Went twice today and left without any help. They had only one young gentleman who was extreemly slow and really talks more than he works especially when you have others in line! I had to leave each time because I saw that it will take forever to get helped
Joanie and Aaron were AWESOME! Joanie was doing a wonderful job training Aaron with impeccable knowledge and patience while also providing amazing customer service to multiple customers including my husband and I. She has a fun, friendly, and confident personality that was a joy to be around. I hope to see both of these guys do great things with T-Mobile!
My review is not about this store but about all company.Don’t buy any mobile phones from them! I already paid all my equipment by they still charge me😡 I changed my plan at August by they still charge me like I’m on my previous plan. When I send them back my another phone they didn’t return me my tax payment back😡 I’m so upset about this company!

Finally great customer service!!! Marquez and George helped my family with 6 new lines. We did trade ins and they stayed past closing just to make sure everything was to our expectation. These 2 young men did a great job.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! This is my first review ever. I used to go to the T-Mobile in Monroe & they gave me more headaches than solutions. I tried to find another store to go to and I found this one and it was AMAZING. Jessica helped me out so much with upgrade to my iPhone 7+ and Erica was a dream to work with. She transferred everything for me and even helped me pick out my accessories. Thank you girls sooooo much!! You made it painless 😇😇😇
Very upset, I traded in my device and was told that my upgrade took great pics and was a good phone.. needless to say, it doesnt and I hate the phone so I tried to get another phone the next day.. one lady said I can get my old phone back and still get another upgrade and then the manager told me NO, I cant have my phone and if I want to get a new phone I have to pay a $50 restocking fee.. Ive been with T-Mobile for 8 yrs and have 3 lines with them, thats horrible service!!!
Tmobile has been the best decision i have ever made. They not only bought me out of my Verizon contract and got me out of debt with the worst company ever, but they also provided a very personal experience, went above and beyond any buisness i have ever been to. My phonebill was cut in half by switching and i also still have amazing service. The staff was remarkable, i love them and wish i wouldve switched sooner. You can tell that they really care. Thank you tmobile for such a wonderful experience.
Awesome. The T-Mobile store in Indian Trailis the only one I go to. I live in Monroe N.C.but the times I went to the Monroe T-Mobilestore I was very dissatisfied with the so called help I finally received when their was at least 3 workers there and no other customers but I felt like I wasnt even there for the workers there acted like I wasnt even there so I started going to the T-Mobile in Indian Trail and Im a very happy customer.
Just went in to this location and WOW I was so impressed with the customer service of Jessica. Great customer service will recommend this location to everybody.
I purchased a phone and was asked if I wanted a screen protector. I saw that the one for my phone was over $ 49 and asked why when walmart has them so much cheaper. I was told by the manager JOANIE if I purchased it that if it broke you had free replacement any time it was cracked. I purchased this item, but when I went to have it replaced, was told I HAD MISHEARD HER AND THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE a monthly protection plan for it to be replaced. She (manager Joanie) then turned her back on us and ignored and dismissed our concern . The manager JOANIE had INTENTIALLY misinformed us to make the sale. I have all paper work from purchase to prove i had paid for the item and was still denied. There were two other people with me who had heard the manager tell me about the screen protecter and verified that she DID NOT mention any plan had to be included. The store also added without my permission an insurance plan to my account which I unknowingly paid for three months before I could correct it on my bill. l WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TMOBILE store and caution anyone who does to record the conversation as they will deny what they tell you to make a sale.
Giving them 4 stars only because with just a couple of customers ahead of me it seemed to take a very long time before someone got around to me. It was Friday night and the sales associate did apologize for the delay. He was professional and knowledgeable at all times. I had done my homework and he said he wished everyone knew what they wanted like I did. I moved service from 2 phones and the rep checked them out thoroughly to make sure there were no problems. I asked him to wave the activation (you can always ask), he checked with his manager (smart) instead I received a discount in the form of a $25 credit on my bill for the activation of 2 phones. Its just $25 but basically they met me half way. Little things like that make me feel that Im a valued customer, the rep really didnt have to do it for me but you can bet Ill remember.

Customer service is terrible! They sold me a sim cad that I didn’t need and they are now refusing to return the product. Their receipt even states that I can return it. Manager Teneya refuses to be a responsible manager and perform a return.
