Ryan’s helped me out of a tight spot with getting my locking lug nuts off from a 85 mustang. When I did not have the key. They had 5 guys working on it for an hour and still only charged me the price they quoted which I know did not cover their time. They respected my car put floor liners down and were very fair and honest which I appreciate and I will be coming back.

I brought my truck in needing a fuel injector and Ryans were up for the task at hand. After it was replaced it had a miss in it they were up front and honest about the mechanical issue I had from the start even tho it was unable to be fixed the owner knocked off a bunch on the final bill. So my regular shop is full and Im desperate because I need to get my husbands car fixed so he can get to work. I was so happy they could get it in that day. Asked them to fix bad tie rods. Gentleman calls me and says brakes are metal on metal and he cant fix the tie rod ends and properly alright it unless he fixes brakes also. Hmm. Well I dont think so but I ask what it will cost to do both 1125 plus taxes. I tell him my brakes are under warranty and I can take them back to have them looked at. He tried to convince me that the place that fixed them would charge me again for labor and just cover parts. Even so cheaper than having him do it, yes? Wouldnt still fix tie rods unless brakes were done. I picked up the car and took it to the brake people and explained the situation. The brakes were replaced for free even though they werent metal to metal like I was told. One pad was unevenly worn due to bad caliper. The caliper cost 1/2 what Ryans car care told me it would. I asked them about what I was told about the alignment not being able to be done with bad brakes, they laughed. Called 2 other shops to confirm this and they said one doesnt have anything to do with the other. In response to your to your reply, my regular shop doesnt inspect my vehicle and they didnt do the brake job either. You didnt say hey I wont work on an unsafe vehicle. You tried to convince me that you vod t do one without doing the other and I explained to you that I would get the other fixed. Under the warranty.

Ryans Care Care Center ..got us in right away after I called. They were very kind and helpful and fixed our car right away so we were back on the road that day.

As always I do my research and happened to stumble upon Ryan’s Car Care. First impressions did not disappoint. Ryan is very personable, honest and very knowledgeable. This is a family ran business and I could tell that he, along with his family take so much pride in what they do. Ryan, along with his boys Tyler and Anthony inspected the vehicle top to bottom and were nothing but honest with me. Because after all I don’t want someone to sugar coat anything for me when it comes to my financial dealings with transportation. Honesty is where it is at and honesty is what I got from him. My wife and I came to this location for a Free A/C Check. Before looking at the vehicle, we were told that the free check was going to cost us $168.00, according to the owners father at the service desk. My wife, in attempting to reconcile this discrepancy, was verbally harassed. When I joined her and pointed out that it was a bait and switch and that they had no intention of checking our vehicle A/C for free, Ryans father punched me several times in the face, effectively knocking off my glasses, chipping my tooth, and leaving me with a concussion and bruises on my face. No, I would NOT recommend using this establishment!!

WARNING TO ALL, do not trust this place. I replaced rack on my 05 Acura TL, I want alignment to be perfect, so I brought it to Ryan car care, it suppose to be $50 for front en alignment, they end up charging me $150 because the “tow” was off too much, along with camber, and it’s going to take 2 hours the align, I said I may not have time, then he said “we can do it in one hour”, ends up taking the tech about 20 min, I know the only adjustment on 05 Acura TL is the tow, nothing else is adjustable, I went ahead and pay $160 includes tax, first time And also last time I take my car here, they will scam you given a chance.

I brought my 2000 S10 up to Ryan’s on Thursday, and it was done in the SAME DAY. They replaced my tire rods, both control arms, centerlink and aligned it, and I was expecting a total of $500, but it ended up only costing me $365. My truck is my baby so I am definitely hesitant about taking her to mechanics, but after the work Ryan and Gary did on my little truck, I’d take any vehicle to them! They had it all done in the same day & it feels like a completely new vehicle. Thank you guys!!!

If you want great work done don’t go here. They just throw parts at your car until they eventually find what’s wrong. Ryan Put a transmission in my car and still drives the same maybe worst, $1,400 for nothing. They don’t even test drive the car after repairs or they would have know that it was not fixed. All and all just avoid this place if you don’t want to be frustrated and waste time. Every time I took my car there I had to bring it back because it was never fixed. I gave this place a lot of chances and a lot of money because I’m a loyal customer but the have SCAMMED ME FOR THE LAST TIME. Thanks for all the time and money I wasted I will never be back.

Great, locally owned, family business. Ive been going here since Ryan took over. Super honest place! Just the other day I needed a battery replaced, and Ryan reminded me that he had replaced it last and that it was under warranty. He could have easy sold me a new one and Id never have thought about it.The prices are very reasonable, and they get stuff done quick. The only bad thing I can say is they get pretty darn busy... (well, because people know its a great place to get vehicle work done).

During Quarentine this place gave us an inspection, we asked them to fix everything on the car and let us know what is wrong with it. They fixed it and passed emissions inspection. We tagged the car but we do not drive it but maybe once a week (we have two cars). They told us our check engine light was on because the car needed an oil change. After driving the car once the check engine light came back on. About 4 weeks later the catalytic converter went out in the car. We brought the car back to Ryans they quoted us around $700 to fix it. They called us a day later to tell us if we didnt pick the car up they would tow it at this point it had no power and we were trying to find a tow to get it out of there. We found a muffler shop that does it for less so we were going to get it towed to them. When the tow truck arrived they told the tow truck driver we owed them $108.00 for diagnosing the car (keep in mind they never told us this before). We paid the $108.00 towed it and was happy with our services else where. The next day I called and asked them if they could take a look at my car that it was making a noise(I wasnt actually going to ever bring my car back to them I was trying to figure out if they lied to us) they said yes I said what is the fee to diagnose and they told me $25 and if it was more they would call me before proceeding. I have no problem paying a diagnosis fee but $108 for nothing was pretty steep especially since they wanted it off their lot. Scam artist at its finest good luck with your cars if you ever bring them here. *Then after this see how he replys to a totally different business that isnt even related to whats going on. This isnt the first time he makes threats over a review if you read his other reviews. You should see the text we received also...

They even went above and beyond on my last repair by covering the cost of a hose leak that didnt get caught the first time. Didnt even charge me for the additional part which should have been on me. So i will continue taking all my vehicles to Ryans.Awsome job guys keep up the great costumer care!

Finding a mechanic you can trust is hard but I always get a decent price and they provide fast reliable work. Have to say that Im so glad I found them at their newer location.In a perfect world things would not go wrong, but its not a perfect world and its awesome to know that Ryan and Gary were right there to help fix what went wrong. First of all This place is AWESOME! My car was in and out in 1 day and drives so well! I am so excited that I found somewhere to go that isnt going to charge me an arm and a leg.... AND has quality work. This will be my new shop for auto repairs! !!***** so 4 days after thus review the car started stalling again. I work 2 jobs and could not take it right back. So about 3 weeks later I took it back and guess what was wrong with it..... A different ignition coil then what they fixed. Also about $80£ worth of other stuff they told me that needed to be fixed. This was not mentioned at all during original visit and with the car only being driven 56 miles in between I am very sure that nothing was even done to fix my car. But Calverts on 40 Hwy well they have fixed multiple things and always stand behind they work they do
