Johnny was absolutely AMAZING!! He explained everything in great detail and asked if I had any questions. He was kind and patient. I came in on a Saturday around lunch time, but he did not rush me at all.As a business owner myself, I always appreciate first class customer service. Shopped around for a storage facility that I would feel comfortable with. I called SecureCare . Within A few moments, I knew that was the storage facility that fit me needs. The sales associate was very professional and listen to my needs. She then offered several choices and ways to protect my my investments, She was informative, not pushy and had a desire to help me. So i jumped in my car and drove down to check it out. When I walked in I felt that I had walked in to see a friend (Great Feeling) . 30 minutes or less, I was on my way home to move my things in. Highly Recommend this facility!!

One of the cleanest properties Ive visited. Office staff are always helpful and courteous.

No light in outside units and raised price $30 only after renting a few months so not too impressed. Our company will be switching soon.

We have had our items in storage with Secure Care in Indian Trail for years and couldn’t be happier! Tara in the office in an absolute dream to work with when it comes to payments or anything concerning our unit. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so!!

Management (Tara) worked with me to help me find the best unit at a great deal and suggested auto pay. The whole property is a nice, clean climate and all the cameras, lights, access with frequent security checks make me feel secure.

A great storage facility with very reasonable pricing. We rented a parking space for our work truck. There was have promotions going on so I always check before signing up so you could save a little bit on your first months rent.

Money hungry rip-off! For some odd reason they want new customers but wont give current customers the same prices as new tenants. I had to pay an administration fee even though I was already a tenant, one of my units leaked water every time it rained and I had constant rent increases with the new management. So after being there for over 5 years with 2 units I was forced to leave. The new on-site manager there is rude and very unprofessional. She made it very clear that she didnt care about retaining my companys business so I left.

Money hungry and very pushy, after being only 20 days behind, but have never been over 30 days behind, they threaten to cut your lock and put a lein on it to start the auction process. Not to mention Ive been there a year now and rates have always only gone up due to demand fluctuation. And then theres the deal with the back gate being broken or stuck open not just a few hours or a day but weeks, and not to mention the climate control temperature isnt much different from the outside temperature. With a name like secure care youd think they go the extra mile to keep your valuables secure and care a little more to work with you with a little humanity instead of being so threatening and unwelcoming. Definitely not customer service or security oriented, not happy and considering looking for another facility myself.

Tara helped me in my moving in and moving out process. She is a one woman show and she was knowledgeable and helped me transition both times, with two different storage container sizes !

I have been a client at the SecurCare storage location in Indian Trail for a VERY long time. Since the new management, Tara Williamson, it is more than HORIFFIC. She has less than stellar customer service skills. If your bill is due by the 5th, she is calling and emailing you on the 1st. I have first hand experience with this. They are not willing to work with you if you need to pay a day or two late. Of all the money I have spent to pay her salary with my unit you would think that she would be a little more understanding. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND NEVER WOULD WANT ANYONE TO DEAL WITH TARA.

I rented a unit very recently (2-3 months?) here after researching different options. The price was a major factor in our decision making and the rate has ALREADY increased. Is the ink even dry on my original contract? Receiving the price notice so soon after starting my rental felt like those prices on the website were a bait-and-switch.

This place only wants $$$ doesnt care about customer service. Constantly go up on rent until its ridiculous. Pod storage is much cheaper! If you move out 1 day past your due date the keep all of your money no proration like every other place I have dealt with. Doesnt matter if all rent was paid early and on time. I had two units but that didnt matter. Will never deal with them again even if I have to drive across town rather than supporting local business thats within walking distance. Never answer the phone, when they do they are rude or short with you.

Rent continuously increases to being way over priced. They refuse to lower rents to reasonable and comparable rates. Currently paying more for an outside unit than a climate control unit of the same size.The area manager Colby does not value current customers and would rather have turn over. I assume for bonuses. Anything over short term rental should be avoided. Long terms rents will quickly become overpriced.

Grate place to store a large trailer, one of the few places that has the room for large trailers. I had stored my 36 trailer there and there was plenty of room to move the trailer around.The other thing that I liked was the auto pay, set it up and they will take it out when you want it to come out.

It was a horrible experience because the unit leaked and got water on my sofas and I had insurance but they did not stand behind it.I had pictures and of my items with the damages and they just brushed it off and said they didnt see any leaks. Do not use this storage facility.

This place is a joke they dont even deserve 1 star! They try to charge fees at their own will and I was paying for a climate controlled unit for 4 months and out of the 4 the A/C was broken for 3 months in the middle of summer several over 100 degree days! They didnt bother to let anyone know and took forever to repair A/C dont get ripped off, for the rates they charge their service and storage facility sucks!

We rented a storage unit and a parking space here and my husband was constantly being called by Tara to swap parking spots because others needed the one that we were renting. She would constantly call my husband “for payment” when it wasn’t even due yet- I had to call and remind her of our due date, and to stop harassing us to pay, as we always did pay by our due date. We were so glad to get out of there!

Had called Tara the Manager reference a specific unit and availability, She advised me that it was not available, she took my name and number in case something came available. Tara called me that Saturday and said the tenant in that unit had just came in and moved out. Perfect timing, Thanks Tara.

Worse public storage place in the history of ever!The management wanted me to change my review, yet wanted to do nothing in order for my opinion to change. If the bill was due by the 5th, they were sending threatening letters in all caps lock in red ink before the end of the month. If youre thinking about bringing your stuff here, do yourself a favor and keep searching for another facility. So much money was wasted here.

There rent goes up all the time. When i first started it was 66$ now its 80$. And thats bc im locked in. Its more than that. But the people who work there are very nice. Love the people not the business.

This is the most unethical company is the self storage business, they do notcare about their employees or their customers. They are a numbers company only. they lead by intimidation. Most companies will prorate you out, not this company, if you want to move after the rental period you must pay a full month even though you only need 7 days to vacate.
