I purchased a new Doge Challenger 2021 today for my daughter and the Sales manager, GM, Finance manager, etc. (Henry, Hunter, Josh, etc….)were absolutely amazing. They were extremely nice and accommodating. Went for the recommended 10k mile oil change interval, asked the service manager to do what they needed to do. I was fine paying whatever, took my vehicle out, noticed a oil change reminder sticker from OReillys. I thought I brought the vehicle to Landers-McLarty? Then on top of that there was oil residue left on my grill, I mean I got charged for shop cleaning supplies, but they were not used to clean up their mess. Im hoping that they actually rotated my tires. Please, do better.

The service department had my vehicle for 3 days and never even put it into queue to be looked at. I called several times for an update over those 3 days and kept getting sent to the voicemail of the service advisor as well as the service manager. I had to go up to the dealership on the 3rd day, 30 minutes before they closed I might add, to find out my had never even moved from the spot it was originally parked in.I was informed that due to COVID it may take up to 48 hours to diagnose my vehicle, but in three days absolutely nothing was done and I was never given an update even when I asked for it.

I started dealing with this dealership in 2018. I bought two trucks from them. I have had nothing but poor service experiences for a variety of reasons many time very poor communication backed up with a genuine lack or accountability. The chip shortage not withstanding this dealership has steadily declined thus explains the constant employee turnover. I had another terrible service experience this week. I left the service manager two messages to please call me.. Guess what crickets...Typical lack of professionalism. This why I have brought my last two RAMs elsewhere. I will never go back there for anything.. Good riddance Landers. I wish there was lower score than one star.

Not proud of the fact that over the past 30 years I have purchased over 17 cars, but that said, Ive can say Ive had a lot of experience in car dealerships. LMDCJR (Im not spelling it out) stands out among the best Ive ever dealt with. So much so that 5 of those 17 cars came from this dealership. Frank has assembled an all-star team. Ray, Willie, and Anthony really care about their clients. Dont get me wrong, they are in business to sell cars, but they do their best to ensure you are happy and more importantly, you come back and bring a friend (or two). My daughter was in an accident and when I told Ray, his first question was is she okay. After that we talked about her needing a car and which one we wanted. When i got there Ray had a car (a different one) out front and ready to go. The car was better and safer than what I asked for, and at a better price. The guys had us in and out in under 30 minutes. You may not always get the best deal, but dont leave this place without talking to these three gentlemen.

I were to Landers to buy a brake cover for 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchased a pedal kit using my Visa card. E everyone was very helpful. About 1 hour later I found out my son had purchased a brake pedal pad on-line. So I called Landers to cancel my purchase. They were helpful in canceling my purchase & credited the purchase price back to my Visa card. They ate efficient and helpful.

I’ve never had a problem with the service department until now. I had an appointment and dropped my car off a week and a half ago to have something fixed which was suppose to only take a day, but I never heard anything back until the next day when I called and was informed that the issue was fixed, but they’d also taken my windshield out for a recall without even calling me to let me know. Three more days go by with me never getting anyone on the phone and leaving my service advisor and the service manager multiple voicemails. Therefore, I decided to show up just to be told that they had no idea what my car was there for. It took them a few more days to finally finish my car, but when I picked it up the techs that had replaced my windshield had “forgotten” to clean up the mess they had made in my brand new car. I’m very disappointed in Landers McLarty right now considering I had bought this car through them.

Ive had my 2020 Ram 1500 with 10k miles in service for two weeks I was not offered any rental or loner while they guess what is wrong with it. I was told to ask corporate for a rental reimbursement and pay out of pocket. Ram will only reimburse $45 per day, this does not even cover half the cost of the current cheapest rental.My vehicle was returned after the two week repair dirty and with a stain in the headliner. I was told the car wash was broken.All 5 stars reviews are for sales, all one are for service read what you are getting into!!!This dealer does not back what they sell. It has taken 10 months to get the missing American Flags put on my truck. They put them on backwards, and took 6 hours. They do not even know which way the AMERICAN FLAG flies. How do you put American Flags on backwards? In Huntsville Alabama? Do not touch Landers McLarty with a 10 foot pole.Do not expect to get good service here.Service advisors tell me the do not know anything about my Ram that I am dropping off. You can make an appointment online, but when you get there, nobody knows about your appointment and you have to explain everything. Waste of timeI have had 8 appointments in 10 months for warranty work, each time my vehicle is returned with a problem, it is rare that something is fixed correctly the first time. It is certainly never corrected in the quoted time.I had a door repainted, my vehicle was returned with overspray on the driver window. I can only assume they expected me not to notice, I then had to drive my vehicle to the shop (the Chevy Dealer) and wait while it was corrected.Please expect to get Ram Reps and Factory Case Managers involved to get anything done at this dealer!!!6/1 update. Landers did order and install new flags for me, they had bubbles but they worked them out in the parking lot. Im satisfied but because it had to get to this point, I am leaving this review up.

I dropped my Jeep off there for an ongoing issue that was supposed to be resolved. I scheduled an appointment with the service department, dropped my vehicle off earlier than the appointment time, didnt get a update, nor did the person handling my account answere the phone. When I go to get my car I see it parked in a parking spot and I was told they havent gotten to it yet. When I asked what is the appointment time for, I was told the appointment time is to see the service member assigned to help me. What kind of mess is that?!?! Issue still isnt fixed.

As far as the service department goes, there is NO concept of customer service, particularly there is a huge lack transparency and setting clear expectations. If you want a place that will actually work on your car when they say they will, DO NOT go here. If you want a place that gives you radio silence for days when trying to find out about the progress of your car, GO HERE. Service manager was made aware of issue and agreed it was a recurring issue, one which they stated to not be interested in fixing. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!

I had a service appointment scheduled for Tuesday and dropped the vehicle off a day earlier to setup a ride. Hannah Mann my service advisor got me worked in a day earlier than scheduled and got it back to me in about 2 hours. She checked the maintenance schedule and made sure all of my software updates were current, She has always been up front about wait times and prices and stays in touch until its ready. A pleasure to work with and she represents Landers McLarty DCJR extremely well.

If I could give the service department zero stars, I would. They never answer their phones, when they do, they don’t have any answers and put you on hold FOREVER. The irony is the message that plays over and over and over says they “provide outstanding service every day” and they “treat you like the valued customer you are”. I heard this message for over an hour with each call. If they didn’t have our truck in the service department (for 7 days at this point) we would have gone elsewhere.

Anyone looking to buy a new vehicle and noticed that all the Cullman dealerships are BARE?! Go see them at Landers McLarty Dodge in Huntsville. They have a FULL LOT! The owner was well prepared for the shortage happening and they have a huge selection. Everyone I dealt with along the way, over the phone and in person, was fantastic. Very helpful and available at all times of the day. Ian Finch has text me for about 3 weeks now keeping me up to date with the tracking on my Jeep. He even made sure to get in touch with me today on his off day to see if I needed anything and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I highly recommend him to anyone searching.

Then to find out the OVERCHARGE of window tint by a Individual onsite is just NOT RIGHT…. $399 is a COMPLETE RIP OFF and the job done is NOT SATISFACTORY! This company sold me a warranty that was supposed to be good at any dealership but because Dodge doesnt reimburse the technicians properly, these other dealerships wont deal with Dodge. So basically i had to pay $830 out of pocket for something that my warranty was supposed to cover. The customer service for Dodge is definitely subpar and I wont be buying anymore vehicles from this dealership !!!

Took our truck in about three times and they still didn’t fix the probably we had, made it worse and the third time they tried to fix it and didn’t, we still had to pay for it they wouldn’t refund us and they didn’t even fix the problem. Definitely go to another dodge dealership and don’t waste your time. On top of that our truck was sitting there for almost two weeks and if we didn’t call and ask what was going on we would have never found out anything, what happened was no one had even looked at the truck because the ticket was lost so it was just sitting there until we called.

Got an Oil change and Tire rotation done with their service department. A few minutes of driving my tpms warning light came on. It turned out they did not check proper inflation on my tires after they rotated it. Mind you my ram rebel requires 55 psi on the front and atleast 45 psi on the back. I just hope they did not mess up the oil change part or skipped a step. I will be crawling under my truck later on to check.

Poor Service with Terrible Communication -Timeline of events.Saturday - Scheduled service online for a Recall, Oil Change and Washer Pump Failure.Sunday - Received confirmation email. Replied to email asking if parts are available. No reply.Monday - Called to confirm parts were available. Parts confirmed.Tuesday - Dropped vehicle off. Was told vehicle will be complete in 2 days.Thursday - Called multiple times for status. Hold times exceeded 5+ minutes. Was hung up one once. Finally reached service, they didnt know the status of my vehicle. Was told I would get a call by the end of the day. No Call.Friday - Called in the AM for status, left message with front desk. Was told I would get a call. No call in the AM. Called after lunch, was told I would get a call soon. Finally received a call, was told vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. End of day came, no call, no vehicle.Saturday - Called in the AM for status, no answer. Chatted with online service contractor, left phone number. Was told they would call me. No Call. Drove to the service dept.... didnt look busy at all. Spoke face to face, was told vehicle might be ready by Monday.Monday - Finally received a call. Service complete. Received vehicle... dirty. Even Jiffy Lube will vacuum the floor mats. Service notes state tire pressures were set to factory. They were not... they were at the same level I set them at before I dropped it off. If I cant trust a simple task, how should I trust a more difficult one?A quoted 2 day job turned into 6. Non-existent communication, zero perks (car wash, vacuum floor mats), and un-trustworthy service results.Would I come back? For a free recall, probably. For anything else, probably not. Another dealer might be worth the drive.This is a leadership failure. Managers, ensure your service reps are calling customers. If a rep is out sick, double check to make sure their clients are picked up by an available rep.

Took my car in for some work. I dropped it off with no appointment...this really upset one of the service advisers...told me it would be 3 weeks before they looked at my car with no appointment and I should just leave and make an appointment...then another adviser talked to me and said it would be just a couple of days. Turned out it was just a couple of days and they got it fixed easily. Things to note...$155 fee just to have it looked at and there will be an additional shop fee on top of that no matter what they do (in my instance just needed to clean up some wiring). I also had a nail in one of my tires and that was another $30+ to fix (something that is free at many shops). But it is the dealer so that is pretty much how it goes. On the plus side they did take my credit card without charging a convenience fee (or maybe that was just built into the above pricing).

The service department Absolutely Needs to do better. Any time you try to get intouch with the service department its literally a 10 to 20 minute waiting game till the call suddenly just ends. Even if you call back dont expect different results. My suggestion to any customers who sees my review, do what I had to do, just go down there in person and talk to them face to face. Its annoying I know trust me. Its answering a dumb phone dont know why its so difficult 😒.

Went to do a deal. They checked the payoff and initally offered less than pay off. Told them no. They came back with $2000 more. This was still $3000 less than KBB median trade in value. Less than what was offered by Car Max. What I was asking for still gave them around $5000 more to sell it at a minimum. I was more than insulted.To the reply.Since the chip shortage vehicles with mds are at a premium. I suppose you have an over abundant number of vehicles similar to mine. The price you are charging for them must be less than everywhere else.

I will never buy another Chrysler product solely because of the LACK of service at this service department. We recently took our Jeep Summit in for what I thought would be a simple, quick fix but it turned into a solid month! No communication whatsoever with the service writer. The service manager was rude and unhelpful. The only way I could get an update is by physically going to the dealership. When you call they don’t answer. If you leave a message, they won’t call you back. I am not one to leave a bad review but my experience was absolutely ridiculous. It was a complete waste of time and energy dealing with this dealership’s service department, to say the least.

Need to stop in to get smoke blown up my orifice to get any information. So tired oh hearing we will call you. First we had to make an appointment to be there at 7:30am. Got there early and was told for ac issues 24 to 48 for diagnosis. Well 4 days later all they can tell us is its out of freon. Why would a 2019 truck be out of freon? A leak obviously but they dont have time right now to find it. I would have to wait until next week just to find out where the leak is. Then I would possibly have to wait on parts. Tell me why did I have to make an appointment to be lied to for 4 days. I am from another state and had to rent a car because they didnt have any loaners left. So I dont recommend using them for services.

We had an amazing experience last Saturday. Jesse Free helped us turn in our current lease, which was due to end in July, for a new lease on a 2021 Forester. Stayed right on budget and he went above and beyond to make sure we were safe during these crazy times with Covid. He knows my husband is high risk, so he made sure to have everything ready when we came in and had us take care of the paper work in an area away from everyone, where it was just the three of us. Then Mr Ladd came out to get me, assured me his office was sanitized, and he went over what he had to with me, then came out to the Forester to have my husband sign. Then we were on our way home with our new Forester, which we like very much. It could not have been smoother. Also was able to get the registration and tags switched online. So thank you Jesse and Mr Ladd for a wonderful experience!

Not a review to the sales team. I hear great things. This is to their service department. It’s a must read, even for Landers McLarty.I didn’t want to give a review after not receiving service, but spoke to a couple of friends who have used your service and I decided to go at.1) Stop making appointments available if people have to leave their vehicle at your site for up to 48 hours. If you don’t have the manpower then only allow ability for people to schedule the times that service will be available the day of. Jerry D Honda and Hiley Volkswagen do it. I’ve had to do wait three weeks for an appointment at Hikey VW but at least I was seen that day. A couple of people told me this has going on for over two years. It’s an issue. Fix your system.2) i didn’t get my truck evaluated due to it being unseen for over ~36 hours. After speaking to some people about their service I decided to pick it up and not waste my time with them.3) reason why to try a different Ram dealership. They do half work job. They take shortcuts. My friends ANC was malfunctioning on his Ram 1500, landers just unplugged it. Making the system useless…. Then he called Ram Care. More stories but I’ll leave it there.Landers your sales team is saving you. Fix your service team. Seems like people are going to Athens, Decatur, and even Cullman to receive quality work.

Two months they have had our vehicle for a warranty repair. Two months. We even purchased extra care when we bought the vehicle new (which is less than two years old). Even after getting corporate involved, the story has been “there are two vehicles ahead of you”. They have everything they need for the repair going on two weeks, they told us that much. I don’t know many people can go without a vehicle for this long. There was certainly no offer for a loaner. So buyer beware, if anything covered by warranty goes wrong expect to be completely abandoned by their service department. Vehicle was supposed to be ready yesterday by noon and after hounding them today, now it “may be ready Monday”. This is a joke. I recognize sometimes mechanics don’t get paid for warranty work but that’s the dealership’s issue to sort out with their mechanics. Not mine as a customer.

Hate the Service Dept and DealershipLove the Pacifica.Attempted to drop off my van for warranty work--it will take 2 work day before they even LOOK at the car WITH an appointment. No one greeted me at the door. Service lady was terse on the phone when making an appointment. They do not have loaner vehicles or rental cars.When buying the van, we went else where (horrible shopping experience). And we are going else where for service (Champion Chevrolet Chrysler in Athens) where they make appointments with service techs.

I have never in my life had a worse experience getting my vehicle serviced. I had to call 4 days in a row and be transfered 20 times and eventually getting someones voicemail trying to order the right tires for an appointment I had. Then the day before said appointment finally find out it was no longer in their system. Finally get the truck in and they call saying the tires I ordered arent there if I wanted the truck back that day theyd have to put more expensive tires on which cost about $600 more. Finally go to pick up the truck and they charge me for the oil change thats covered by my warranty but when I was finally ready to leave they had lost my keys and took over an hour to find them as if I didnt have anything else going on in my day. Overall just terrible customer service all the way around. I wouldnt recommend giving them your money.

I cruised the sales lot on Monday evening, drove my vehicle off the car lot on Tuesday(with no hassel, no problems - just smooth cruise), checking out this great selection of nice vehicles. Prior to meeting this very nice salesman(Lucas), also his sales manager Mr. Dunn, in the back of my mind, I didnt know how the situation would turn out. The Meet & Greet was over the top generous and very kind. It was like having family over out in the pure-deep country of that good old family/friends backyard Bar-B-Que. It seems wed met before! Both guys helped me located a very nice vehicles, drove it to me from a different lot, processed all required paperwork, filled the tank with gas and made sure it was cleaned (tires amoral and shiny), went through minutes of final stage of financing (including wait time) was all done in less than 24 hours! OMG! This never happened to me ever before! Lucas was very patient and friendly. He listened to my need. Meantime, Mr. Dunn was very observant. Both were well dressed, organized, self-confident, very consistent, had product knowledge of either vehicle I asked about on their lot, very positive attitudes, and adapted very well relating to the overall. The other staff members were all nice and friendly as well. When you meet Don(master of finance), youll feel right at home because hes a very nice and cool guy, it seems youve known him for years, but only meeting him less than five minutes. Friends, wherever you are out there and looking for a really good vehicle, please drop by and see these guys. I promise you will not regret the awesome experience. I have always had issues with this service department, they have managed to muck up my vehicle time and time again. I spent a year and a half trying to find another dealership within a hundred mile radius that could do the recall on my Dodge Ram 3500 Pro (Winnebago Travato Coach), and nobody else could, so I had to go back to them. Updated 6/15/2021I reviewed Landers a few days ago giving a few less stars. I will explain briefly why I had given the 2 stars and why I have changed it to 4.Buying my Jeep at Landers was great! I would recommend the sales team to anyone looking at purchasing a Jeep or other auto/truck/suv. The staff was really great.When my Jeep arrived, I had the service center put a lift on it. Last week I brought it in because of a shake in the body most likely from wheel balance. The one thing that was off was communication from the service center. I did not realise how short handed the service was but if I had known, it might have changed my frustration with them. I waited two days and honestly would have been fine if I had known I could not be seen the first day I dropped it off.This week I had to bring it back in for something I thought could be a major fix. I was told no car rental which struck a cord because, well it’s anew Jeep. Lol. Again, I have to realise times have changed. COVID has really effected all businesses even rental cars. See Hertz etc..So I left my Jeep after speaking with Hannah and Wrenne. They assured me it would be seen and taken care of. I tried to see things from their perspective and although I don’t agree with no rental, I understand somewhat why. I did see that Wrenne is trying as a service line manager to meet the needs of everyone and Hannah is as well. They have a lot to deal with and made no excuses. I am picking my Jeep up today and I have been happy with the service and response.Thank you Hannah and Wrenne for taking care of this.

Currently at 7 hours and still waiting for rear brake change and rear passenger wheel bearing and caliper which I had an appointment for. Asked the service manager about my vehicle roughly an hour ago, she was sorta rude, told me my advisor was on lunch but that she would get back to me, an hour later never did, just found my service advisor and asked. He’s seeing what the hold up is now. Do not recommend using their service department.

I recommend the Service Department at this Dealership for Full-size Dodge/Ram Vans. My 2000 Pleasure-Way RV is built on a Dodge Ram 3500 platform. For several months I had experienced a problem with the starter battery discharging every few days. I replaced the battery twice and had the charging system checked thoroughly, but nothing seemed to help. I put an ammeter in the battery circuit and discovered a parasitic 300ma draw that defied my home-mechanic ability to diagnose. The RV Manufacturer recommended that I take the vehicle to a local Dodge dealer, preferably one whose Service Department worked on heavy-duty Dodge-Ram vehicles. I chose Landers McLarty Dodge.My service advisor, Ryan Anderson understood the problem and shepherded my RV through the diagnosis and repair process. He also recommended some well-needed maintenance Items. It took several days to diagnose the electrical fault -- a bad wire to the vanity light in the cab. Ryan kept me informed all the way.My RV is now repaired and I couldnt be happier. Thanks, guys!

I came in to this location beginning of January because my car was running hot. It had taken them almost 2 weeks to diagnose the car. They told me I needed a new radiator, thermostat, and a coolant flush. They Repaired The Problem. Now I Have A lot Of New Problems That I didn’t Have Before . It Will be 3 Months That I Have Been Taking my Car Back And Fourth To Dodge And They Don’t Seem To Care And Poor Customer Service And Never was charge A diagonse Fee now There charging me $75.00 hours to find the Problem I Have Contacted better business bureau to Investigate Now There Telling me They Can only respond To better businesses bureau I would Not Recommend taking your car here

I just took my 2015 Jeep in for an oil change. The service rep Ryan Anderson ID 154614 called me stating that my timing valve gasket is leaking and it would cost $1400. Not only that, it would need to replace all my brakes, differential services, and 4x4 fluid. The total will cost about $3000. I got my leakage fixed but I decided to get a second opinion on the other issues... I’ve taken my Jeep to Firestone and a local repair shop. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY BRAKES OR THE OTHER THINGS THAT RYAN STATED IT NEEDED FIXED. The service advisors typically work on commission. Meaning They are Making Money From the Services Being Recommended to You.I take my Jeep in for an oil change every 4 months. This is the first time taking my Jeep to this dealership. When I took my Jeep in for a routine service in December, nothing was wrong with my Jeep.Bottom line, not all service advisors are the same. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND RYAN ANDERSON. For me, I feel like he was out to make money. Side note, they do not offer 10% military discounts. This is the first dealership that I encountered that do not offer the discount.

But Ive been calling on an update for my vehicle and I feel as if my vehicle has been misplaced ... everytime I call no one can give me answers about my vehicle and are asking me so many questions as if they cant find my car. After speaking with a salesperson named Joe about a vehicle of interest, we were told that it was still for sale, discussed purchase numbers with him over the phone, told him that we were about 92 miles away and would be there later that day to meet. We didnt want to drive there only to find the vehicle sold so we made sure he knew the expect us.When we arrived and asked for Joe, we were immediately told that we should have called again because he sold the vehicle after speaking with us.After wasting several hours of our time and resources, Joe handed us off to some other dealer employee and walked away. I can only assume that the dealership must condone such misleading business behavior or we would not have been duped and treated so poorly.I definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience nor would I recommend anyone do business with an organization that condones deception.

My wife just had my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at Jeep Landers McLarty and when we picked up the vehicle is was so dirty. We had to ask them to wash the vehicle before we settled. My wife then took the vehicle to work and noticed the engine hot light came on twice. When she came home I checked and there was NO OIL in the engine. Im not sure who does the QA for this service department but this it TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will be there first thing monday to settle this. This isnt the first time weve had issues with this business. Its a shame because we bought the vehicle there. So much for customer loyalty or service.

My wife just left the dealership due her 2018 Jeep Compass continues to stall on her(known issue). A service individual told her that were only taking appointments and theres nothing we can do. So she came back home to make an appointment and was told NEXT TUESDAY to drop off her truck....UNACCEPTABLE! It gets better....a radio that continues to reset itself while driving and unable to use the Bluetooth at all. We were told a part for the radio has been ordered...that was in October 2020...this is now March going into April of 2021. My wife comes home upset because she was lied to and quite frankly, I was lied to when I went up there with her a few months back. So at this point, my wife and I cant anything you guys say anymore. Im truly glad you all value a family who has been with you all since 2000.

Ryan was absolutely terrific. Knowledgeable, Professional, and absolutely personable, which at times can be the most important characteristics. From the get-go, Ryan was on board with our vehicle issues and was completely on point with getting it resolved correctly and on-time. It was also the first time I saw a personal cell phone number on a business card which says a whole lot about his customer-centric focus. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I bought my car in for a new radio. It took them 2 months to even order the part. I had to call numerous times for weeks for updates on when it will be here, everyone I spoke to lied and said “radios are on back order”. When I finally got the truth Renny let me know my service advisor didn’t even put the ticket it. I take it back to the dealership so Spenser can pull whatever info he needed so he can actually order the new part and he stated I’ll get it back same day. Fast forward 3 weeks later, he calls to schedule service since the radio arrives. I drop my car off expecting to get it back later in today as promised. I call to see what time I can pick it up, now no one can tell me when my car will be ready and they don’t know why Spenser lied and said it’ll be same day. The carelessness from this dealership is ridiculous. I will never bring my car here again

Im very disheartened by my experience at Landers McLarty. After purchasing a new car we we found some damage that had been converted up with a thin layer of paint, probably from unloading the vehicle or as it went in for its cleaning before we drive it home. When this was brought to the attention of General Manager he explains to us how his 90k vehicle has scratches on it and he just deals with it.After explaining we would not accept the damage we were informed we would have the bumper replaced, painted and will receive a check for the amount of our first payment. Our concerns at this point is the car we just purchased with only 12 miles on it will now have said damages that would need to be reported to car fax. When this was discussed with the General Manager we were informed that the repairs would be under $500 so we couldnt get them in trouble for not reporting the issue. At this point starting to realize this is probably not uncommon for this dealership we explain its not about getting anyone in trouble but getting the new car we purchased.Once we are informed the car is ready for pickup we find out all that was done was a paint touch-up. Our rep at the service center informed the GM that we would like to speak to him and rather than come out of the building only stared through the window and walked away. We are taken by the rep to check out everything and no longer see the damage but continue to wait of the Managers to speak to us. We finally walk in to the dealership to see if we can find him. When we make it to the office he motions us and and stares at us, I assume waiting for us to explain why we were there. We explain he told us we would have a check waiting for us when we picked it up. He stated since he was taking care of this issue he would find out where it was and we could pick it up later that day... Or it was in the mail. (We should find out soon)The lack of concern for our issues was insulting.This with the fact that we purchased a new vehicle and its been in the shop just as long as we had to actually drive it really showed us where we stand with this dealership. Next time we will shop somewhere else, hopefully somewhere that actually seems to care that we are spending our hard earned money.

Fantastic Experience from start to finish. Just purchased a new 2019 RAM 1500 Ltd. Awesome truck and equally awesome dealership experience. Ive been an F-150 guy for over 20 years, but decided to test the new RAM., and Im so glad I did. I just love my new truck. Of course I had a lot of questions coming from Ford. My sales rep, Henry Steedley and the sales manager, Chris Allan, worked with me throughout the purchase. They were amazing. I felt they were there to show and demonstrate the product and answer my questions, but there was never any pressure to make the purchase. Truly a pleasant experience. LM CDJR gave me a great price on the new truck and excellent value on my trade-in. Ive purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, but this was by far the best experience.If you are in the market for a new truck I highly recommend that you test drive the new RAM and see Henry, Chris or any of the LMCDJR dealership staff.
