The Sleep Number store that I visited was busy that Saturday. Still the store associates took time to greet us and make us feel welcome. Associate Lisa took the time to properly educate us on their bed products. We made a large purchase of a new bed primarily because of the service and concern we were shown. Great store!!
Our sales agent Robert was very knowledgeable about the products and seamlessly walked us through the demonstration. He didn’t try to sell a bed we didn’t want but the best one for us. He offered additional products at checkout but that’s his job. His attention to detail was spot on and we definitely recommend him to others! And he had on awesome dress shoes!
Ive owned a sleep number for many years, its simply the best mattress you can buy; it will last forever. I purchased two for my children so they can experience the comfort of the sleep number system too.
The sales associate was patient and knowledgeable. I was not told the product would be shipped until after I started the checkout process. I thought that should have been made known earlier in the process.

We had the best experience at the Sleep Number store at NE Mall! Fabian was incredibly Informative in walking us through all of the different options and helps us to pick the right bed for us! There were 2 other team members in the store (one who was in training and so sweet and informative as well). Such a fantastic team at your NE Mall store! One start because I came in the store and purchased two pillows that they were supposed to have sent to my house in 7 day. Well 3 days go by and I get an email that they no longer carry the pillow and to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund... the following day I got an email saying my order shipped. I waited 7 days to see a refund or the pillows. I didnt receive either. So I call customer service and she said there was a mix up and said to wait another additional 7 to 10 days for my refund.. not happy

The representative that assisted my husband and me was attentive and respectful. We had visited the store a few weeks prior with the thought of getting a new bed. We were impressed with the bed that gave feedback on pressure spots to determine your sleep number. Everything I had been complaining if to my husband lit up in the screen. The same gentleman helped us that day and was just as exceptional.
Kevin was a wonder to work with. From the start, he treated us fairly and with respect...and humor! Took the time to answer all of our questions and let us take our time to make our final decision without being pushy. GREAT experience.
I like the sleep number bed. On the queen and king size mattresses, each side can he adjusted to fit each person. I love a soft mattress while my ex-boyfriend loved it on the hard side. The sleep number bed allowed us both to be comfortable and get a good nights sleep.

Was very informative & with a customer first attitude & not so concerned about making a quota or big commission. He was patient in understanding my needs! I went into the store knowing what I wanted to purchase. I already have a Sleep Number bed that is 20 years old. The store manager showed me the bed, and it is so comfy. I am so impressed at the Sleep IQ part of the new bed. I needed this technology, and Im so excited to get my new bed in a few days.
I was there ready to drop serious money and the customers were not wearing face covers and children were crawling all over the sample. When I could not help but be shocked by this careless behavior, an unmasked male customer called me names. We declined to enter the Hurst store.I will not return to this store and most likely will not purchase the product in any location.
The bed was great for about two years, then I called and they sent some crooks out to look at the bed. Not a happy or pleasant experience. I would not buy again for it had a 20 year warranty and for what it cost, it should have been much better.
This was an awesome experience! Our salesman Balta was wonderful. He was not a hard sell. He was only interested in our comfort. We are so excited I only wish it was here now! COME ON SATURDAY DELIVERY!!!!!
Worst decision of my life. I bought this bed on 7/8/19. It was delivered on 7/22/19. When they delivered the bed it was broken. They took our old king bed and left us this junk. We had to sleep on a full size mattress on the floor for over a week until they could get our bed fixed. I would think they would make our bed more of a priority but they were nonchalant and thought a sheet set we didnt even need would smooth everything over. I asked them for a refund that day and the customer service rep told me I could not return it. The bed is very uncomfortable and causes me back pain daily. I have tried to change the number and it hasnt helped. The sales guy in store was very nice. Beyond him customer service is awful. Do your research before buying this bed. You will find plenty of posts and videos about why you should not buy this bed.
I had a great experience buying a bed at the Sleep Number store at the Northeast Mall. Their salesperson Reilly was terrific. He was very patient and let me spend as much time as I needed. He did not try to pressure me. If you want to buy a bed I highly recommend using Reilly.
Sales gentleman didnt just want to sell me a bed, he helped me fit the bed to the needs of my parents. I appreciate his honesty. He didnt try to upsell, he fit those needs. I highly recommend him.

My experience was actually at the Ft. Worth Home & Garden show with Balta. His customer service was fantastic!! Sometimes sales people can be a little pushy, but he was professional and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured to move forward. I’m very excited to have my bed delivered!!
Save your money and do not buy a sleep number bed! You are basically paying for a fancy air mattress. The bed constantly malfunctions and will not inflate or deflate to my sleep number. Air will deflate while I sleep and I wake up with awful back pains. If my boyfriend moves or rolls over I feel air from his side of the bed transfer to mine and it will make my side of the bed bulge out. It will be $200 to have the bed returned. Big waste of money. Also the lady at the store in North east mall Lynn, messed up the credit application and charged me for more than I was approved for so I had to come out of pocket $160 before I was reported to the credit bureau for going over my approved credit limit amount. Super inconvenient.

My wife and I went to this location while just killing time walking around the mall. We walked in and spoke to Lynn. This lady was very rude and unprofessional! If I were to buy a sleep number, it definitely wouldnt be from this location.

DONT DO IT! We spent 4,000.00 on an air mattress someone would use to go camping with. Please go somewhere else, they promise you all kinds of things, even with the 90 day guarentee, day 2 we told them we didnt want the bed we werent happy. They shipped an extra foam, charged us for pick up which totalled 715.00! Worst mistake ever!!!!! Oh and the man Izzy with customer service yelled and argued with me.. I have 4 kids I can argue with at home... next please!

My husband and I (a couple of 20-somethings) went here interested, obviously, in purchasing a bed. But the sales associate didnt take us seriously and in fact treated us more like a couple of children who had wandered away from their parents, annoyed that we were even there. Too bad we had a budget of a few thousand dollars and a credit score of 720. Guess it pays not to be a stereotypical fool.
Love our sleep number bed we received from here! Especially love the Lyocell Sheets. Very sad that they are discontinuing these sheets!
