Terrible store! Management needs better employees, we try to go buy some ice cream 20 min before they closed @ 9:40 and they didn’t want to open their door even though their sign stated they were still open and on google it shows they close @ 10 pm not 9 or 9:30!

My wife and I arrived at this location on 10/24/2021 9:45pm. This was 15 minute before the stores closing time at 10pm on that day. The two hispanic females working inside refused to open the door and said they were closed. It now makes sense why this location barley gets any business. The lack of care and professionalism is ridiculous.

The ladies on staff when I visited were great! They helped me select flavors that they thought kids would enjoy and were just pleasant, patient and helpful.

The store used to be very clean because one staff person used to work there. I went several times with my son and they were polite but lately they are lacking in consistency of being clean. The glass doors are dirty the glass screen is dirty, even when making smoothies they don’t put gloves. Great location, good ice cream but not the great staff. Make the store look more clean and bet you will have more customers not just the neighbors.

Service was quick and smooth. During times like these they have put up plastic to protect everyone.

Service was great. They had an ample amount of vanilla. I didn’t get vanilla though. No line, but it took them approximately 20.5 seconds to notice I was in the store. After receiving my ice cream, I noticed that there was ONE pecan in my chocolate chip ice cream. I’m allergic to pecans. Not really, but I just really don’t like them, so I might as well be allergic. Other than that indescretion on their part, the ice cream was good, but far too cold for my liking. And my whipped cream was too warm. I have a brain freeze.

Every time we come here we love ice cream, the service and the people. It is always clean inside and out, and the overall quality of the business doesn’t suffer regardless of the time of day. We’ve been coming her for years now with our kids and it is definitely deserving on any recommendation.

Exceptional customer service by a girl named Jennifer. It was my first time trying baskin Robins and she let me sample different flavors and it was amazing. She deserves a raise for her outstanding work ethic!

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough sundae. The fudge was not hot. The cookie dough pieces they placed in the center were extremely stale tasting and just crumbled into dust when I bit into it. Made me gag. Had to just focus on eating the ice cream around it. Paid over $7 dollars and ended up wasting about half of it because it was just a waste of calories. The worst Baskin Robbins experience Ive ever had. Would not come to this location again.

The Customer Service here is terrible, the owner shouted at a kid and denied to give us our order. All We said was if he thought what this kid did was wrong than he could have said the same thing in a good manner but he decided to ignore me instead of listening to my suggestions. I will never refer this place to my friends or family.

DONOT I MEAN DONOT visit the hyattsville location, you will regret it. If you are getting a pint or quart size ice cream, just go back there & fill it up yourself. They donot pack the ice cream like other locations & theyre the only location that I know of that measures the ice cream on a scale to make sure they didnt put to much in your cup.

I ordered chocolate chip cookie dough & moms making cookies. When we left the store, we were happy to try this delicious combo. HOWEVER the staff mixed up the moms making cookies ice cream with bananas foster. Its important to note that bananas foster contains NUTS. We went back to the store to get a replacement and was met with criticism and animosity from the manager. He accused us of not purchasing the ice cream in the same day (even though a total of 4 minutes passed between buying and returning AND we showed him the receipt). He then told us that we were lying about the very visible nuts in the ice cream. It took another worker digging through the ice cream to find several nuts before the manager believed us. He got another worker to remake the order BUT they made the same mistake again!! The bananas foster and moms cookies ice cream tubs were switched and instead of believing the customers who were actually tasting the ice cream, they treated us like we were trying to steal something. Its ice cream and doesnt call for that, but luckily none of us had a nut allergy; that would have been anaphylactic shock and a lawsuit.

This particular Baskin Robbins is a staple of my childhood. It has gone down in my opinion. The young ladies stand around like there is nothing to do, no greeting when you enter, sitting on the countertop, and have earphones in the ear. No professionalism at all. I also feel that if you are going to be working in the food industry, a hair net should be a MUST - too much hair swinging and is loose.

Love their cappuccino blastBut absolutely dislike the workers their the young lady’s are terrible.They get irritated to take someone’s order like if you don’t like your job please do yourself and the costumers a favor and leave no need for the negativity.

We had been bicycling on the nearby Anacostia River trail network and decided we deserved ice cream. Stopped in to find the strangest Baskin-Robbins Ive ever seen. No prices or decorations on the wall, switches/thermostat dangling from wires coming from holes in the wall. Overall a mess and safety code violations everywhere.Cashier seemed irritated that we asked for pricing before ordering. Tried to double-charge for sprinkles. 2 scoops each for two people was $12. Well pass next time.
