The person who assisted me was Ms Mirium. She was nothing short of courteous and very professional. I left feeling very impressed and satisfied with her level of acknowledge of her work. I wish that I would be treated as well in other places where I take my business.

What a great experience with Kyle last Saturday for over an hour- from sales, to tech to changes and a million things in between! Just left this review at AT&T-“Extremely satisfied with the service Kyle provided. He took over an hour handling several transactions for me, even a few where I changed my mind and he was patient, cordial and understanding, to my needs.As call center CS- I can say handling customers in person is a much bigger challenge than over the phone, especially at the end of your shift, and his demeanor and willingness to complete the multiple tasks did not change at any time.It was a pleasure and Im glad I ended up choosing the same color iPhone he has for both hubby and me- we both love it. Btw, no pressure at all!”Recommend that store, sometimes you just need a human touch.

If you have att, go to another store. Don’t come to this store. If you’re looking to change over to att don’t. They have so many fees that they don’t even know what they’re. And the service/connection you get isn’t even all that great.

They were great to get me set up with a new phone

This was my first time at this particular AT&T store. Miriam helped me me with the purchase of a new phone. She was wonderful! Took the time to answer the many questions that I had and was very courteous!

Didnt sell sim cards or monthly minutes

It has been months since being able to go out to get things done. My father needed a new phone and we always go to this location. Today we had the great help of Galvin! He was great with this process! Recommend highly!

The team there was extremely wonderful! My mom and I went in to upgrade our phones and they weren’t pushy with sales. They made sure we got the most for our money and we’re super friendly! We truly enjoyed our experience!!

Rude customer service. The bald headed gentleman barked at us as soon as we walked in everyone needed a mask. No Hi or anything. Then he walks away from us and ignored questions we had. A woman came up front who was nicer. Both employees struggled to get the internet working and the bald headed man seemed like he could care less we were there. I had myself my husband and my parents there all ready to sign up for new plans and get new phones. We left and are headed for Monroe AT&T. 👋 my mother said a woman named Chtistina is super nice. Shame she wasnt there when we were.

Galvin did an excellent job of helping us get set up with new phones for our family, explaining well the differences between the devices, the different promotional offers available on each phone, and the different ways of paying the bills. He was patient with questions from my wife and I, who are fairly clueless on the technology. He was very friendly and engaging throughout the process. Thanks.

I had Wendy help me. She was AMAZING! She was so patient and helped me with everything and was so nice. I will definitely recommend people to go see her if you want AT&T or already have one and just need help with something!

My daughters visited the store a week ago 10/1/2020ish.. They were in the market for the iPhone 7, and were told that they would have a truck in on Friday, Oct. 2nd for $100. When they arrived on Friday, the store was in the middle of a campaign of some sort, which included a food truck and other carnival style paraphernalia. (Be it noted: the food truck workers were dealing with food, but none of those individuals wore any masks nor gloves..in the middle of Covid?????.disgusting!!!) When we asked about the phone, he said they werent in, and no one would have told her that. We assumed he told us to return on Friday to boost the carnival attendance numbers. We were disgusted.

Great customer service. Christopher went out of his way (store wasnt open yet)to help me. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

I worked with Ryan Aiton the store manager. He reviewed promotions and plan options to meet my business needs. It was pretty incredible to watch him coordinate my transaction along with assisting his other employees. He recommended accessories, explained the benefits of them, installed them, transferred information, trained me on new features and set proper expectations of my bill. I feel I truly made the right choice by switching to AT&T. Highly recommend this location to anyone who appreciates true customer service!

I Came into this AT&T store. Had a simple problem with my phone and the store manager insisted I get a new one. The phone isn’t even old! The old manger was very helpful last time I came in.

Horrible service- when I asked about purchasing a phone I was told they don’t “sell” phone only lease them.I thought they were in the business of selling and phone service? I asked what would I need to do to cancel my services with them, the answer was- “pay off your phone and that’s all”Funny because, I purchased my phone and I don’t have a contract for and thing leased.This store is literally the reason I’m going to Verizon after 15 years with AT&T.
