Ive used Arrowhead Door 3 times over the past several years for broken springs, replacing the garage door opener, and finally a new door to replace my very old wooden garage door. He and his son responded very quickly when I couldnt use my door earlier this month. They had one ordered and installed within the week. They cleaned up nicely after the work and even came back to do a couple of touch-ups on the door. Darin instructed me on how to maintain the door to keep it working at its best. Arrowhead Door is the only garage door company I will use. Theyre local, family operated, and they do great work! Highly recommend!

I called and spoke with Darren a little after 8 am. He said he would get us in before 1 pm for a repair. By 9:30 he had actually worked us in and was at our house and the repair was done in 30 minutes! No hidden fees he was very upfront about what we actually needed and what the price was. Great service!

Our garage door went out of kilter just after midnight last night. I called Arrowhead this morning and spoke to Darin. He said that they were going to be very busy today but he thought he could take care of me this afternoon. He called me back around 2:30 and said he could be here in an hour. He showed up when he said he would and went right to work. He took care of the door repair very quickly and charged me a very fair price. From now on Darin gets all my garage door work. I was extremely impressed.

Was refereed to us by a friend, I made the call on a SUNDAY and he was at our home within an hour, a spring broke, he replaced both and adjusted the garage door as well. I was extremely happy with his work and timeliness, he was very personable also...I certainly would refer him anytime. His Prices Were Very Reasonable.

I had hired Arrowhead Door to install two garage door openers, springs, install a keyless entry keypad, and to do maintenance on two different occasions. Within a few weeks, both doors stopped working, which required multiple follow up visits to correct the problem(s). Darin was slow to respond for each follow up repair. The really sad part was, I just lived right across the street! There was not even a 50 yard distance between our houses!!!! It was about a two week wait for him to finally come over and correct the problem(s). In the meantime, I’m a 50+ year old woman having to lift a very heavy garage door up and then back down to get in and out of my house! I didn’t raise a stink and decided to just let it go as I did not want a confrontation, or listen to lame excuses. As I stated before, Darin was my neighbor and I didn’t need the drama.Just recently, I moved to new house and asked Darin to come over and reset the keyless entry for the garage door. I reached out to him via text to schedule the appointment. He instructed me to go online and find a YouTube video. Said, “It’s not that difficult, you know.” I was a TWO TIME REPEAT CUSTOMER and that was the best he could do for me? Seriously????? My thought on this, is there wasn’t enough money in it for him to make the trip to my new house. I’llnever do business with him again because of his total lack of professionalism, and an inability to appreciate and respect a loyal customer.

After discovering the cable on my garage door broke Friday night, I called Arrowhead at 10:30 pm. Darin came to my house the next day (Saturday) at 9:15 am. He fixed the cable and had it working in less than 30 minutes. We had the cable break on our smaller door (which we dont use) about 2 months before.
