If youre looking to buy a car you need to go to Delaneys to get a good deal. I like the Honda dealership. Delaneys body shop does excellent work.

I took our 2019 Forester to have the 5k mile service as I had made an appointment. They took me right in. The lovely service attendant welcomed me and confirmed my identity. She asked if I needed other services other than those I told her on the phone. I had just yesterday received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change with filter, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. She readily accepted the coupon and smiled a beautiful smile. So friendly! She told me to wait in the lobby where they had free snacks and beverages. Roughly 40 minutes later a young man came and said I was all done. I signed the papers, he gave me a copy and I left. This is but one reason I ONLY deal with Delaney.

Subaru Service DepartmentI feel the duty when i have an experience with a great or very bad service or store. So i just want to tell you my honest experience with Delaney Subaru Service.Today was the day before thanksgiving and i had an appointment for an oil change at 2:30. I drive my vehicle up yo the service garage and the door opens up giving you a nice space inside to park, gather your things and drop the keys off. Every person i have ever dealt with has been so nice and down to earth. I drop my keys and leave.Later at 4:00pm i felt my car should be done but they havent called. I call and they check on the status. They are running a little behind (Day before Thanksgiving) and very politely apologized for not having it done yet. You figure this would be irritating, but they were very nice on the phone, apologized and ended up waiving my Oil Change Fee giving me free service.I go and pick up the car thinking maybe i misheard. I get there and my car is ready within minutes free of charge.This was the first time they have done that and i get my vehicle serviced solely at Delaney. I left with a smile when any other place would have had me fuming. My experience with Delaney Subaru Service has been nothing but smiles. I have a mechanic in the family and i dont even get treated like that from him.The waiting rooms are beautiful with free coffee and drinks, the service is really efficient and streamlined. The Service is impeccable. Delaney Subaru Service is truly the best place around to take your Subaru or Hyundai in for service.P.S. i Drive a Subaru WRX STI Limited. This car is my baby! They handle my car just like i do when it is there and i know my car, even with all the technical complexities that it has is in good hands. I also noticed many people working there have A WRX or STI so it helps me feel at ease when they work on my STI.P.P.S. to everyone working at the Service Department Nov 27th 2019, i want to applaud how you handled my stressfull day even though i know things were stressfull for your technicians that day. I purchased a new honda from them 1.5 years ago. So far service has been excellent. Costs are about 30% less than service on my previously owned ford. All work clearly explained and appointments are short.

They tell you your approval is accepted and then when you get there its a completely different story!!!

Service department dont seem to care about your car problems. I would never buy another car here. If you cant stand by your cars Ill go somewhere they do.

Ok dealer. Bought a Accord Crosstour here. Honda Certified Used. It had an issue with torque converter after only a week. We got the run around from their service department. Told us the car was supposed to shudder when it shifted ( four wheel drive disengaging they said ) We told them we didnt want a car that did that, so after 3 visits they repaired it and did give us a loner car while it was repaired. ( not a four wheel drive ) So overall, decent price for a low mileage used car, but sort of shady on the warranty. Be firm and make them make it right, and they will.

I did not care for this place. When I talked to one of the salesmen on the phone about getting a car through them he ask for certain information (of course though). I ask before I went up there if I would be guaranteed a new car he said absolutely especially if I would put a $1000 down like I said I would. Well I get up there went through the process, 2 1/2 hrs later he takes me to a car thats a 2006 but with a $2000 down payment. Total cost of the car was $11,000 with 85000 miles! 5 yrs older than the car I have now. I got that same price lower miles! What a waste of my time!!! Tell you anything to get you up there and try to con you into buying.
