This is the only place I can find small steel pieces for fabrication. So if you broke it really good then this is the place to get a patch.

The science diet dogfood, is $8.00 higher in Independence than Iola. And your employees are not friendly at all. We will NOT be back, I would rather give Iola my money. At least they thank you. This store in Independence is pathetic!!!

Absolutely hate this store 90% of the employees are horrible with massive attitudes and not willing to help i seriously cant wait for tractor supply to take over this location and restructure it

The redhead woman whos always at the register is incredibly rude, and the guy at the gun counter couldnt be more arrogant. If there were any other feed store in town, Id go there instead

I like our local store. They are always kind and helpful. Pet friendly. My 120 lb Doberman went in there and did some shopping. Come out with a 10 count bag of calves hooves. He thought that was pretty cool.

Not very helpful. Ive been to this store a few times now and though there never very busy staff seems hard to locate when you need one and not real helpful when you find one.

A very clean and affordable place to go. The on floor staff is always willing to help and dont bother you if you dont want to. They have a really great selection of a lot of different things would highly recommend.

Went in to price ladders. They was a little higher priced than I wanted to pay. The store did have alot of sales going on. And the employees are always very helpful and polite.

We love Orschelins! Went to the one in Independence, KS but have been to the one in Lawrence as well. Staff is usually friendly, they have things that hardware stores and Walmarts dont. They have decent work boots and the prices arent unreasonable. They had space heaters on sale so we got one for my aunt. Theyre clothes arent bad either and the sales are good too!

Called about an item to make sure it was in stock. I was assured they had several. Drove 45 miles to find out they did not have the item(it was advertised in their flyer) and was not able to get a rain check. I had made a special trip and was extremely disappointed.
