James and his group were outstanding. I cant thank them enough for the work they did for us. Our doors look and operate great! We were new to town and they treated us as old friends who they owed a favor. I didnt expect this level of care and service moving to a large city, but they sure went above and beyond!

James was great! He did exactly what I asked him to do, when he said he would do it!! And he was funny too, bonus!I had originally contacted a locksmith for another issue and he told me he could handle the job of reprogramming a universal remote for my older garage door opener - but he couldn’t get it to work, and told me he didn’t have time to put in a completely new opener for me (although he acted like he was fully capable of doing it if he had the time) so he told me to call him the next Monday to get it scheduled. I called the next Monday to set the schedule, and the locksmith told me he wasn’t going to be able to do it and to call someone else to put the new opener in for me. WHAT?? He just wasted four days of my time!!I called Overhead Door and explained the situation, that the motherboard was evidently not functioning to connect to the remotes, possibly due to age, and that I’d like them to send a technician out with universal remotes if they wanted to try that option, but also to bring a new door opener with them, so that if it didn’t work out, they could get the new one put in without having to reschedule a new appointment. Overhead Door told me they wouldn’t be able to do that, that the would send someone out for a service call (I think it was $86.00?) and then if they couldn’t fix it, they would have to come back. I told the woman that I had already been through this once and didn’t want to have to keep wasting my time and money on service calls when I knew the situation options available, and was fine with either option, as long as I got working remotes.She insisted. I hung up.I contacted JAMES and told him the story above. He said “sounds like a good plan”, set an appointment, showed up on time, tried to set the remotes up and found out the motherboard was fried and turned to me and said “You were right” then he went and got the new opener from the truck and he and his assistant Nick put it up quickly and efficiently. (This saved us BOTH time!)It was actually quite interesting watching them each doing their parts as they took down the old and put the new one up.Great job, guys!I’ll reccommend you anytime!

Three nights after I had Quality Garage Door install a garage door on my detached garage on my property I was broke into and robbed of many tools. The only thing is that this wasnt a coincidence. James, the owner, brother is the one who did the installation and knew exactly how to get into my garage and exactly what to steal. He has an obvious drug and or drinking problem evident by his appearance and demeanor. After 22 years at my home without incident 3 nights after he was in my garage it wss robbed, not a coincidence. Upon googling his name he has a history of trouble going back to Florida. James, if you want your business to succeed then maybe you should take off the blinders and realize what your brother did. Only good I can say is that my new garage door looks good.
