I was experiencing charging issues with my SUV not charging properly and sporadically needing a jump start. After having vehicle battery checked at parts store, I experienced the issue again. I scheduled an immediate appointment with Bentley as they have always provided me superior service. Kirby checked my vehicle in an quickly determined that the battery had a bad cell. Kirby easily explained to me that while the parts store can perform a basic battery test, the technicians at Bentley perform a detailed and thorough process to truly test the battery. The team fixed my issue, and sent me out with a new battery and even provided a complimentary wash or on a very busy day. Another Excellent performance by Kirby and the Bentley service team.

Communication is the key to customer experience and we had to call for each step of the process from dropping it off, periodic updates, and pick up. It would seem there is a disconnect with representative and customer and I felt lost during the process due to no communication

Bentley has helped me find the vehicle that I wanted. It’s hard to find diesels in the current times and they were able to help me get one in a timely manner. Communication was on-point during the whole process. I knew that I would be waiting for a little while but 2 and a half weeks isn’t a long wait at all. Dropped off a 2017 Sierra for a torque converter shutter issue, 2 days later was informed it was completed and ready for pickup. I specifically told the service manager I wanted a call before any work was performed due to wanting additional service performed at the same time. Went to pick the vehicle up and noticed that 13miles had been put on my vehicle along with a scratch that ran from the middle of the front door all the way to the rear fender well, multiple spots down to bear metal, and a gigantic chunk taken out of a brand new $3700 set of wheels. And now I must return to have it fixed and hope the same thing doesn’t happen again.

Never have I been treated so poorly. To begin it took two weeks to get my vehicle in the shop. Shops are busy. I understand. But then you kept my vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks! I called and left vm some days with no response. When I did get a response no one seemed to ever give me straight answers. One man told me I could pick it and drive it from home to work it should be okay to drive. If it was okay to drive in that condition I wouldnt have put it in the shop. Another servicemen responded to a vm. When he called back he told me my car hadnt been looked at only after someone told me it had and already told me what was wrong. I explained I was just wanting an update since my car had been there over a week. He called me sister and told me he would do leg work and call me back. He Still hasnt called back and last time I checked Im not related to anyone there. Pointless to continue with this experience only to stay Ill never do business or suggest your business to anyone. I was under the impression this was a reputable business but I found out first hand, I was sorely mistaken.

From the time I left my front door, to when I drove away was 3.5 hours! I think that’s pretty good for buying a new car. If the stars had aligned, it might even have been quicker. But everyone I had contact with was highly skilled, professional, and obviously enjoyed their job

We purchased a 2021 Buick Enclave from Nick Chapman on April 16, 2021. We were really just looking and were interested in the Acadia, but Nick showed us the Enclave and its amenities and informed us of the incentives and discounts. He also treated us as though he had known us for years and we were very comfortable with him we didnt have that feeling of pressure, it was Since the purchase we have hit a few bumps of some service needed and Nick has gone above and beyond to get things taken care of by scheduling time for us and making sure that we are happy. Its been almost 3 months now and Nick still checks in to see how things are going and if we need anything. IF I had to rate Nick Chapman it would be a 10+

If you want it done right the first time take ur GNC truck to Bentley. I had a problem with the display in the dash just out of warranty. Bentley service worked with GM to get a replacement at no cost to me.

Excellent group that were concerned about my wellbeing and ensured that my automobile was diagnosed properly and all problems corrected. The automobile was cleaner upon pickup than when I left it for repair.
My Service Rep. was not there when I arrive at my scheduled time to drop off my vehicle and no one in the service center was really concerned about assisting me with dropping off my vehicle. I had to ask someone after (waiting nearly 10 minutes) to take my vehicle in. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle it was still dirty (wasnt washed like previous visits) and there were protective coverings on my steering wheel to let me know steps were taken to mitigate the spread of COVID. We are still in the midst of a global pandemic. I own 2 GMC vehicles purchased at this dealership and the service has been declining with every visit since I purchased my first vehicle in 2019. If this continues I may have to go back to Lincoln where the service was superior on EVERY visit!

I knew I wanted a Buick Envision Avenir and Johnny Roberts took me right to the ones fresh off the truck so I could see all colors available. I thought I wanted the blue until I saw the satin steel all cleaned up without packing materials, you just cant beat that sleek look with the whisper biege interior. Johnny was very friendly, informative, and helpful as he was with the last car I bought from him. I wont use another guy when I purchase next time for me or my husband. Same with Butch who worked the paperwork of the purchase for me. Butch was very informative with the add ons for warranty, gap, and wheel & tires, I dont normally get all three but he explained so well; I did for the first time ever.I love my new buick, but I do wish the interior lighting had the choice to change the color like my 2015 Enclave did. White is to bright with the trim lighting on the doors and dash and is very distracting for my husband and two night drives now gave me a migraine. We had to turn it all the way down so the trim lighting was off but the dash and display are very hard to see.

I am very happy and excited to write this review for the service I received from the great people working at Bentley GMC. If I can dropped names, I would certainly do so. At least the two that took care of my concerns, almost before I mentioned them.As I walked in the door and mentioned whom I was there to see, I was directed to the office to the right side of the building. I was greeted with an air high five and an elbow touch (COVID related). I could not helped but to feel welcomed and comfortable.When I did tell my story, I was assured by both of them not to worry, everything will be taken care of. And it was, in record time. I really appreciated the treatment, concerned and professionalism they showed, so much so, purchased 4 new tires. (that I needed)I am really glad I returned to talk to them about something I had assumed to be problem, but they did not allow me to think that way for very long.Thank you guys at BENTLEY BUICK GMC! I am not in the market for a new car but, when I am, I know exactly where I am going to go and tell people where to get a great deal and the chance to work with a great bunch of people. My car is a 2013 Terrain and these guys keep it running like new.

My sales associate Will Thompson is top notch. He made the buying process smooth and easy. He always had an answer for the many questions I had for him. Service engine light came on. Ran diagnostic and determined it was the PCM acting up. While having routine work completed the mechanic again ran diagnostic and also advised it was the PCM. He advised it was a dealer item and advised to take the vehicle to the dealer for repairs. I called Bentley, explained the diagnosis and scheduled an appointment for repairs. Took my vehicle in as scheduled for repairs on Monday. My vehicle was not even looked at by a mechanic until the following Tuesday at which time I was told I had a PCM problem. The part would have to be ordered with no estimation on part arrival date.I respect that staffing is a problem and that a qualified mechanic was needed to diagnose the issue on your end. BUT I advised everybody in advance was the problem was and scheduled the appointment specifically for a certified mechanic to inspect my vehicle. I do not blame delays in parts on Bentley but am extremely upset that I am out rental car fees for over a week just waiting for your mechanic to even look at my car after I had a scheduled appointment. Extremely upset. I specifically advised in the beginning and scheduled what I thought was an appointment to address the issue. Instead my vehicle sat on your lot for over a week without being looked at and I was forced to pay for a rental car. Im interested if Bentley or GM will reimburse reasonable fees for the rental car when the bill comes in. Not the way I do business and dont appreciate Bentleys convenience being placed above mine.Who do I send the rental car bill to?

My only mode of transportation, my Buick Encore, started running rough. Called to get into shop on a tuesday. Before tuesday got here my check engine light came as I coasted into service department on wednesday. They gave me a ride home and I waited. Fortunately it was fixed and out on Friday instead of following Tuesday! Runs new again. Thanks to all who went above and beyond!

The last two times I have had my truck serviced were not acceptable. The personnel meeting me and getting the truck into the shop were great not a problem at all. When I picked my truck up the first time there was grease all over my hood, drivers door and steering wheel. This time the paper floor cover, and seat cover were left in the truck and the steering wheel cover was stuffed in the cup holder. Just not what i am accustom to from Bentley.
If I could give no stars I would. We came in and test drove a vehicle They were all super nice at first when they thought we were going to buy, we negotiated a price and was set on that price but, when it was time to go through with the deal they changed the price on us drastically. When we confronted them about how it was not what we agreed to they started coming up with excuses that did not make sense. We then decided not to get the vehicle. The man that helped us find the car then started huffing and puffing like a child like we wasted his time when really he wasted ours. Definitely not a place I will ever buy a vehicle. They have horrible customer service and act like you a idiot.

We were ask what type of vehicle we were interested in and shown the options and allowed to test drive the cars we choose. It was a easy process and we left with a 2021 Terrain. Edit based on reply from owner.Brought in my truck with a few errors and the transmission was out. Those errors were fixed but they did not find the fact the transmission was out. When I dropped it off I told them it is not drivable.That the rpms go up but the truck did not go. Was informed to come pick up my truck and that it was fixed. Turned out of dealership into traffic and the rpms spiked and the truck did not go until it hit 3500 rpms. Transmission was bad and the issue was not found until I was driving it again.I will actively tell people to go somewhere else.

Came in for a basic service and one recall to be taken care of. ended up spending more money because of a 15000 mile service that needed to be completed. Wasnt mad. was happy that Kirby let me know because my app did not tell me. Vehicle was done faster then quoted which is always good. And there was a second recall that I did not know about. Great experience.
