I just went in to pick up one item. It was so hot in the store you could hardly breathe. I could walk out and did! But the workers dont have that option. When I and other customers complained we were told the air conditioner had been out for 9 days! That is totally unacceptable working conditions!! Definitely not shopping conditions!!!

This place is absolutely stifling because the AC is broken. I don’t know how the employees can stand it. Want back a few days later and it was still broken!! Really Dollar Tree? Have some compassion for both your employees and customers and get the AC fixed!!!!

Just a quick visit to find a couple things like a gift bag and a spray bottle. Great place to get gift bags that look as nice as the expensive ones. Only one line was open with 4 to 5 people waiting. The one with a buggy full in the lead. Finally another employee appeared about ten minutes later.

Love this store they are all so nice!!! And its very organized!!! $1$1$1🌳

RUDE I was shopping like any normal person in the store when an employee came up to me saying that I had to buy the things I grabbed because of the viruses I had like $40 worth of things and she was forcing me to buy more thing I didnt want and almost yelling! Every unacceptable people will grab things to see if its of good use and if they are so sacred of the virus DONT OPEN THE STORES. Plus you cant force people to buy things they dont want!

Whats the point of a mask mandate and signs on the door if you dont enforce it for fear of customer service complaints? The customer is wrong. Tell them to wear a mask or get out. Quality of food is good, very nice office supplies and utility items. Some of the workers have the masks not covering their mouth or nose. No additional complaints other than no consequences for un-masked customers. I shouldnt feel unsafe and uncomfortable while shopping.

EVERY RUDE!! Employees are really rude and just everything is just bad in general the store is a dirty and unoganized.

This store has completely gone down hill in the last couple of months. The shelves are empty. The store is a mess no matter what time of day. Stock is in the Isles . Not sure why, its always been a great store. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Dollar Tree is great. Everything here is just $1 (or even less sometimes!). They have a good selection of greeting cards, and some of those are even 2 for $1. Dollar Tree has a fairly big variety of things from basic household necessities (bowls, plates, cups, kitchen towels, small storage containers, cleaning related things), small first aid related items, basic art and crafts things, basic mailing supplies, and some snack/food items. Some of the items there will change based on the time of year (and nearest related holiday and/or season). The times I have visited this store it has been fairly clean and the employees have been friendly.

They have a little bit of everything.

It had all you basic needs for your home and also has really cheap deals for you

Yesterday I went to this store but I had the most terrible experience, the cashier Sherry or Shelly was very rude and sarcastic, I was at her register and I told her I want to pay two different transactions and she said WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO, IM NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT!!!!! And I repeat again, she threw the item to the floor and 10 years old daughter see me like whats going on, she paid the first 3 items.. After that I tell her Ill buy the another item, she pick it up and threw on the belt, I was so mad and frustrated I really want to tell her something but I have a 10 and 5 years old, cause if not Ill tell something bad and rude, cause Im a regular customer, this store is close to my house, but definitely Ill never come back. THEY SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND BE NICE WITH WHO PAY THEIR SALARY!!!!!😡😡😡😠😠

Has a lot of name brand stuff just for a dollar, things arent even expired! The only complaint I have is how the store could be a little cleaner.

This one of the most pristine Dollar Tree locations, and the employees are genuinely warm, courteous, and professional. I choose to come to this location even though I live very close to two other ones.

My experience with Dollar Tree on Hwy 74 in Indian Trail NC on October 5, 2019 was horrible. The cashiers was very slow, the lines was backed up. They acted like they didnt care. The cashier with the white hair was very hateful and rude never going back there.

Rude and Racist employees and manager. I tried to use a coupon and the manager claimed that she didnt recognize it, so she proceeded to hold me up for 20 minutes looking it up online and she even called a manager at another store because she thought it was fake. The item was only a dollar and all she had to do was say it would not be accepted. She treated me like dirt because of the color of my skin. Avoid this store at all costs!

Never going back here they restrooms was very nasty 🤢 they was very hateful only had one line and the line was all the way to bathrooms there was one person putting stuff up she just looked and seen line and didn’t jump on register people was putting they stuff back because they was so slow and lady with white hair was hateful she didn’t care about trying resolve the problem
