My wife, Barbara and I went to the Mattress Firm Store in Hurst TX looking for an adjustable bed to help us sleep better. We went into the store and, Jim met us and said hi, and asked if he could help us find something. We told him we were looking for an adjustable bed, and he took the time to show us different models, and he was not intent on selling us the most expensive product available.We decided which bed abs frame we wanted to purchase, and Jim went to work on securing financing for us to purchase the bed that we wanted. We were satisfied with our purchase, got some free products, and received sheets for the bed at a very discounted price.I would highly recommend going to Mattress Firm on Pipeline Rd and I-820 Service Rd in Hurst TX for all of your bed needs. Ask for Jim, abs he will treat you fair, and will work hard to get you what you need.

Went looking for a pillow, we have bought a mattress and pillows b4 and were very satisfied. James recommended this pillow purecare softcell. Enjoyed the shopping experience and James was very informative about pillow. As i have had neck surgery in the past pillows are very important in my sleeping time. I bought a mattress here in July and my boyfriend ended up not liking it because it was too soft (he didn’t come with me to try them.) I came back today to see what I had to do to swap out mattresses and pick out one that we both liked . Jennifer was there both times I came in. She is AWESOME. She was super helpful both times. Really nice, she asked questions to decide what might be better for us. I wore a dress, she offered me a blanket so I wouldn’t feel exposed while we tried the mattresses . This was my first mattress purchase, So she explained everything I needed to know really well. Unacceptable and unethical business practices with poor quality mattresses from big name brands at this store. BUYERS BEWARE!I bought a Beautyrest PressureSmart mattress from Mattress Firm at the Hurst location in January 2020. By August 2020, the mattress was lopsided, despite having a proper frame and adequate support system. When I contacted Mattress Firm, they advised me to contact a third-party evaluator and spend $79.99 of my own money to evaluate the mattress. Lo and behold, the evaluator determined that the frame was not adequate (even though another Beautyrest mattress that lasted FIVE YEARS on the same frame is still going strong without any abnormalities). Now, Mattress Firm states that the brand new mattress has a weak/unsupported frame (see previous sentence) and gave me a 20% coupon to buy another one of their low quality, worthless mattresses. So not only is Mattress Firm not standing by their product, I am out $80. BEWARE OF BUYING FROM MATTRESS FIRM, lest you wind up losing $1000+ like I did.

I have had a horrible experience with Mattress Firm. We bought a tempurpedic bed that an adjustable. After a few months, it started sinking in the middle. We called them out here to check on it to measure how sunken the bed is and they NEVER came out. We also noticed that after we had had it for a while, the two mattresses were NOT THE SAME SIZE. They told us that we couldnt exchange it because he had had it for a while. The other thing is that we told them that the bed was VERY uncomfortable and they asked us if we bought an adjustable base from them and we told them no because we already had one and they said that was the reason why the bed was uncomfortable because we didnt buy an adjustable base from THEM. That shouldnt make a difference whether we buy it from them or not. WE even went to other mattress companys and asked them if that would be the reason why the bed was uncomfortable and they told us that thats a lie. So to finish it up, I just want to say that I am very dissatisfied with Mattress Firm and I will not be buying another mattress from them again.

I went into this and talked to Emma and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about bed and adjustable bases. I am looking for a bed with an adjustable base because I have a bad back and I am also not the smallest person out there. Emma took her time with me and showed many different beds, as I was being very picky about my sleep comfort, being that I have not been able to sleep in my own bed for a very long time, and despite my being difficult she stayed patient and handled all my questions. After I decided on a bed she showed me many different bases since I told her that I do spend a lot of my free time in bed and again she was amazing. I just wish that I had this experience every where I went, I know that I am not the most pleasant person to deal with and I tend to try peoples patience but if there were more people out there like Emma, this world would such a wonderful and better place. Thank Emma, for being that person that lets people know that there are good people out here, as we all know there are so few of you around. I walked into this store with the intent to purchase the purple. The ladie stared at us while we went to lay on the mattress. It was very awkward I got a quick feel of the matress and was up. I have never been stared at while trying a matress before. She also had an attitude during the very unpleasant short time we were there. I will go to a different location to buy this matress. Customer service is important. The ladies in this store should attempt to be more cordial with customers. I know I am not the first customer they have ran off.

Horrible experience.!!Went in on Memorial Day weekend with my fiancé to check out their memorial sales. We Immediately got bad vibes upon entering, the staff were unwelcoming. There was no other customers there and all 3 workers were sitting at the desk across the room. I dont know their names, but one shouted at us very loudly across the room asking what we needed. Um hello how about you approach us and ask us nicely in a calm and softer tone like a normal person. We told her that this was our first time mattress shopping for our first apartment; every question we asked she answered in a condescending tone. I would walk up to a mattress and feel it with my hands and she said uh yeah thats not how youre supposed to test them out youre supposed to lay on it in a rude way, like duh I obviously know that.We were finally shown a Tulo mattress that we liked, so me and my fiancé considered it. So I then went onto the Tulo website and saw that it said you would also receive 2 free pillows with the mattress for the Memorial Day sale. I asked her if we would receive those pillows as well since she hadnt mentioned it to us. She seemed annoyed that I checked online, and was totally clueless about that promotion. She was confused and says uh I mean if it says that online then yeah I guess well give you the two pillows. She goes back to the desk, and checks the Tulo website and tells me that I can only get the two free pillows if I order it online. So of course my fiancé and I told her sorry we will just order it online since that would give us a better deal, and thanked her for helping us. She literally doesnt say a word back to me and just continues staring at the computer screen and doesnt even look at me while Im talking to her, obviously mad that I wasnt going to purchase from her. The whole time it was just awkward silence as me and my fiancé were walking out and leaving. None of the 3 workers who were all sitting together said a word to us as we were exiting. The whole experience was just bad overall. Bad vibes and uninviting staff. Awkwardddd
