Brett W. Was the absolute best. I have searched for almost a year for the right yukon. From the very first minute we spoke til my car was delivered to my driveway he was nothing but upfront about the purchase! If I needed to buy another car tomorrow at would buy it from him and Hiley! This was absolute by far the best car buying experience ever! He kept me informed, great communication, represented his car well, great personality, and followed through on everything he promised! I bought this car completely online because of the level of comfort I had with what he was telling me. I can’t say enough good things, would recommend to anyone!

Long story. Was saving for a large down payment so I could keep my note down but still buy the vehicle I wanted. Situation forced me to buy now instead of having the luxury of waiting. Went in, told them the situation and we went over features and packages for the model I wanted, slowly going over what was essential and what was a unnecessary luxury. End result I left happy with a new vehicle.

Very dismayed with the service from the technicians. Traded my car and never received the second key, then when I asked for it they did not know what I was talking about, took the car in for a recall and oil change and tire rotation at only 160000 and they told me the tires were bad, so replaced and when went to pick up they had not bothered to take care of recall but did make sure I got everything that cost more money. The manager was rude and disrespectful to me as the customer. Will not deal with any location associates and will not recommend the dealership to anyone. Now I wonder if they did anything at all. The trust is gone. The young man that waited on us was great but the technician and general manager need to be repremended. Terrible service.

As far as dealerships go Hiley VW are the best Ive dealt with. No pressure (unlike Jerry Damson Honda experience I had in late December), great customer waiting lobby (they repurposed old Audi showroom), great service department.

Still no change of heart about HileyJust dont trust their Service department. Put them to the test and not once but twice they let me down. But who knows maybe they were in between changes.

Although I did not buy today, the sales consultant Darryl Butterfield was kind and was very helpful without the pressure to buy. When I am ready to buy, I will definitely give Hiley my business.
