They resided our house. The workers were great and the job was done in a good time frame and it looks great. No trash left anywhere and took the time to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend this company.

Quality issues, not so much in the product but installation. trim ends don’t meet or match thickness at several places. the way they frame the window trim also looks rinky dink. when i confronted installers they said nothing could be done about it, that maybe another kind of trim or process would have worked better but they’d have to pull it all down and start all over including the siding because it all interlocks! sounds like a crock! i was not offered trim application options. overall it cheapened the house.

We love the new siding on our house. Our project was completed in just 3 days with minimal disruption to our family. The installers cleaned up every night and made sure my fences and gates were secure so my dog wouldn’t escape the backyard.They replaced some rotten wood around our chimney and it looks amazing.I wish they had a service to paint though. My garage doors and concrete foundation don’t match the new color of siding so we need to hire a painter now for that.

Over the period of 28 years I painted our house 4 times myself. I finally realized I did not need to be climbing up a ladder with a paint brush and bucket anymore. I contacted Continental Siding for an estimate to install vinyl siding on the house. Their estimate was very reasonable and I gave them the go-ahead for the project. I am very disappointed in when I asked for an appointment for bid and buy your product and construction of siding and guttering install that I had to be at my residence as sole owner. I explained that I was on the road working myself and would not be back for some time, Your representative told me that they could not come to the house unless I was there. I told your representative that I travel for work and that a family member that lives in the house with me would be able to make my decisions for what Construction I have going on. We just had a salesman leave our house after spending more than 2 1/2 hours here, more than an hour of which was to give us a history lesson on siding and talk about the products they dont sell and why they dont sell them. Sorry, but boring your customers to death with an unwanted history lesson is not a good sales tactic. I understand wanting to educate your customers but that was ridiculous and far too time consuming. My wife had an appointment and needed to leave and we kept pushing him to finish but he kept going on and on and on. Then, finally, he quoted us an astronomical price that we could only get lowered if we took advantage of two sales they have going on right now - both of which would mean wed have to make a decision right away. Gee, no pressure there at all. We only want to replace the siding on 3 sides of our house, it shouldnt cost nearly $50,000 just to do that. Were not made of money.

While Continental was not the lowest cost supplier, the quality of the siding and its method of installation was superb and state of the art. The installation track does a super job of allowing the siding to expand and contract as temperature changes which prevents the siding from buckling as it expands The insulation that is installed behind the siding not only provides a firm backup to the siding itself, but also has enhanced the overall insulating values of out house. We have already seen a drastic drop in our heating bills even with an extremely cold period this winter.As an engineer, I am very concerned with detail. Originally gave continental a 5 star rating....I love my siding, but in less than four months its buckling, a piece was coming down, the doors were wrapped wrong and it took four months to come repair????? Due to a lot of rotten wood, and estimates from various companies (wood, metal, vinyl, etc.) we came across Continental Siding. From the very beginning, starting with a call to have a salesman come to our house, to the office staff, management and actual crew that worked on the house, we were more than pleased with this company. The crew was absolutely fabulous. They were done within less than a week, picked up trash and debris every night before they left, were respectful of our property and did a thorough walk-thru to make sure we were happy. We had this work done in the fall just before the season had changed and we are already noticing a huge difference in temperature within our home. We had new windows, new exterior french doors and polymer siding put on our house soon to be 2 years ago. Quite a bit of money. We originally ran into issues with the workers because the crew doing the siding wouldnt complete it because they said the window crew put the windows in wrong. Needless to say, a different crew came in to finish the siding. The siding crews were not very professional. This made us wonder but we thought it must have had something to do with the house not being square. Older home. Now we are running into issues with the french doors that we were told would not leak. I have called multiple times and sent pictures of the water that was pouring in at the base. Only one person has come out and he only opened and closed the doors and said they seem to be working fine. He wasnt sure why they were leaking. He called the service guy for the company and left a message. 2 months later, no response from anyone.Update: On January 8, 2021, Denny came to look at our leaking patio door. He discovered that when the siding/trim was completed, the weep holes were covered not allowing the water to drain to the outside. He has done a fix that he believes will work but we have not had rain to test this yet. Thank you, Denny for reassuring me that this will be fixed.

Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend.

We were also impressed by the patented installation process that allows for expansion and contraction of the siding. The preparation of the house prior to the actual installation was over and above the competitors. We liked the added insulation value to our home with the styrofoam backing that formed to the exterior siding and also provided additional support.
