They forgot to put the lugs nuts back on my wifes car. The wheel fell off on her way home. Car in shop another week, they did give us a car to use,no discount though for any of this hassle. I picked it up on a Friday and had to go back Monday they forgot to put the antenna on. I personally would never go back.
