The guy at the counter gave me one price over the phone... when I got there he gave me another price that was even higher... I showed him a price of AutoZone and then I showed him one of OReilly I even offered to take off the part myself it was still twice as high as OReillys or AutoZone... that was insane a junkyard thats higher than brand new prices that guy with the ponytail hat terrible customer service...

I dont understand how you can sell extremely used parts for stupid high prices. In vehicles that are all destroyed and covered in mold and water damage! I get that its a used salvage yard, then shouldnt the prices be just low? Not the same price as for something I can buy online, for a twenty one year old truck! And the funny thing is that every time I have been there, I would have to pull the part myself in the heat, in there moldy mud covered vehicles. Or wait hours for them to pull one part. I buy many different things from this place, but I am done doing business with this place.

I had bought a power steering pump for my truck last week. I went to put it in this week and didn’t remember that the previous owner had done a engine swap It was not the right one. I took it back today and they found a perfect match at no extra charge and gave me information on the engine that was in my truck which answered some of my other questions on finding parts for it. First off i call asking for a rear end for my car it has a limited slip differential also known as locking he told me all he had was open i said no problem how much 350 they said i told him id let him know he calls me and says he found one just what im after only 86 k miles on it and its locking $450 i said im sorry i onpy have $375 he tells me one this good i cant get for that price we end it he calls back says he talked to the manager 375 will work i was thankful but i get it put in do all that work to find out its not locking and they lied to me and screwed me out of my money you cant trust them

I bought a gm v6 for only $400 from these guys. Upon further inspection I didnt like the first one I picked up . They had no hesitation fixing the problem and delivering me a much better running engine.

I called as soon as they opened about a transmission. Was told they could have it out between 11am -12pm today. I went at 9:30ish and paid for it took reciept to mechanic so he could go get it while i was at work. They tell him they will not have it out till tomorrow after getting my money. This is the second time i was told a certain time and still have to wait till the next day

If I could give them NO stars I would. Terrible customer service and terrible place to do business at. On April 15 2020 I called up to see if they had a spare tire with rim to fit a 2017 Kia Opitima. Gave them my tire size and he said yes he did. That he could sale to me for $35 plus tax. I thought awesome so I purchased it. A few days ago I finally needed to use it due to a flat tire. Took off flat to replace with spare and spare would not fit, the rim was to small. I took it back with receipt and explained whats going on and they would not honor it even though they sold me a rim that would not fit. Terrible Terrible place!!!

Terrible experience, Luis said they had the rear glass and side windows I was looking for. I drove from Conroe to Huntsville. The truck had a Mustang sitting on the cab when I arrived. The rear sliding window was broken and the door glass was damaged. I do not like being lied to and I will never go here again.

I was talking to the guy about a engine, one of the workers came and he forgot I was there. I just walked out and went somewhere else. His lost because I was going to buy his engine.

I was referred to this place by a friend. I made a phone call one Saturday morning spoke with Danny, he got the details and had the window waiting for me when I arrived. Awesome service to say the least. The showroom had a immaculate waiting area for customers and they had a lot of clean parts on display as well. Save a trip to the dealer for sure and check out the savings here.

Customer service is not all that great. Reason 1. When a customer comes in and needs a part and is going to wait on the part; the person going to get the part still shouldnt be standing behind the counter doing nothing but cracking jokes with the sales men who are trying to take calls and he does finally go to get the part he is asked by some who came in after myself to buy a part and caters to that person until i had to remind them what I was doing there. Place needs a management team to redo their current

For a wrecking yard they didnt have much to sell. We were looking at tires and rims and they were pretty high on them. Could go to the dealership and get new for the price of the used ones they were selling.

Terrible experience I called them two days straight and both days they guaranteed me a price when I got there it seems like they were irritated and acted like they didnt know what I was talking about then told me I should buy it brand new when we couldnt agree on a price #lostacustomer.
