I am so impressed by the quality of the items they sell here. The art supplies are amazing, the toys are actual name brand toys and so are the cleaning supplies and health and beauty products. I LOVE this store, they also have a simple to use website online that you can place an order for pick up or even have it delivered through Instacart.

Nice store but all self check out and stock is kind of low but otherwise nice.

5 below is a great place to go to. We always buy our cell phone supplies there and we always buy other things there since the prices are low.

Some super fun and really cheap Halloween masks, nothing too professional but cute none the less.

The store in Independence was so dirty I wasnt in there five minutes and had to leave. Product on the floor, shelves were in disarray. Its seem as tho the manager had just given up. I dont blame the employees, it all falls on the manager of this store. Take pride in what you do and teach that to your staff.

The new hours you have apparently adopted indefinitely, are simply ridiculous!! 7pm is too early. Who are your target consumers? Infants? Senior citizens? I didn’t think so. I’ll just have to take my business elsewhere unfortunately. Thanks for the huge disappointment. We loved your stores.

Best place ever... Clean organized

Used to enjoy coming here for cute and simple things at a decent price. However it seems that the workers do not care anymore about the pandemic and there is no social distancing or even masks being worn in the store. Employees saw multiple people without masks and did nothing.

Nice selection of cheap toys and other stuff (and candy)if you need to appease a little kid or buy a gift on a budget. I think its all self check-out now.

Ill give em 4 stars for one reason. While there are several interesting items in this store, not all of them are below 5 dollars ( which the name of the store suggests ). Most of their products are 5 bucks and under, a few were 6,7,8, and 10 dollars. Bad Form I say.!!.Keep it simple you guys, folks love it because it saves em money with a 5 dollar cap...people love Dollar Tree because everything is a dollar or under, nothing in that store is over a dollar, which would make it just another store. You have a unique store, keep it that way.

The place was clean and well organized. The Staff were helpful and it was busy for early in the day, mid week. I bought a few trinkets before exiting.

Found a lot of cool stuff and they even had Razzles!

I like the store and selection. However I am not crazy about the new way you check out now. There is no.more people to check you out its ALL self service. They have someone who tries to help everyone that needs help. But if something isnt marked you have to get the and they have to.take ot to be scanned to find out the price. Also its confusing because only on side is for cash and debit. There is no one to tell you this so if you choose the wrong side you have to start over on the side that has one and wait your turn. You also have to wait for someone to assist you in removing stuff from wrong register. Social distancing is a joke here as the other customers wont follow CDC guidelines and dont seem to care if the get right up in your space. If the want to look at something they just crowd right in. With the store not being really large at this location its a real issue.

I really felt comfortable shopping in Five Below this Holiday season, they had everything i was looking for and the manager out on the floor made sure i found all the items i was looking for, and all the staff members were extra friendly.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Cool store. Has lots of cheap novelty things. There are some items there that sell for 5.00 that you wouldnt pay that much for at the local drug store. (Like a small bottle of a name brand lotion.) They do have cell phone stuff, headphones, toys, games at good prices. No idea of quality.

Poor manager never greets you at the door, not wearing mask, Im pretty sure they go over how many people are allowed in the store right now due to covid 19. Boxes everywhere I wont shop this location again an Im sorry. Store manager will not help to see if you have product in the back room but the other girls will. The cashier stands up at the register eating crackers, etc. This use to be a great store to shop but not anymore. Im sorry.

My kids and I love this store! The kids love the accessories they can buy for their tablets and phones and I love their well stocked Pez Dispensers. If youre a collector like I am, this is a great place to pick up commons.

This was my first experience with Five Below, and I found it enjoyable! Everybody loves bargain stores like this, where you can find all sorts of interesting bits and baubles. Whats not to like? Everything is $5 or less. Dont expect much life out of the phone accessories. However, they work great in a pinch.

Very nice people working there. Im disabled and the young lady was very kind when I said I needed to sit down so I parked my big bt on the packing cart. She said stay as long as I needed, asked me if I was ok and brought me a cart to help me finish my shopping. Wonderful products for sale. Would have given 5 stars if it had an electric cart or two for disabled folks. Even a chair or two placed in strategic locations in the store would be a big help.

Five Below has everything you want, from toys to clothes. From energy drinks candy. Theres so much you can find here!The only thing about Five Below is, its usually messy (so boys and girls watch your step) and no one around to see if you need help.

Five below is a cheap, moneys worth experience. There is candy, chips, games, phone cases, toys, sport items, great service, headphones, and much much more. I would definitely recommend.

Overall it was a pleasant experience while they do have large variety of products I was under the assumption they every item was going to cost five dollars or less. Not that they are not affordable I did not see any items over fifteen dollars. It was still a very nice experience there was a very nice Easter selection as wel as spring items at very affordable prices family friendly both in items as well as prices

Has great gifts and stocking stuffer ideas ...all for under $5. Big selection of makeup and nail polish. Lots of girl stuff and many logo t.shirts too!

Love this store! Everything is $5.00 or less. I bought all the candy and tours for the Easter bunny at the Independence, MO. store. At least that store is always well stocked. They carry everything from clothes, makeup, home accessorys, kids toys, and the candy assortment is amazing. They have candy thats hard to find elsewhere. Like old time taffy, along with every flavor of the new toy&candy surprise. I love to shop this store.

Good store for gifts. Few clothes I think run small. Nothing really bigger than large. Got shoes make up off brand perfumes and toys toys toys. Big bags of candy I mean like 5 lb bags

I love the selection, and its a lot of fun to just walk around and look at things. Its a good thing that I enjoy browsing by myself, because no-one ever offers any help. Customer service is poor, and these young employees need training and guidance from management. So, product 10, staff 4

Good plaace to buy Chinese stuff dont expect good quality

I have been in the store multiple times and I’ve been a faithful customer. My son had to use the restroom and one of the staff members walked out. We asked her if there was a restroom out there he could use. Her reply was sorry we only have a women’s restroom we don’t have a little boys or men’s room. Knowing that my son has use the restroom in the past it’s a little strange that they would do that to a five-year-old when his mother standing right there with him. The staff at the store are completely arrogant stuck up and self-centered.
