replacement since the car didn’t have one really. So the parts guy says he is talking to the first sales man I talked to and will call back. I guess I learned a valuable lesson all car places are shady but some you just shouldn’t trust at all.Not sure what upsets me the most the rude phone calls, the breaching of confidentially, the not returned phone calls, the hours waiting after they made a mistake, or them trying to charge me more money after I was told something would be replaced since it wasn’t on the car. Good thing I love the car because the service was completely unacceptable from sales to parts, and the biggest question I have is how Tri-Star stays in business when they treat customers so badly

Very disappointed in their work as they charged us almost $1200 for break and rotor work and after handing them a check, the vehicle started shuttering and breaks became hot. Pulled over and found the rotor to be a shade of purple.

My college daughter recently had trouble with window on a 2006 Jeep Liberty. I called Tri-Stars service department 30 minutes before their normal opening time, but Dan answered the phone anyway. Dan understood a fathers concern about having his daughters car serviced in a town 1100 miles from home. Before Noon of the same day Dan had dealt with my daughter, diagnosed the problem, and order the parts for the next day installation. He treated my daughter like she was his daughter. My sons (student at IUP) vehicle broke down in Indiana, PA. Dan was most helpful in getting the problem assessed and vehicle repaired in one day and make arrangements for a rental vehicle (which was not needed due to their quick repair). Dan including Jeremy were both professional in my dealings with them and understood the need to get the car repaired for the use of my son to attend his classes. I highly recommend Tri-Star and would not hesitate to utilize them again. Dan was knowledgeable dealing with the manufacturing defect of the vehicle, purchasing the part and billing issues. Made my life much easier since i was dealing with the situation from another State. I highly recommend Tri-Star.

Called them after I paid of a car i bought from them. Since I paid it off 3 years early I was due a refund for gap insurance. Jason in the finance department was rude. And tells me I am not entitled and return due not to having the gap insurance. I know for a fact I did especially since I am looking at the form I signed for it.
I Stopped Into Tri Star Motors on my lunchbreak, wanting to look at a New 2009 Dodge Challenger. The Salespesron did not even bother to introduce himself or tell me his name. I told Him I was Looking for A Challegner R/T with a Manual transmission, and Navigation. all he did was walk me over to an Orange one he had on the lot, and told me that im lucky that they were going to sell the car to me $3,000. OVER sticker price. No wonder why chrysler is in trouble, with salesmen like that. Your MUCH better going somewhere else!

Receptionist is absolutely terrible. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change told her I was waiting but was running across the road to complete and errand. Came back 45 mins later my oil change still wasnt done she put it in as a later time
TERRIBLE - Service department bends over backwards to take every dime from you! Did you buy an extended warranty or vehicle from another dealer, may as well wipe up the oil spots on your driveway with it (they didnt sell it so why should they bother). Not only did they not do the work they turned into the warranty company, now the warranty company wont cover the work at another dealer because Tri-Star claims they did it. What a joke, if negative stars were possible there still wouldnt be enough!
Look elsewhere for your next vehicle! Its not the same trustworthy dealership it used to be before becoming part of the Tri-star group!

Went to the service department on a rainy day. I was shocked to see the parts people huddled under umbrellas while taking my information regarding a spare key. While the owner builds a mansion and stables his employees are under umbrellas because the roof leaks so bad. needless to say I will not return there with my personal vehicle of my fleet vehicles.
