I got a dragon fruit refresher with water not lemonade, it was very weak,not much flavor. This was my first time at this Starbucks in Hyattsville. I wont go back. Even though I get water, if is always very flavorful. Very disappointed.

My friend got me the sweet vanilla cream cold brew, she arrived home and they did not put the cold cream I know because my drink was all black so then she went back and came home and they did not put the 2 pumps of vanilla syrup! She was not going to go back a third time... but thats ridiculous!

Had a mango berry tea! It was so refreshing on a hot day! The employees were super nice. Answered all my questions! Thanks ladies!

I usually love this starbucks. The other day i used the app and was $.06 short so i gave a cash dollar but they would not accept cash... i did not have a card so i was told to come back with a debit card. A nice stranger in line put the SIX CENTS on his card!

This the worse starbuck store,I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, my bagel was soggy and no utensils to spread the cream cheese, also I ordered Venti late with 4 brown sugar,,the barista didnt add my sugar, this not the first time I had issue with my order apparently they dont care customers

I arrive at the Starbucks around 4:05pm. I should have known something was up because this was a stand alone Starbucks that does not accept mobile orders. I attempted to open the door and the door was locked due to employees taking a break. The sign said the employees will be back at 4:15. Terrible place so far I will continue after I receive my service.

Pretty fast service, got me and my sisters coffees done in about 5 minutes and were perfect. pretty nice place, especially the glass paintings.

This store is definitely hit or miss. Ive had great experiences here with a young, all-male crew and quick, friendly, service with a smile and a come again! from the cashier/barista. But lately, Ive had repeat terrible experiences with an all-female crew with surprisingly bad attitudes. The store was very dirty -unusual for this store that adheres well to COVID guidelines- the trash cans overflowing, and the barista was unnecessarily impolite and visibly bothered by in-store AND App orders. The manager was no better and another patron stopped me on the way out to ask, Is this store always this nasty and service unfriendly? That confirmed it wasnt just my perspective.Another feature that is now permanent: random cartoon drawings on the partition glass. The look lends a very dirty street carnival vibe to an otherwise hip cafe, and adds to the uncleanliness factor here. Such a shame to never know what to expect, that its not even worth the risk. Maybe this one is a franchise location without the usual guidelines that make Starbucks the great place to be for coffee and great vibes?

A nice Starbucks. Hard to add anything to that statement. Nothing special, which is good if you like the concept.

Nathan the cashier welcomed me in today with a bright smile and it was just an amazing welcome. In these tough times we need more people with his kind of spirit being the first face customers see when they walk in. I was actually kind of upset when I walked in but he made me instantly forget. Please keep him, he is a gem working for yall.

This is my go-to Starbucks and Im glad to say they are adhering to the COVID guidelines. The staff is always friendly and is ready to address customers upon entering. Location/Parking makes it easy to hop in and out. Kudos to Beth for running a tight ship.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a man named Justin ( if my memory serves me correctly). He provided exceptional customer service skills. Conveying empathy for a mistake that was often made when I patronized other Starbucks locations, Justin made my experience more pleasurable than I ever thought it could by his acts of kindness. He took ownership of bad experiences I had at other locations and made me see Starbucks in a better light. That meant a lot to me. I hope that he is valued at Starbucks because he is truly an asset to your location!Thank you, KING!!!!

Good, they need to have bathrooms open. Forcing people to go bathroom at another establishment is unfair, when you have a disabled individual.

Cozy little place. Its hidden from the street so it is easy to miss. Everything runs like normal and the staff seems to be very nice. From first impression, everything appears to be cleaned and kept well. Worth the extra walk.

The red haired young man was on his phone while he was serving. Ive never experienced that type of unprofessionalism in a Starbucks. Once my credit card was approved, he did say Im good to go and didnt ask my name. I had to wait for him to finish fiddling with his phone before he acknowledged me again to tell me that my coffee would ready at the end of the counter.The barista who made my coffee was polite, acknowledged me and thanked me. This why I gave them on additional star. That red hair young fella gotta go! Sorry.

They have a pretty stable set of barristers who strike a good balance between friendliness and efficiency. Limited, often full, seating area compared to many other Starbucks. Clearly those who get a seat like the vibe!

Starbucks was just what we needed on this cold windy day! We got two frappuccinos, along with a slice of iced lemon pound cake and my son had a cookie dough cake pop. The drink and treat was fine, but the lobby area had trash on the floor and sugar was spilled all over the counter, where the napkins are located. I would have given a higher rating but cleanliness is important in a food establishment.

It was not busy but the staff was a bit slow at everything they did. I had intended to use one of my rewards but the check out guy either didnt hear me or ignored me and I got charged full price. Space was small but nice and well kept. A lot of folks there reading or working. Also has an okay little patio area. Not exactly scenic or anything as it is on a major intersection though.

I am a Gold Card Member. I had stars that were about to expire. I got a free Chai Tea Latte with Soy Milk. Warm and delicious!

It was a super busy morning but Aiden was perfectly calm and happy to take my order amongst the crowd. Super kind and helpful with my order. I was trying to find which alternative milk would go best in my latte since i just found out I’m lactose intolerant and I didn’t want my morning coffee taste to be off with this new life change.Aiden was helpful with suggestions and understanding of my situation even though it meant my order took longer than average!

Very good quality. Food selection is satisfactory. It could use more indoor space when its cold or raining outside. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There is no fruit for the refresher drinks and the staff doesn’t even tell you. They just hand you the drink like your not going to realize the fruit is missing.. Lastly the gentleman at the register nails were super dirty! IJS

Here for my morning coffee, the Manager was very sweet gentleman, he knew customers name by heart. Jenny and Emonie ( baby mom was her nick name ) were fun and friendly. However, I passed by after work every afternoon and the night staff was friendly also.

This location has the perk of free parking, but a big drawback for anyone looking for a place to study or work. It has very limited seating inside and often is full, apparently it focus on the metro community passing through and didnt plan on people gathering here during the day. On a side note there is a flyer posted that says on certain weekday evenings (I believe Tues-Thurs) they have community board game nights, but I havent been to say anything more.

I have been going to this Starbucks for the past 2 years, every morning before I go to work and I always use the app. For the third time today my drinks are not there. The barista told me someone took my drink after telling me to wait because she already made it. she didn’t even apologize. Because of my addiction to starbucks coffee I have been late for work so many times. This will be my last time going to starbucks. I’ll find a better coffee shop with a good customer service.

I visited this Starbucks this morning and I was surprised at what a male barista said to me when I asked him not to put too much ice in my venti strawberry açaí drink. He says, “next time let me know beforehand, alright,” and he clearly had an attitude at that!Surprised me that he had the audacity to let those words come from his mouth. So I said to him, “I hope I didn’t inconvenience you!” (Sarcasm implied) and I’m sure he got the point that my request was in keeping with being a customer. I certainly plan on bringing this to the attention of their corporate office - very unprofessional young man.

A quick in and out Starbucks. There are a handful of 2 seater tables, and theres a high bar with stools for laptops. The space is small and sound carries, so dont expect to stay long. This cafe is very busy in mornings and even when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon was busy.

Staff is very welcoming, bathrooms are always clean. My only gripe is that the indoor seating is very limited.

The staff are friendly and remember my whole family drinks. They even remember my seasonal drinks whether I order in store or through the app. Store is clean and service is usually fast.

The new employee was left without access to the cash register. The lead employee left to get info for the new employee. We waited for 15 minutes and when he returned, he just used his own info to open the register. No apology or explanation and then walked away. The new employee was very apologetic.

Service and drinks are normally fine. Dont come here to sit, however, because seating is quite limited. Employees have been generally friendly towards me.

Ice peach green tea lemonade the best.

This Starbucks is the worst the only this worse than this Starbucks is this Target and the hole phoney Target Customer Service. If you really have a yen for Starbucks stay away from this place.

Ahh so many great things I can say about this place :)For starters the staff.......😍😍 Are AMAZING!!!! Stephanie is one of the best she is too sweet, bubbly and got it down packed when its busy!! Danni stays happy, Tan is so silly, JT be moving but he really helps make it run smoothly...I can literally name everybody at that store haha but literally they are so amazing. They are quick to make your drink however you like it, and they dont really mess up. I can go to any other Starbucks tell them the same drink and customizations and they get it wont or doesnt taste right, THIS STARBUCKS youre stuff comes out better than you expected. I usually always get the pink drink no special way idk what Tan did but it wasnt as sweet as normal which was great I said OKAY this drink fire!! 😝😝
