Property management doesn’t answer phone, calls. Isn’t on property helping another guest. Doors are locked. Said they’d be back 40 mins ago. Had more expectations for a corporation.

My daughter stores here and when I went up to pay her storage, I just want to say that you have the most polite gentleman working behind the desk. After attempting to help me I asked him if he was single and he jokingly told me he doesn’t date younger women! Hah! I’m 64 years old! Made my day! I think his name tag said Cory. Lovely young man.

Won a unit here at an online auction. Drove 85 miles to pick it up and the entire unit was emtpy. The lady working was really nice and gave me my money back. The owner Mark sold my unit before the auction was over. This is completely unacceptable and I and taking this to the Public Storage Company. The workers are real nice. The place is in good condition but the owner isnt trustworthy.

Only thing that I do not like about it, is all the water damage weve had. Drainage system sucks. Make sure you get the insurance when renting a unit! Other than that, its great! Oh, well and security needs to improve too.

Nice and secure. But one day past end of month cost a whole month. And if you leave anything its a healthy fine. And at 3rd month started charging 20 more. Definitely a money making business .

If you have a small car motorcycle or a low riding car thier drive around the complex is set up like a staircase and it will destroy your car doesnt matter how slow you go this place just destroys suspension!

If I could give then 0 stars or a negative review, I would. Dont waste your time or money with this buisness, they dont unlock their doors during buisness hours and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. How they have managed to stay open so long is a mystery

I have used other local Public Storage locations before. This one is my favorite. Jennifer always smiles and speaks to me when shes out cleaning. I would recommend.

Weve had multiple units at this location through the years because of the convenient location and one thing that has been true of every unit is watch out for brown recluse spiders.Always have several come home in my boxes.

The property itself seemed very unorganized but Cody was great. Probably wouldn’t have ended up renting here if he wasn’t so kind and helpful.

Jennifer was very helpful with information and helped me understand everything. I will definitely be renting at this location! 5 stars ALL THE WAY!

When I called ahead to get a quote they failed to include the $15 mandatory insurance in the price, the office lady lied and said she didnt quote the price to me it mustve been someone else(shes the ONLY one I have ever seen there with her little blue hatchback). Only to find that insurance is pointless because after a few months I realized water must be getting in as a pair of boots were MOLDING as well as the bottom layer of boxes. Then they email theyre raising the price another $10/mo so I ask if they are doing building updates or moving us to other units. Nope! The office woman just said rent goes up! Got my stuff out the next day. Slimy way to do bussiness. Will not reccomend to anyone.

DO NOT USE!!!! Half of my stuff got destroyed because their ceilings were not sealed. When we went back a couple times to get some stuff out it looked like it was ransacked and some stuff came up missing. Would not recommend to anyone. Now on top of this trying to charge me for months after I cancelled. Trash

Went with a buddy to see his storage shed this place is a ripoff I told him get his stuff out of there and move it to different location I personally wouldnt deal with them but maybe u would my impression is no way would I pay what he pays for a 10x20 I get a 10x20 and a 10x14 for less than he pays for the 10x20 just outside of independence

My step sons mattresses were ruined because of leaks. Now theyve upped the price and still want him to pay for another month? Really?! Not recommended.

I went in not knowing what to expect from the staff or of the property. I have to say that it was a lovely surprise! I had heard that it was a top notch storage facility but after my experience I can attest to the truth in that. I was greeted by a wonderful employee named Sydney. She greeted me warmly and seemed very excited to help. She explained everything very well and made me feel very welcome. After attending to my business she offered to show me their selection of merchandise and I found a box for storing glass vases, cups, etc... It was just what I was looking for. Everything was clean, straight forward, secure, fairly priced, and the staff was incredible. I never thought I would look forward to visiting a storage facility, but here we are.

Helpful friendly people, The rental process was simple, Lori was more than welcoming and took her time when showing me my storage unit and explaining all the important details!

This past spring my unit got washed out during one of the many vicious storms we had. I was bringing stuff in and ended up taking everything out. It was hard to tell exactly what happened, but it almost appeared that the unit was holding water.2 stars instead of one since the service was acceptable and I automatically got a refund for the month I paid in advance.

Our trailer was stolen from here it’s 17’ long and GIANT. The clerk said it was stolen yesterday and they won’t help us do anything but scream at us and tell us that we only get 2 min of their time. The manager Jennifer and Clerk Lori (supposedly a relief manager) has absurd behavior towards a customer upset about their belongings missing. Refusing to try to help a customer in need is HORRIFIC customer service and I hope nobody else trusts them with their belongings. First and absolutely the WORST storage experience ever. I hope the upper management watches surveillance to see their staffs behavior yesterday when officers were there trying to help us out. You don’t want an employee like that who can ruin your business.

The young lady at the counter was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. At the time i was there a unhappy customer came in. I told her it was okay to deal with his issue while i waited. She resolved his issue in a very professional manner. His issue was resolved and he left happy. After witnessing how much she cared for that customer i decided to rent a unit there. The employee i speak of is named Brandi and i hope all employees are like her. Good job public storage for gaining such a great asset.

Employees were super courteous friendly and helpful. The gentleman I had was Ervin and he went out his way to make sure I was comfortable in the storage unit I was paying for. Customer service like that is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend this place.

Went into the office to buy some boxes for moving and was greeted nicely by the lady running it. Her name was Brandi. She helped me in anyway she could. Will definitely be going back there when i need a storage unit. Way to go Public Storage for hiring such a caring and nice person.

Manager Donna was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Rental process was quick and easy and the online price was great. The unit I rented was clean and well lit and also well secured. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Best storage Ive ever used!

I needed to find a storage unit that was small, yet big enough for all my extra stuff. I stopped at this location and Donna was there waiting to give me a tour. She was so helpful and informative. I am glad that I decided to rent from Public Storage. She set me up with auto pay so that I wouldnt have to worry about missing a payment. Thank you Donna for a wonderful experience in getting space for my stuff.

Went to this location and worked with Susan to get our storage unit reserved. She was very knowledgeable about the policies of public storage and answered all questions I had. If ever needing another unit would definitely return!!

Worst parking lot ever for a public storage place. If you are not the only person there at your unit, you are likely going to be stuck awhile. There is no room to get around other vehicles, even if youre in a car! And if you are in a car, try not to lose your bumper, if youre in a truck, try not to tip it

Great place except for theyre whole roadways throughout facility.

Yes, they are usually friendly, but between Sep-Oct 2015, someone somehow managed to get into my unit and rummaged through our stuff and created a mess and Ive asked for video footage of the area near my unit and noone has responded. Unfortunately, I cant afford to relocate to another facility right now. I no longer feel my things are safe and secure and I will relocate as soon as able to do so.

Pretty shabby place: manager missing keys to open empty units, oil leak in first one, broken doors on others, busted parking lot with exposed wiring; rental gimmicks - I want to move in on 3/1 but if I sign/reserve the unit 2/28, I have to pay double what the daily rate would be for the one extra day - no option to reserve and pay for a unit in advance. Managers response was out of my hands, I have no control, cant do anything, corporate rules, company policies.

Of all the people that Ive met over the years in this business, Kelli and Marge have been the greatest. They always have a smile for you when you walk in. And problems that may come up, become minimal with their help. You cant miss, working with these two ladies for your storage needs. Thanks for being there, ladies.

I loved the service, attitude and knowledge of the agent, Donna. Despite her manager/trainer, or whoever the other lady was, Donna did a very good job. The manager or supervisor or trainer or whatever, had NO sense of customer service. She corrected Donna on a previous transaction while customers waited and her training was rude with no tact and clearly put the agent in a very high stress position. I almost left because I had to wait while the supervisor ignored me and told Donna what to do. This situation was very uncomfortable for me. The supervisor was very unprofessional. Once my storage needs are met, I will think twice about using Public Storage again because of the manager. The agent, Donna, saved the transaction.
