Got a 2019 Malibu LS for my birthday....

Very friendly. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and got a special additive and inspection of the vehicle. All was good except they forgot to adjust my tire pressure. This isnt the first time.

This is a review for the parts desk, not the auto service shop. Respectful and knowledgeable parts desk. Prices arent quite as low as some online parts ordering sites, but when you factor in shipping, its usually about the same price and you get it faster here.

I have visited more than once and had a good experience but not returning if possible. They appear understaffed and loaded with excessive orders for the companys body shop, mechanic orders, etc.. They dont have time to please walk in customers in my opinion.
