Just got my account fixed and added new lines and phones with Mike there. Great Service I recommend this particular store, I have one literally 2 mins from my home but prefer to go out here to Indian Trail Mike and the team always treat you right! Very professional!
I couldn’t get in with a Verizon store for two days Victra was walk in, less than a 15 minute wait. The rep was great, patient and took care of all of the details for my new phone switch, including the case and screen protectant. Highly recommend their store.
My husband and I were lied to so that would buy mobile jetpack wifi device. We live in country and have poor signal. For our small business we needed something to boost our signal for work. I chatted with a different Verizon person then from the store and they let me know that the device couldnt boost our already unlimited Verizon service phones for work. We were miss sold something and they couldnt help because this was a 3rd party store. I called the store we bought the device from to complain and see if they could help before we canceled. They said probably couldnt help but would call back later with some solutions. They did not. Never walking into a Verizon store again until I triple check its an actual Verizon Store.
I’ve had such a terrible experience here. I went to this store in April to activate new lines. There was a total of 3 new lines and they had promotions attached to them that Mike fully explained and went over with me multiple times. I received the promotion for only one of these lines and have been trying to get the other two promotions for the past 3 months. I have had to constantly call to get any information or updates and Mike just tells me that it was his mistake as to why we have not received the other promotions. I have been patient and nice with him, but I am tired of being ignored and told to wait for a phone call back and being promised I will get my promotions that Mike said I would receive. I’m absolutely frustrated and I wish I would have just gone to a corporate store.
My wife and I went in and Micheal was very patient with us and helped us find the best deal for us and also took the time to explain everything. He also went the extra mile and transferred all our stuff from our old phone to our new ones. Definitely a customer friendly staff
Mike register and the manager Chris were awesome, they call me the day after I bought my phones about a promotion that they forgot to tell me about. Went in there and walked out with three free accessories and no charge these guys were great I enjoy doing business with them and cant wait for my next purchase
Still have not received my final paycheck from HR. ADP says it was sent over 30 days ago and this company has not paid anything. Go to contact the HR lady and her email is blocked.
Staff was awesome. Eddy was great at helping me get my new note 20 5g activated. It was being a big pain and I almost feared I had a defective phone. However he was able to work through it and made my day. Store is clean, and looks great as well.

Hands down THE BEST experience I’ve EVER had at a phone store. I’ve had sprint for over 15 years and today I left for Verizon. So glad I did. Mike is beyond exceptional in customer service as well as personality. He patiently (bc I’m so extra) changed over everything for me from porting my number, setting up my phone and putting me on to liquid glass screen protector for my sons phone. I’d hug him if it wasn’t for Covid. Seriously, since this Sprint/T-Mobile merger EVERYTHING has sucked and today I totally regained faith (a bit much I know but still you get my drift) long story short Verizon Indian Trail totally where you wanna go for service whether you’re paying your bill, switching service providers, buying devices or accessories, etc. Thanks a bunch for all your help Mike. Chanler is New to the Verizon family but he also totally rocks. 💪🏽💪🏽

Michael was very helpful, courteous and patient despite the store being fairly busy. He explained options for an Apple Watch, tried to fix my issues with sending email from my phone and assisted with my purchase of air pods. I like this Indian Trail store.

Kind of feel like another number here... Not very personable... Dont offer options just literally very cold and stiff.. Not warm or welcoming. Im sure they are knowledgeable.. If you drive up in a Mercedes .. But apparently a Toyota doesnt do it for them..

The staff here are very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. They dont seem to have a huge stock of phones so make sure to call ahead if youre looking for something specific.

Went in to get my son the iPhone 11. Thought it would be a quick process and nope I was wrong. The girl was new I could tell and would have been patient with her if she was polite but not at all. 3 hours later my son finally has a new phone. She activated the wrong line which is not a simple fix. Not once did she say sorry or even act like she cared. If she would have acted sincere I would have completely understood. They do not know what they are doing there and never will be back. Terrible customer service. Go to the Monroe location ten times better.

If I could give this place a zero I would! Do not go there they try to up the prices and are not friendly at all. When I tried to pay for my device upfront it seemed as if they got irritated! The guy kept calling his manger because he was telling me higher prices than quoted, it was very irritating how they seemed to want to keep making a higher monthly payment when I was told an original quote! Never again! RUDE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We bought a phone from this company. Didnt tell us that insurance would cover it and could have got a free phone because of 11 years of service with verizon. 15 minutes later we walked back to return it and could only give back $59 of the $180 spent. Yet a week later $0 were refunded. Better business bureau is getting involved. Verizon says they are not affiliated with them and think this place is horribly shady. Do not use this place, they are only here to take advantage of you and rip you off. They still have the refunded phone and have kept all the money.
Service was poor and technician was very poorly educated in how to troubleshoot cellular data issues. Associate seemed to be more concerned about promptly getting me in and out with little regard for addressing the issue at hand. Described a solution for an issue not associated with the problem I came in for. I would not recommend this location on the basis of the lack of commitment to customer service they have towards their customers.
The team here is super helpful, informative, and friendly. Theyve helped me with multiple upgrades and plan changes.

Today was my second time coming into this location for an issue with my phone. Both times they were very quick to write down a customer service number and sent me on my way without trying any diagnostics, no trouble shooting, no actual TRYING to help.I’ll be going to the Matthews Verizon location from now on.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I went in to pick up a pre-ordered iPhone. They told me that it was in their store but they could not give it to me because I didnt have an appointment. They didnt have any more same day appointments so I made an appointment for the following day. They were 45 minutes late for my evening appointment because they had to take a lunch. Whats the point of an appointment that you cant keep it?
Not even worth walking into this store, bad service, bad attitudes. Dont even try to help you They tell you to call customer service before they even know the issue. Even talked badly about Verizon when i was in there. The extra twenty minute ride to another location is always the way to go instead of coming to this one
I have to say, in general I hate going to a Verizon store. Usually, they take forever to get to you and try to up sell you like crazy but not this location!! I’ll travel the extra 10-15 minutes to come to this location over others because they are SO helpful and are rarely ever busy!
Dont waste your time going to this 3rd party Verizon store! Im on the edge plan and wanted to upgrade from a Note 5 to the iPhone 6s Plus. I spoke with Andrea who informed that unless I upgrade to the latest phone (iPhone 7) I would have to pay the rest of my Note off even though I had met the requirements of their edge plan. This blew my mind because thats the whole point of the edge plan... You pay 75% of the phone off and you are then eligible to upgrade! These people are either scamming people out of money or they have no idea what they are doing! I decided to call the actual Verizon store in Monroe (they are freakin awesome by the way). Needless to say I now have an iPhone 6s Plus and I only had to pay the expected taxes and fees. My advice to you... Drive a little further and get your devices from the Monroe store!
The service representatives, especially Cristo, were very knowledgeable and patient while we made our decisions and purchases. We like thislocation better than the one in Monroe because we are helped much quicker and with less stress to hurry and get to the next customer.

Awesome service
Not professional at all. Argued with me, tried charging me extra $3 for paying cash and almost downright called me a liar.I go by the store every single day on the way home from work. So when the bill is due, I stop in and pay. People steal mail, hack accounts so I just stop in. I go right by there.This was just not one employee but two of the three that were in there. Will never, ever step foot back in there again.
I went in to pay off my current phone and do an early upgrade. I paid the fees and taxes on my new phone and was told it will arrive in 2-3 days. 6 business days later, I called for an update only to be told my order had been canceled and they needed to reorder. Thats several more days of waiting. Instead, I got on the phone and found out the replacement I was looking for was in stock at the monroe location. I went to collect my refund, and was told anything over $50 must be refunded via corporate check and may take over 30 days to receive. NOPE. After talking to the manager, I did leave with my refund, but save yourself some headache and avoid this location like the plague. Its worth the few extra minutes to drive to Mathews or monroe location.

Worker there was very rude, when I asked what deals they had, he told me what kind of deals were available, I said that they werent that great Ill just wait until the pixel 4 comes out, and he said, then whyd you come here, and I just replied that i was hoping they had good deals thats all

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Assistant store manager Fabian Gajardo fraudulently mislead customers into purchasing products/accessories without their knowledge. I Recently came in the store as I was interested in switching from another wireless carrier back to Verizon and wanted to upgrade my phone. He told me $200(+) in taxes were due upfront at the time of financing. I asked him 3 different times why was the taxes so high in which he danced around the question and never answered. However, he did state that a phone case, screen protector, I would get at no additional cost as it was included. He then hurried up set up the phone, put the case/screen cover on the phones and rushed the electronic signing process...had me scan my credit card then put the paper work/sale receipt in the bag. As I got home something said look at the receipt because something just did not seem right. As assumed, I had been taken. Fabian had fraudulently charged me for those items that he stated was included at no addtnl chg as well as a set up and go fee that I was never informed I would have to pay. The receipt showed $149.00 all in accessory fees and the rest was actual Taxes!!! I immediately returned the items the next morning and spoke to another Jerk in by the name of Jason Tumbiolo (Store Manager) and explained what happened... he was VERY rude to me actually calling me a (typical class act) and tried to defend their fraudulent behavior. I have now escalated a complaint and hopefully I will get some type of resolution. My advice to you is to STAY AWAY from this place as its not even a real Verizon store but a wireless retailer and from what Ive been told, this particular location has had several complaints filed and the staff is well known for being RUDE, FRAUDULENT, and will do anything for a sale!!!!

I stopped in four different times because it is closer to my house and had a bad experience each time . Dont waste your time going to the Indian Trail location, drive to Monroe and go to the Verizon store there !!!
