This place is close to my house and it seems pretty looked over (as in its never crowded) but it is well stocked and carry the dog food I feed my 12 year old toy poodle, all the good fertilizer, and air filters. I love it.

The people who work here are so nice and helpful. I can usually find what Im looking for. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out quick.

Had to have a key for my car made. It was very hot that day,, they had me sit inside while they programed my key.. Was extremely helpful. They helped me with ACE APP. They r always helping me. Thanks to everyone.

A great place to get keys made cheap! I had to have one made for my car because I locked my keys in my car and it costed me over 100.00 to get it unlocked.. need an extra key give this place a try.. the first key he made worked perfectly..

The best thing about this store is the people who work there Do not buy any potting soils from West Lake its all full of bugs really really bad in fact they got sued years ago because of it

Barb was amazing. As soon as I walked into the store and headed towards the bolts. She greeted me and offered her help. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately knew what I was looking for. She knew her job. I would have been there for hours looking for the right size had it not been for barb. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes thanks to her.

The fertilizer and chemicals in the store flat out overwhelmed me. Had to get out. Could hardly breathe. But, I still like the store. I know, this makes no sense.

Able to pick a paint color easily, find hardware I needed for dresser, a drill bit, thanks to the helpful employees!

Went here for 1/2 ball valves for copper pipe. They only had sharkbite fittings in stock. I specifically needed solder on fittings. Had to go to Lowes to get the rest of the plumbing parts.

Stopped in to get a car key duplicate. Was able to get one made within 5 minutes for $5. The two ladies working were very friendly and made my shopping experience quick and easy. If you just need a basic car key copy made, I highly recommend coming here.

Purchase local that’s what everyone says. So I have a Rewards card. They send you coupons. But then you get to the store. No associate can tell you anything about it, then they don’t have the products they sent you the coupons for. They won’t give a rain check. Just hand you your coupon back. So how is this service any different than a big box store. Oh yeah it isn’t. Guess I’ll take my business there, cause the small business guy doesn’t care either.

While they do have a good selection of products, they only had one available employee to ask questions of. Also when I went to check out at the register the cashier was wearing his face mask under his nose.

Most of their stuff is locked up because of the crackheads stealing! Makes it very inconvenient! Prices are always 3 to $5 higher on each single item than the big box store plus they dont give military discount!

This Westlake is in a very convenient location between a grocery store and a dollar general. I give em 5 stars for always having plenty of staff on hand and being as helpful and knowledgeable about their products as possible.

I love local businesses and the fact that this hardware store is only half as far as any other one but the prices are nearly double than any of the competition.

Im rarely disappointed when going here. Plumbing jobs and electrical jobs get done because they always have what I need at a reasonable price. If they went away for whatever, I would miss them.

Lets face it, sometimes the local Ace Hardware is MUCH easier to get in and out of than a Depot or other big-box store. At this location, I ALWAYS am greeted when I walk in, and its easy to find an employee if I need assistance. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the prices arent very competitive. Otherwise, just fine.

Its a hardware store... so pretty much everything you would expect from a hardware store, decent service and they usually have what I need, however in my opinion they are a little over priced$$$!

Customer service is not what it use to be. Had to lift the large bag of bird seed on a small counter instead of the checker scanning it in the cart.

Not always the cheapest prices but they do pretty much always have what you need and the brands they carry are good quality type Brands and if you get in there youll probably find something thats on sale for a very good price that you didnt intend to get but because of the sale you will end up getting something you didnt go there for but you need. Also for just buying single nuts and bolts or Hardware things like that very good place probably my go-to place to get Nuts and Bolts.
