These guys are great. Wonderful friendly helpful people. I was told buy another shop my car failed inspection for the rear wiper on my truck. so they showed me the inspection rules and it clearly says that that dont fail. I got an oil change for 25.00 and they inspected my car for 12.00 not the 30.00 the other shop charged me. these guys are straight shooters and very honest. I love these guys and will go no place else. you guys rock.

He helped me make my used car up to pair for my child so it was safe. The back brakes were horrible they didnt work for months. He worked with me also so I wasnt paying $500 plus at some other shop. He did a really good job he even stayed late so I could have it for work monday. Just remember, Calm seas dont make a skilled sailor⛵

Will not be supporting a business that charges for fixing nothing and refuses to show invoice listing all fees and work done. Owner sounds crazy if he borderline kidnaps people and their cars at gunpoint to get money out of them and instigates fights. Needs to be professional and go about things in a respectful way like a good business owner and do things right through court. If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear so maybe its not in his best interest to do things the right way legally....heed the reviews before spending a dime here.

Vincent Grosso has provided excellent repair and maintenance work for my KIA Optima several times. He fixed issues two other mechanics elsewhere had messed up, provided cost information BEFORE doing repairs, searched for the most cost effective solutions for parts for my older model and even provided transportation to and from the shop for me when the car was left for repairs. Hes always been polite and honest and very informative about what was wrong with my KIA and what needed to be done. Why take your business to a large chain shop out to hit you with the biggest bill possible when theres a small independent auto shop willing to work honestly with you for far less?

Id give zero stars if I could. My car was over heating so my husband took it here. My husband told them what was wrong he was ignored and told they were busy and they would check it out 4 days later it was finally diagnosed. We was told we needed all kinds of stuff so my husband said well go else where. They got irate and insisted we were trying to get free work and charged us over $200 for absolutely nothing. They tell you they will check the car later and wait days so you owe a couple hundred before they ever start working on your car. Scam artists 100%.

I’ve had a family member and and personal friend get ripped off by this place recently. Owner will threaten you with a gun and try and hold you hostage and extort you. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here or getting any repairs done here either.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN/FAMILY AT THIS SHOPOn 8-9 we towed my daughter’s 2006 Chevy Aveo to this shop. It was close to where her dad lives & they had done some decent cheap work for her stepmom. It was in the afternoon, maybe around 4pm or so. There was a man working the desk & a teenage kid (his son) working in the shop. When we dropped it off he said he would call me in a little bit. He never called. I called him Saturday (left a message), Sunday he was closed. On Tuesday he finally called me, said he didnt know what was wrong, said he “thought” the “timing was off”, it would be expensive to fix & suggested I sell it. I told him we were going to talk & would probably sell it. He said ok & we hung up. At no point did he say you owe me money. My daughter has been up there a couple of times to take pictures & empty the car. I went up there once & got something out of the car, no one said a word to either of us about owing money.He refuses to give me the car even though I tried to hand him cash money.This man is holding my car hostage for work he never performed, for a bill he invented because he was angry, he threatened us with a firearm, and he held 4 people hostage on his property at the same time he was yelling at them that they were trespassing.This man is unfit to be a business owner and should never be allowed to carry a firearm. I can’t even imagine what he would have done if I had tried to take the car.

Hardly ever open when they say theyre supposed to be. Limited knowledge when spoken to. Probably do bad work, wouldnt know because I would never trust this place with my car.

The guy who owns the place works alone, so it takes a while to get repairs done. He needs to consider hiring someone else to help. Otherwise, the prices are reasonable and the work is good.

TERRIBLE SERVICE and dont know what their doing the kids he allows to look at the cars have no education in cars WHAT SO EVER. he was on channel 4 news and nothings been done. He also threatens people with the fire arm he carries around in his vehicle.

TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I had a very bad experience with these guys. They have a shop on Truman rd that doesnt even come up in a search so I had to post on one. Ig maybe they moved or have more shops but either way they are a rip off. So I go in and talk to a guy who quoted me $50 on a front end alignment for my expedition. Came in about a week later money in hand and a very rude older woman says $100. I ask for management, Vinny comes out and of course agrees. Not only is that price OUTRAGEOUS but they were really snotty about it. Just go down the road a few miles to Mr.Tires! They are great. I got my alignment for $50 after all!

Took my car to Vince cause it was running funny. He quickly figured out the problem and stayed extra to fix it and make sure my car was 100% again plus he didnt charge an arm and a leg. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I was driving through town and got a flat. After the tow truck arrived to load up my car, the driver kept politely insisting on his friends shop. So after many phone calls i decided to just go with it. The friend showed up at the shop ready and eager to fix my tire at 11:30 at night. Unfortunately he was unable to due to missing parts. So he said it will be done first thing in the morning. Then I asked about the cost. He said worst case would be $200 but he never sees it that high. Again I thought ok. Then he calls me the next morning and says one of the parts he needs is gonna be $12 a piece for lug nuts, so I questioned him. I called around and found other places charging 1/4 of his price. By this point I was pissed and finally the grand total for a used tire and lug nuts came out $240. On top of that they tried to charge me an additional $15. They refunded me the over charge after a long conversation, however the service was horrible and Vinny the owner is full of crap. I DO NOT recommend this place. If you do go there listen very carefully before agreeing to their service. Also be ware of the sketchy employees too. They will take you and your wallet for a ride.

Can’t wait to take this place over! Maybe if you’re lucky we’ll give you an interview but I’m not sure if we hire kidnappers.

I took my mother in law to get a oil change and a kid did the oil change and I had to go back the next day because they forget to reset my car . And keep in mind that my mother in law is traveling to ca . Well just say my mother in law didnt even make it 250 miles and her car was bone dry of oil. Just say they didnt tighten the damn oil plug and almost messed up the engine. So I wouldnt recommend this place to a dead dog.

I bought a couple of used tires there about 4 years ago. The mechanic insisted I needed a repair right away or my engine would be ruined. He quoted me $1500. It was just before Christmas, so I had another mechanic look at it. The repair wasnt necessary at all, and my car is still running well. Id never go back.

Yall are great but I had to wait for 30 minutes on a oil change otherwise yall would have gotten a 5 star. im impressed but could have been a lil quicker. I would recommend my buddies here. the bald headed guy is funny to joke around with. he made the time pass by pretty easy. its rainy and nasty out but he made me laugh. kudos to you. and I think its great your kids are there with you. it really is a family business.

This place is horrible the guy James that works there get woman numbers office the computer calls firts with them try to get with them I have text messages from him trying to talk to me he changed me over 1000s dollars in my car the work was not done right I WOULD NOT take my car to this place NEVER needs to be close down.....

They told my wife that she had a crack in her tail pipe and it would burst.It would cost $400 to fix. She took it to a muffler shop and they said she did not have a crack. This place also has very bad reviews on Facebook.

Id give no stars if I could.. I was told to bring my truck in for an inspection this morning. I get there right when they open only to be told their out of inspection stickers.

We got our truck fixed here - cost 2,000 dollars and a day later we ended up broken down on the side of the road. We got it fixed at the dealership and the owner of Complete Family Car Care refuses to accept any responsibility for what happened.

Friendly guys that dont talk down to you. Very helpful.
