Great experience with Ashcraft Tire!! They did a great job on my Ford F-150. Tires, alignment, brakes, new headlights, changed out all the fluids and misc other repairs. Cant be more pleased.

Very impressed with this store. Helped me rebalance a couple tires that another store missed. Could have charged me for an alignment that wasn’t needed but only worked the issue honestly and quickly.Thanks guys!

Dropped my car off at 9:30 am to get new rims and tires mounted and balanced and placed on car wasnt done until 3:45 pm. Left the shop and got on the highway and couldnt get over 40 miles an hour before car started to shake like a tire was falling off. Worst experience with a business Ive ever had never coming back.

Super friendly office ladies and the mechanics fixed our truck AND gave us directions to get some lunch while we waited. Would highly recommend!

Theres no better place in southeastern Kansas than Ashcraft to get tires.Ive also been taking my vehicles to Ashcraft for the past eight years for automotive work. Ive never had a bad experience in that time.

We took our car in for service, and while being worked on at Ashcraft the window mechanism broke--the window wouldnt stay up. It was fine when we took it to the shop. Rather than fixing it right the first time, Ashcraft tried a half-baked repair that they apparently hoped would hold for awhile. It didnt. We had to take it right back and after some back and forth they agreed to fix the window properly, which they should have done in the first place. If theyre not honest enough to admit that they screwed up and honorable to fix it properly, they wont be getting more business from me.

I have purchased tires for my pickup, my car and lawn tractor from Ashcrafts for 8 years. They have balanced my tires on the pickup, car and my Can Am Spyder Motorcycle. They replaced a transmission in my pickup that has been as good as new for four years. They replaced a transmission in my pickup that has been as good as new for four years.Except for one counter-woman years ago (who is no longer there) I have been pleased with their service, their courtesy, their fair dealings and their workmanship. I make a point of doing my tire work with them. They are good people.

Over charged crapy work, used zip ties on parts, lies about fixing things they didnt but still charged us for it, had it checked at our regular mechanic and he showed us what was done and not done correctly, not sure if management has knowledge of what was done or just dont care, my opinion stands, although friendly staff at desk, over all unsatisfying experience dont recommend never go back

After getting my front end fixed and purchasing new tires on my truck I took it to Ashcraft Tire and Auto to get aligned. I had all the work done on my truck in the town I live in and drove 45 minutes to get it aligned. They told me it was going to be 69.95 to get it aligned and to come back in an hour. When I got back they wanted to put new ball joints on it and tie rods that needed to be replaced(not really just a money making scheme) and since I couldnt afford the $250 in extra charges and couldnt get it aligned they charged me a $35 inspection fee that they NEVER mentioned prior. The truck was looked at the day before by 3 different mechanics and was fine. I begged them to just let me go home, have my husband fix it up and we would bring it back to get aligned. Nope! Pay 35 then come back get it aligned for 70.

Dont call when your vehicle is ready, my one complaint.

Took 3 hrs to mount 2 tires when we dropped for one the day before. Then didn’t put the spare by on the truck so after 3 hrs waiting i had to go back the next day to get my spare tire. Plus, Charged us more than than they told us to start with because our guys put the wrong tires on our truck. Not a fan!
