When the service receptionist at my usual Mitsubishi dealer told me it would be a four hour wait, and no loaner would be provided, I called Colonial. I bought my car at Colonial in November. It was fine until 4 days before we had to leave for vacation, when brake warning lights came on. When I called, the service department was booked solid but when I told them about our vacation they squeezed me in because they said they didnt want my family to be on a big trip in a car that might not be safe. The car was done the next day, at a price that was much more reasonable than I expected from a dealership. (The last time we took a car to one of our local dealerships they quoted us a price 3X more than what our own mechanic charged us.) Gretchen and Holly were super nice and the service department was great.

Great service, reviewed initial cost of maintenance prior to service, called prior to making any repairs/additions (needed a new tire) Car is always freshly washed when I pick it up! Email and phone reminders about service appointments are very helpful as well!

Very helpful staff. But I will say this is the first car that I have bought that there wasn’t a full tank of gas in. Had to leave the dealership and go right to the gas station. And the car wasn’t detailed or washed. I guess I was expecting more.

I made a bit of a mishap when scheduling a service appointment for my car. Even though I actually didnt have an appointment for the day I showed up, the staff was very kind and helpful. They still serviced my car and did so pretty quick considering what happened. The ladies at the service desk really made my day and made my day.

Sales staff is incredible. The service department is a nightmare. I bought an avalanche from there with the warranty forever and every year i have an issue with the service department. The first year my brakes magically grew thicker and were in better condition from one service to the next when in reality a month later they were shot. Ive had my oil changed and the filter fell off on the way home from the dealership. Ive had the service department tell me all 3 of my transmission lines were leaking and that it would be over $500 to fix, theres only 2 transmission lines on a transmission. A supply line and a return line. Even though the sales staff is incredible I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Colonial due to the service department. I can only imagine how many people have been taken advantage of just by how many times it has happenned to me.

Run away from these people.They have this alleged pre qualification....for a loan..DONT DO IT.They make up a car and will pull your credit to death just to get you in the door.Then they will not take the inquiry away .All this without our permission to continue beyond one attempt Ididntrealize it till the denial letters flodded in.I called and spoke to the credit manager and left messages after she didnt call me back. Shame on this dealership.If I could have given them no stars I would .By the way who gave you the 5 star reviews your employees? What a bunch of unethical reprobates.I would not have minded this in person with a real car we wanted but so so slimy. 1/10/2019 update.... Stan the Sales manager from the Used car dept called me on How to make this Better. He constantly tried to talk over me and heard what I was saying but not listening. He needs to have credit dept the Finance Mgr call and pull the inquireies off..... He just sells cars. Yes they can be taken off by the finance dept ... I have close to 20 yeas in the business..........Again stay far away from this dealership all they are interested is the bottom line Theirs

Got the environment package on truck for 795.. dont waste your money .. the job they did was under par.. swirl marks ..thumb print on hood .. took it back .. swirl mark still there ....said they redid it ...if they did why mark still there?? .total waste of money!!!
