I hope Starbucks pays their employees very well because the employees here deserve top notch pay. They are always kind and compassionate. Sometimes they have made mistakes with my orders but they always quickly and graciously fix the issue and never act annoyed or frustrated. I am not necessarily a huge Starbucks fan, but I really enjoy the customer service of this Starbucks and honestly its part of the reason I frequently stop in when I need a fast cup of more than just basic coffee. Hats off to these fabulous employees and I genuinely hope the site manager realizes that they owe them a lot for the success of this specific store.

2 caramel ribbon crunches... Watched 10 drinks leave that were after us and the redhead who forgot strawberries in the pink drinks prior to our order didnt put coffee in these. Not happy.

Starbucks what more do i need to say if you love coffee this is the place to get great coffee drinks

Had them repeat my order twice, was correct at order screen, at window it was something else entirely, asked them to correct because my girlfriend is allergic to pumpkin spice, assured me that would, handed me a hot cup and told me 3x it was a child brew and not pumpkin spice, but it was, overall terrible experience

They make horrible coffee and lie to you about how they make your drink. half a** work. Worst coffee Ive ever had from a starbucks this is sad.

The drinks were very good. The line was taking a long time but we werent in a hurry. When we got to the window to our surprise the drinks were free, the employees were very apologetic. The gesture was very appreciated, it shows they care about their customers.

I dont recommend this location. Took over 20 minutes to make my drink. I had to go up and ask why my husband had his drink and I was still waiting. They hadnt even pulled the sticker off the machine! So then the guy puts the sticker on a cup and tells another barista to take care of it while he proceeded to walk around.If you know its going to be a busy day, plan ahead Starbucks. Poor management!

First time ever going wasnt bad.

Ordered my drink, the gave me the wrong drink twice, called them and they said they would make it the right way, got there and they said they didnt have the stuff for it and didnt know how.

Spectacular that customer service is still important to this location.

I think everyone has a preference for their hometown coffee place. I really like this Starbucks. The baristas are consistently friendly and professional. The staff acknowledges you when you walk in. And, very importantly, the coffee is always very good.

The drinks never taste right anymore they either taste extremely bland or not even close to what it is supposed to be.

Always polite and working as quickly as possible. Wish that they would be able to have the products they need to serve the customers supplier needs to work that out.

Not my favorite location because the product varies, but 30th @dillons is always consistant and drinks always taste as expected.

My husband went and got me this. Well he doesnt know so I was on phone with him and told him what to say.This was supposed to be a venti and he did say that. Unfortunately thats not what I got and I dont know why I got charged this much for it. Horrible.

If you’re here when they’re busy, it’s a good 15 plus minutes wait to order. They have really slow service.

Drinks tasted great, this time it was busy. Order taking asked questions that no one else asked about the same drinks is always order. Oh well.

The 17th street Starbucks has went down hill. Always out of product. Need to step up their game. Employees seem to need training.

One of the few things Ill miss about being in the Midwest (and its a very short list) is just how friendly the staff is here. I doubt they get many dudes with long hair named LeRoy that wear all black and always order the same drink, but it was nice that they greeted me by name whenever I came in.

Music was so loud the barista couldnt hear me. Got my order wrong (didnt offer to fix it, just gave me a cup of ice to make it iced so now its watered down) and forgot my sons cake pop and I didnt realize til we were already on the road. We will not be going to this Starbucks location again.

The website wasnt up to date, so we tried ordering something that was unavailable. What we got was good though, and the man working the window was nice and quick.

The staff always friendly and enjoyable to be around or have serve you. The new features since covid19 are very great to have and see. If you love the smell of coffee, this is the place for you to go, even if its just to smell coffee. They have a wide variety of things to choose from; whether it be coffee or something to munch on.

Enjoy coming here. I don’t like coffee (I’ve tried several different kinds throughout my life but just don’t like it). I come here for hot chocolate and it’s wonderful. I recently had the peppermint hot chocolate and would definitely recommend that. Other family members like the vanilla latte.

Always have my order ready fast when I order on the app! We werent able to pick up the order for almost 40 min and the girl, Monique (sp) was so nice and offered to remake it, for free! Because it was no longer hot, and that was our fault! Super awesome of her.

Hood place good service.

Every time I have oreded from this location in the past few months my drink always seems bitter, sour and burnt tasting. At this point the convenience is not worth the high price for horrible coffee.

Today I ordered a Carmel macchiato and drank my two sips and to in the second sip I felt something of a squashy substances to it and I spit it out. Yes to all disgustingly possible situations it was spit. Called the store and AMY the manager promised it couldn’t be spit. That’s bull because it was my family witnessed the incident and I’m just sickened by the whole experience. By the way this was thru the drive thru.

They are always out of lemonade. management is terrible. always are out of things

Did an online order. Arrived at the time the app suggested and they had one drink done. Had to wait for it. 4 minutes later. But then they had to go “find” my food. 3 minutes waiting. It had my name on it 3 of 4. 4 of 4. They couldn’t get nothing right or in a timely manner. What was the point of doing an online order?

Didn’t have anything I wanted; if they don’t have it they shouldn’t have it on the menu

Great coffee just had to wait 30 mins then had to remind them of our order but the made it right. Super nice people but not if youre on a time schedule

The woman working the drive thru today 6/28/20 about 5pm was absolutely rude and acted like everything we ordered was an inconvenience. I asked for a straw and she mumbled under her breath. Customer service is not strong point.

The staff will greet you when you walk in. Starbucks is always busy... Slow down and be patient.. the drinks are worth the wait.

Only reason I have a 4star is because they were out of products, and the line was crawling.

They didn’t listen very well when we were giving our order and then didn’t listen well when we asked for a stopper multiple times. Otherwise the drinks were correct.

The Starbucks in Hutch needs a little help.

It is just like most other Starbucks. They got my drinks right each time. Everyone was nice that works there. Plenty of room inside to study.

I love to swing by and order two shots of ristretto decaf espresso in a venti cup over ice. Then I add a caramel protein shake to it. Makes the most delicious on-the-go meal.

They’re friendly enough. The drinks and food are nice. The space is small. The lines are often long. The mobile app orders are *mostly* always right. They’re often out of seasonal items that are still on the menu, so even when I order ahead, I get there and have to wait for them to make something else. I want to give 5 stars, but I just can’t.

Its a nice, cozy sized Starbucks. Generally quiet, a little busy in the afternoon and evening in relation to the size of the establishment and the location. The drive thru is what gets busy.Decor is the usual for Starbucks.Friendly baristas.Good size selection of take-home coffee and merchandise.Good wi-fi speeds.In short: whats not to like?

I want more coffee with all that sugar and cream.

Drove 70 miles for a pound of decent coffee and asked the gal to grind it for a Pour Over filter design. She ground it way too course. Its probably for a French Press but definitely not a Pour Over. Suggest additional training for the staff.

One star is still to high of a rating. No matter what I order they get it wrong anf even when I ask them to correct it they still hand me the wrong drink. Never have I been to a Starbucks that gets every order wrong every time.

It was yummy, but McDonalds grapes are better.
